Fantastic. This is a very honest and trustworthy company. No low-balling on prices. I will definately use them again if I need to. I had my second sewer back up in the course of six weeks. I called Ross because I found him on Angieslist and saw how many people were impressed with his service. Ross could not make it on the Monday that I had called (It was late in the afternoon). I was disappointed, but the water had drained and he offered to refer me to some plumbers that he trusted. I told him I would wait for him because I really liked what I had read about his company on angieslist. Ross came to my house first thing on Tuesday as promised and told me I needed a 4 inch access in my 1975 house. Other plumbers had told me this before as the plumbers that I hired previously pulled the toilet in my downstairs bathroom to snake the drain. Ross said he would send his cameraman,Trevor, out to video the problem. Trevor came out immediatley and sent his camera though the pipes. He said it stopped at at a certain point and it was probably a root in the 1970's clay pipe. I asked him how much it would be to install outside clean outs. He came up with $2700.00 and I asked how soon he could start. He said it would probably be Thursday before they could get the permit but he would try for Wednesday morning. Brandon and his crew showed up first thing Wednesday morning. The crew Diego, Luciano, & Nelson were so fantastic. They dug a nine ft. trench right by the driveway and replaced some of the clay pipe with PVC and installed the two clean outs in approximatley four hours. When I saw that my mailbox was taken out I asked if they were going to put it back and they said, "Yes." I then asked them if they would install a different one if I bought it and they said they would. They were so great!!! They showed me and my son what they were doing all the while and explained everything. They showed us the enormous root that was the culprit and cleaned up after themselves so well that it was like they were never there. I know I am going on and on about them, but it is so wonderful to feel like you can trust a contractor! These guys are the best and I have told EVERYONE about them and how grateful I am for their wonderful service. Master Blaster didn't charge me for the intial visit or the camera. $2700.00 was the price I was quoted and the price I paid. Thanks again for your wonderful service.

They were polite. I had an additional 30ft to be cleaned. They quoted me an additional $140.00 – on top of the $89.00 I had already paid. This seemed outrageous to me because I have had a different company do it previously for $184.00 total. I would have appreciated getting the additional fee earlier on. That way I would not have wasted their time or my time.

Price was a little higher than I thought it should be but the service was excellent and they came right out after I called. The man who came was easy to talk with and happy to share information. I learned a bit about plumbing repairs. It was a good experience.

As I said, this was a case of my trusting the company because it was one of Angie's List's Big Deals. Good price, good service, on time, mission accomplished. Everything went as well as could be.

This is my 4th or 5th time using Master Blaster for a variety of plumbing needs. That says it all.

The repairmen called to confirm our appointment the morning of the actual appointment. Originally, the company gave me a two hour window of between 8-10 a.m. The repairmen called at 8 am. He told me he would be arriving shortly. He arrived about 8:30. I showed him everything I needed done. He then looked at everything thoroughly on his own and completed a concise estimate of labor costs. He also told me what parts he was going to need and that he would have to get them. He completed the work and then took me to each repair job and demonstrated to me that the work was done properly.

Our water heater stopped working on a Sunday night. I started calling plumbers early on Monday morning. Ross call me back very quickly and scheduled an appointment to come out later in the day. He moved around other appointments to make sure we could get the heater repaired in the same day. Within 30 minutes of scheduling the appointment he called back to tell us that this part of the water heaters is still covered under warranty. Not only that but he told me exactly what I needed to supply the warranty company with to get the repaid done right. This is where it gets surprising. I asked Ross if he was still going to come out to do the repairs. He said no, that the local dealer has to take care of those repairs. I asked if he had the phone number I should call to get the ball rolling. He looked for a moment without luck and then asked to call me back with that information. When he called back with the phone number, he also told me that he had already called the dealer AND the specific service tech to fill them in on our situation. He then told me that if I had any problems getting it done today by the dealer that I should call them and we would work something out to get our hot water flowing for my toddler and pregnant wife. This was not only exceptional service, but it was service done with absolutely no compensation owed to Master Blaster Plumbing. Ross took almost an hour out of his busy day to not only make sure we had our water heater repaired, but to make sure we did not have to pay any more than necessary to get the job done. This kind of honesty and integrity is missing from many of the big plumbing houses around town. I will always call Master Blasters for my plumbing problems from now on.

There was no start or finish since the company did not call or show up at my home.

Manny and Greg came out and surveyed the job ahead. Manny, with his years of experience, decided exactly where the water heater was going to be as well as the sediment filter. The inlet/exhaust pipe was installed with minimal intrusion on the existing piping/vents in the crawl space. The installation took a day and a half but they made sure that I was not left without hot water overnight! Downtime without water (hot or cold) was kept to a minimum. They kept me posted on the progress through out the day. The water heater looks awesome in my basement! They did an outstanding job of installing and cleaning up afterward. They did not leave any trash or anything on the floor! I will definitely be using Master Blaster in the future for other plumbing needs!

I CONTACTED THEM TO LOOK MY MAIN LINES OVER TO SEE IF THERE WERE PROBLEMS OR POTENTIAL PROBLEMS. THEY RAN LINES THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE TO CHECK THE MAIN LINES. THEY PROVED OKAY SO THEY GAVE ME THERE EVALUATION OF EVERYTHING, NO PROBLEMS TO WORRY ABOUT IN THE NEAR FUTURE. TREVOR WAS THERE MAN AND HE WAS GREAT. NO PROBLEMS I WOULD HAVE THEM DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. PAUL JACOB

It went as well as any plumbing problem I've ever had.

I was very pleased with Master Blaster's service. Our water heater went out on a Saturday (of course) morning. Ross, the owner, was here himself soon after to diagnose and give me an estimate. Had a new water heater by dinner time. Ross and his employee were both courteous and professional. The new heater looks to be installed well and is working well. No hard sell. I didn't have time to price shop, but I'm pleased with the deal I got given the level of service and the fact that this was a last minute job on a weekend.

I called Ross and told him I wanted to have an old toilet removed and a new one installed. He was able to schedule the job on the weekend. Gregg arrived within the time window promised. He was very pleasant and was not at all put off by me standing there and watching him. The job took less time than I expected and he hauled away the old toilet. I was a little surprised at the cost of the job - it was a bit more than I expected, but then I didn't really get a firm quote up front, because there are variables that go in to the final cost so I can't really fault them for that.

The owner came to my house at the appointed time and was very professional in the way he got things done. Clean, fast, efficient.

I had a bad sump pump which Master blasters replaced, and they sent out the other plumbing company to pump out water and remediate damage. I fired that after I felt I had been taken to the cleaners by them for $1500 for putting a pump in and leaving. They picked up the pump the next morning. I could have bought the same pump for less than $200.

The dispatcher called me within my appointment window and keep me up to date with when the tech was going to arrive. Tech was very professional and very respectful of our house. Work did take longer then expected but it was due to some problems that came up in the project.

Great. They were one of the most responsive companies I've ever dealt with. Will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Great. Gregg was polite, listened well, and showed me all work done. He explained how work projects were related.

Because of additional problems discovered during the job, it took much longer than expected. The plumber stayed late into the evening to get the job completely finished. The original plumbing is 55 years old, and has been modified multiple times, making a crooked and inefficient maze of piping. I asked him to clean this up by running a new, straight, much shorter line, rather than simply repairing the leaking spots. This required some ingenuity and planning. He did a beautiful job, and spent the necessary time to do it right. I am completely satisfied.

The service was great. They were responsive and very reasonably priced.

I had muddy water backing up in my laundry room drain (in the basement) after rains. I tried snaking the drain myself, but I didn't get far or pull up anything that helped me understand the problem. I called on Monday morning, and Master Blaster was able to send a plumber that afternoon. There was very bad traffic between their location and mine, so they were late arriving, but they were good about keeping me informed of their ETA. The plumber asked questions about my observations, did some work to figure out the problem (my cast-iron drainpipe had rusted through, so soil was getting into the drain line and clogging it), and gave us a firm estimate to fix it. He came back with the needed equipment and a helper that evening and worked into the night, but when they finished digging up the pipe (a bigger job than expected because there were so many small boulders down there), it turned out another pipe connected up to it and they needed an addiitonal fitting. They made an appointment to come back late the next morning. The dispatcher called me at the beginning of that appointment window and asked to reschedule the appointment for the late afternoon, since the plumbers had been out until 4 a.m. on another call, and that was fine with me. Again, travel time was longer than expected, but I was kept informed, which was helpful. They finished up the job without further incident, patching the torn-up concrete of the floor effectively. Two days later they came back as expected, moved our washer and dryer back into place, and left everything properly connected and working. The jackhammering was noisy of course, but the plumbers did their work very professionally and with the least possible intrusion into our house and family life during the job. They cleaned up well and did effective dust control, and they communicated well in the ways that we needed to prevent our indoor cats escaping while doors were removed or open for various reasons during the work. They persisted at some very physically demanding work during long hours and seem to have done a great job. I also appreciated that there was no trip charge; we received a straightforward estimate, and that's what we paid. (The estimate did include a possible additional charge per foot of pipe in case they had to dig up and replace more of the pipe than expected, but the incremental charge was reasonable, and it turned out they didn't need to do more.)

The second time we contacted MasterBlaster, we thought the toilet in the kids' bathroom was leaking. It had been replaced a while back when new flooring was put in, and we were afraid it was leaking. MasterBlaster came out, looked at the toilet, and determined it wasn't leaking. I expected them to charge a service charge, especially since they drove to Highlands Ranch from Thornton, but they did not charge me anything. So twice I have contacted them, twice they have helped me, and twice they have not even charged me. The next time I really DO need a plumber, I will definitely call MasterBlaster!

It went great. When I called in Ross the owner took my call and he was great. Manny arrived when scheduled and did a great job. I even showed him a problem I was having with my toilet and he took the time to look at that and gave me a recommendation for replacement upon my request. Manny checked out my Tankless hot water heater but he made sure not to do anything that would void the warranty. Master Blaster did not install it. Manny took the time to explain the hot water heater to me and show me a manual for it. He was great. I will call this company again.
