Our experience was great in a trying time. Dave did a fast, efficient job, and was very respectful of our home, He and his assistant were also very personable.

They did a good job. They were professional, they cleaned up after the job was done, they put down pads to keep our tile floors protected, and they knew what they were doing. They were in and out, they were friendly, and they were professional. I thought it was pretty inexpensive.

The plumber did a great job on all three services. The people over the phone were friendly even before they showed up. They gave us some DIY advice on the phone to save cost. Once there, they were friendly, worked fast and did honest work. Even after he finished he gave great advice on how to fix these issues if they ever occured again. I would highly reccomend them.

Good experience. On time, professional, good communication, good price. Would use again. Needed to auger out sewer lines and found we should replace part of sewer line and a cleanout.

When David arrived and was informed of the situation, he advised he would have to make holes in the wall to diagnose the leak and asked our permission before he did so. The holes in the bathroom wall, which he made as small as possible, did not clarify the problem. He then had to make 2 more holes in the Kitchen ceiling and was able to determine that the leak was coming in down the wall of the bathroom shower and was not related to a plumbing leak. Because this leak was due to a remodeling problem, and had caused mold on the inside of the wall, he gave us his direct line to contact him if we needed to use him as a reference regarding the work that has to be redone. Very,very pleased with his efficiency and thoroughness. I am not sure if it is standard policy to remove the pieces of the wall that were removed, but I would have liked to have the option to keep them to put back in the holes until we could have the work professionally done. The plumber that came out from Master Blaster Plumbing & Drain LLC Company cam up with a temporary solution for the problem. He said that he would come back to see if they can permanently fix the problem. He did more than what was required and didn?t charge me anything. It was great. I would consider using them again in the future.

It went fine. I was slightly irritated that we were put on hold twice because of other plumbing emergencies. In fairness, our situation was not an emergency as we had other options. There was another misunderstanding, as well. By the time he actually got to our house, he only had time to inspect. I was under the impression the work would be done that day as well. In fact, it was done a day or two later. That was okay but again not ideal.

The service was excellent. Not only did they fix the specific problem but they noticed some errors in how the toilet was initially installed and fixed that as well at no extra charge.

Arrived in the time allotted and completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. I have owned property in several locations in Denver over the past 30 years so I have had to access plumbing services on numerous occasions. I can honestly saw this company was the best I have used and would not hesitate to call them again.

This company is AWESOME! The plumber Brian was a fantastic! Brian is going to be my regular plumber from now on! I joined Angie's List because I could NOT believe how many plumbers, landscapers, gutter guys, etc. flaked out and not return my calls and not show up for our appointments. I had gone through 3 plumbers before deciding that I was going to try Angie's List and I am so happy that I did!!! Brian called 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way and he arrived right on time. Brian then proceeded to fully listen to my problem. I have a 1911 house with a toilet that is probably just as old that I wanted to keep in tact because the previous owner actually tiled the bathroom tiles with the toilet so to replace the toilet, I would have to rip the toilet out and redo the bathroom floor and possibly move the hole that the toilet sat on. And my toilet is a much smaller toilet that they don't make any longer and I have small bathroom so I wanted to keep the toilet. Brian methodically fixed what seemed to be the leak only to find that there were other issues which he addressed one by one. Without writing a novel about how my toilet was fixed ~ I can say with confidence that Brian did a fantastic job and did exactly what I wanted instead of telling me that it'll be thousands of dollars to rip out my small, old toilet and redo the bathroom as previous plumbers have said. I am so HAPPY with Brian and this company and I plan to use them for all my plumbing going forward. And for the hours of work Brian did, I found the price to be more than fair. These are just some reasons whey this company and Brian was so excellent. Rob and Brian called me couple of times to confirm our appointment, working around my schedule completely. Brian was on time, calling even 30 minutes ahead to confirm his eta time. Brian cleaned up after his work. Brian offered to look at any other plumbing needs while he was there. Brian was there for our project for as long as I needed him to be there and was not rushed to go to another appointment. The price was excellent for work performed. Brian was relentless in fixing the problem instead of telling me to redo the bathroom and toilet as other plumbers said to me without trying out everything as Brian did. And, of course, Brian fixed the problem!

They were prompt professional and clean. I thought it was a little pricy but they do a good job and stand behind there work.

Brian was highly professional and I felt his advice was honest. He gave me some tips as this drain cleaning was part of a bathroom remodel project I am taking on with some help from contractors. I would recommend these folks to my friends.

Based on his professional opinion, I declined the service. He said that if the problem reoccured he would return immediately and snake the drain. He charged me nothing whatever for the service call and his time. I was impressed and would certainly recommend them.

In the process of selling our house, buyer's inspectors identified a broken sewerline. Masterblaster inspected and confirmed, repaired the line. Crew missed a portion of the line from the house during the initial repair, so they came back and completed at no charge. Very professional, very accommodating and great overall experience. Even brought my wife a latte when they came to bid the job!

They seemed to be honest and priced much more reasonably than other plumbers that we talked to.

Called Master Blaster on Thursday and he arrived on Saturday. Very nice and informative of what he was doing and why. Would use again.

They did good on some work, but it took me a long time to get them to get the whole job done. I was quite satisfied with the work at the time. I did have some trouble, and the guy was on vacation. That was a little bit of a hang-up. I was fairly satisfied with the work. He was prompt and courteous, and he seemed to know his stuff. I didn't have any problems with him at all.

I have had great experiences with him with in the past. He is very honest and sincere. He is forthright in his estimate. He is nice person to work with.

This went extremely well. We had a bid from another company that was about $2500 more and they were going to do less work. From the first phone call until the final check there was never a concern. Everything was extremely professional. Should we ever have the need for a plumber this will be our first, and only, phone call. Update: 8/2011 I was in paramedic school at the time the original work was completed and had very little time to think about anything other than school during the intensive program. When our sewer collapsed, I was in such a daze. I didn't notice that the excavator had cut through the sprinkler lines buried in my lawn until July when my school finally settled down and I had time to charge my sprinkler system for the first time. I dug up my lawn by myself until I got frustrated and called Master Blaster to voice my frustration. I didn't expect Master Blaster to do anything about the sprinklers, I just wanted to tell them that I was frustrated about having to dig up my yard again. I was directed to the company president, Ross, who listened to my concerns. He told me that when a sewer job is done in the winter, generally they cannot save the sprinkler system because the ground is too hard to dig into with shovels. I told him that I understood. Ross could tell that I was exhausted from working for days on the sprinklers and he stated that he really wanted to help me out. He offered to send someone out to help me dig up and repair the sprinkler lines. The next day I received a call telling me that someone was coming over to help me. A polite and knowledgeable plumber met me and helped me for 4 hours to dig up and repair several damaged sprinkler lines. Then on top of all this, Ross gave us a movie gift card. I've felt like my hard work was rewarded after a few trips to the movies. I want to thank Ross and Master Blaster for their help in making things right. After our experience, there is no question that they put the customer first.

My plumbing backed up as it has every year the last fourteen years so I called a company to unclog it and they cameraed it showing the need for new piping. After researching and having four different companies bid the job I chose to go with Master Blaster. They arrived exactly when they arranged and got right to work. Tod was totally professional and the entire job was completed by mid afternoon. The backyard was put back together and everything worked like a charm. Everyone treated me with respect and the price was significantly less than the three other quotes. I would and have already recommended Master Blaster to anyone who asks.

Ross was very professional, honest, punctual and communicative. I was not at the house during the service but he took the time to call and send photos of the work via his phone. Ross was reasonably priced relative to other licensed plumbers that quoted the work. However, between the service call and first hour of work expect a minimum cost is $189. So, if it is a small or simple job, you may want try a handy man or drain service first. Overall, I would highly recommend him for any licensed plumbing work. Master Blaster does provide Angie's List members with a 10% discount, just mention it.

Woke up without water on my 2nd floor after one horribly frigid night in Denver. Called Master Blaster, and they were able to schedule me within a few hours. His estimate of time and materials was excellent and left me with no surprises. The problem was a pipe in the crawlspace that was way too close to the rim board and the dryer vent penetration, allowing cold air directly onto the pipe. He re-routed the pipe to move it away from the rim and vent opening. Also alerted me to seal the vent opening better since it had not been properly sealed to prevent cold air penetration.

MasterBlaster had originally installed the waterheater in my townhome, however, recently we had been experiencing what we thought were issues: strange noises and so-so temperature of the water. Ross came by the house in the evening checked everything out, gave me some pointers thus allaying my fears and didn't charge me anything for coming over to make sure everything was in tip top running order to which I greatly appreciate! Master Blaster will always have any plumbing work required in my townhouse as well as my In-Laws home.
