Got a free estimate from another plumber who quoted us $4880 to replace tankless hot water heater and said the one we had needed to be replaced or could be repaired for $2250. Nick at Master Blaster came out to give a 2nd opinion and found that we required maintenance and cleaning. Nick provided a full service maintenance procedure for $425 and the unit is operating just fine and saved us several thousand dollars.

Eccellent next day service to clean out basement floor drain. The technician was very helpful and went above and beyond cheaper rotorooter type service to fix some minor problems. No doubt to use again for similar problems.

He did a great job, showed up on time, and he wore a mask. He was very courteous and professional. We don't have a leak under the sink anymore and we would definitely hire them again.

We couldn't be happier. We had a leaking pipe above our kitchen that was dripping through the ceiling. Another company told us that the entire piping from the bathroom above down to the kitchen ceiling had to be replaced for a huge cost. MasterBlaster said the same work needed to be done, but charged about $900 less!

I called the service and arranged an appointment for the same day. for a water heater that had a leak from a hose. Alex arrived on time and fixed what we thought was the problem. We waited for the tank to refill and still had no hot water so we called him and he returned to the house (after hours) and realized that the pilot light would not stay lit. Alex pointed out that the heater was on its last legs and that repairs would start eating into the cost of replacement. I wasn't pleased with the idea of paying for repairs and a new heater, but he assured me that the money for the repairs would be deducted from the new heater and that he could get it done the next day.. We now have a new water heater and you have a happy customer.

Once we worked out the scheduling and quote (I used the $999 Deal), the technician did a great job getting things done in a fast and efficient manner, and I was released from having to use the fitness center's shower! Overall, the quality, knowledge and professional was poor. I would never hire them. The estimate the quoted was off - then they asked for $5K more after they ripped through my basement floor so I was at their mercy. They were late every day of the project, the project was scoped to take 2 days, it took two weeks. The delays was due to their knowledge, and they kept blaming each other and the inspectors - very unprofessional. They didn't know what proper piping to use based on where I live, the required piping code - very basic for a plumbing company. They had the wrong machinery to do the work caused more delays They ripped my entire front yard, they were careless and damaged the front yard and now I need to spend more money on restoring the front yard. They were hack job - poor craftsmanship. They also ripped through the driveway and they hired unqualified cement folks to recement the driveway and it looks like ****. I could have done a better job. Even the cement in the basement is ****** and chipping now.. The only saving grace i had on my side it that we had city inspectors to inspect the sewer piping so that part passed but all the work around that was awful. Stay away from them.

First repair was not worked, so the system was replaced.

After having a pipe break, I phoned Master Blaster Plumbing to ask for their assistance. Nick promptly drove to my home to immediately address the problem. Courteous and talented, Nick promptly fixed the pipe while showing me exactly what he had done to ensure that I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

The technician, Kevin, was here for 2 days and worked non stop on many issues that came up on an Inspection Report. One of the hardest and most efficient workers we have ever met. The list he had to do was very extensive yet he managed his time very well. We highly recommend this company and especially Kevin.

Master Blaster came out promptly and identified the problem in minutes. It took only a few more minutes to correct the problem. The technician offered me options on how to fix the problem. He was prompt, courteous and helpful.

We called Master Blaster for a quote after receiving a couple of very expensive quotes from the big chain companies. I am not sure how the quality of their work is but if it is any reflection of their professionalism beware. When we were walking through the problem with the team, one of the gentlemen ( I can't recall his name) was incredibly rude, condescending and downright unprofessional...was cussing and frankly a bit obnoxious.

I had an urgent need for a plumber to fix a clogged toilet. I call two plumbing companies prior who were not available for a call that day. I contacted Master Blaster and they sent out a plumber the same day. I dealt with Kevin, who was very helpful and patient with my multiple questions. He made good recommendations, resolved the problem and even took time to adjust the inner mechanism to improve the flush. Based on our conversation, I decided to replace the 30 year old toilet. I made an appointment to have Kevin from Master Blaster pickup, deliver and install the new toilet. He did an excellent job, delivering, installing and cleaning up afterwards. I am fully satisfied and will do business with them again.

I really appreciate that the dispatcher was able to send a technician out the same day. Having a family with small children, functional plumbing is invaluable. The technician had a great attitude and provided a thorough drain cleaning to ensure our drain was up and running for immediate use. Master Blaster completed this drain cleaning under warranty from a previous visit, which is not common with other providers that I have hired. This is a good honest company that I will contact again for future service.

Master Blaster came to my house to do a camera and video service on Monday 8/6. The service was done and showed that there are severe problems with the sewer line and needs to be replaced extremely soon. When they were done with the camera service, I paid them $245 for the service and the video. I was told that they would send the video and estimate via email, but first they needed top get the cost of the line going into the street. After not hearing anything from them, I called the Master Blaster office on Wednesday, 8/8 to see if they could tell or send anything to me. I was told they would get right back to me. As of the end of the day, Friday, I still have not been contacted by any means. They still owe me the video I paid for. Since this is a big, very costly job (several thousand dollars) and needs to be done extremely soon, I am getting multiple quotes. Master Blaster will not be chosen to do the job.

WENT WELL -- BUT MORE COSTLY THEN WE ANTICIPATED.

He was not able to clear our drain, but the bigger problem was the gigantic mess that was made. We realize plumbing can be messy, but there was no effort to keep it to a minimum. The person working on our job just did not seem to have the skills to resolve our issue. Another plumber came in and was able to fix our problem.

I’ve contacted other contractors for after hours service and some of the responding contractors make it known that you’re invading their personal time. This experience was very positive. The dispatcher was friendly and informative. The technician showed up in a timely manner, had a great attitude, and fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional and informed ma about the whole process and also made recommendations. I will contact Master Blaster for future service and would also recommend this company for drain service.

I am very pleased with Master Blaster plumbing. My hot water heater started leaking. I left a message for Master Blaster as it was after hours. I did not expect a call back until the next day as it wasn’t an emergency. A few minutes later Susan called and she said they were booked for the next day but she would see what she could do and call me back. Susan called me back that night and said she was able to re arrange some jobs to fit me in for the next day. To me that’s great customer service. I was not an existing Master Blaster customer and after hours Susan went to work to accommodate me for the next day. Nick, the plumber that came out was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He gave me several options for the hot water heater installation. He explained everything to me very clearly and let me decide how I wanted it done. I also asked him to do some additional work that I needed done and he gave me an estimate for all of the work. I thought the price was very competitive. I have used several plumbers over the years and the price for the hot water heater and the extra work was lower than I thought it would be. Nick did a great job on the hot water heater installation and the other work. He definitely knows what he is doing, it showed in his work. He was very polite and professional through the entire process. I will use definitely Master Blaster again
