The gentleman, Matt, from Master Blaster arrived on time and introduced himself and why he was here at the house.He brought his equipment in through the garage then went to the basement. Once setup was completed, I was able to watch the procedure on the screen. He explained the process as he moved the camera through the pipes. He identified the PVC pipe and showed where it connected to the clay pipe. Matt also explained that and quot;back in the dayand quot; they didn't have elbow joints so they connected the two pipes the way they did. He also said the connection was good and I shouldn't allow anyone to tell me differently just so they could get a and quot;joband quot; that wasn't necessary.Once he completed the scope, he created a DVD of the procedure, which he gave to me. He also provided a written statement of his findings on the Service Contract. The scope turned out well for us, the sewer line is in good condition.BTW, I hired Master Blaster as a result of an and quot;Angie's List Dealand quot;; I'm very glad I did and I would definitely recommend them.

It went very well. He went right to work and got the drain very quickly.

We had Master Blaster install a new faucet to replace an old leaky faucet. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly.

Matt, the person who surveyed the location of the sewer and made the estimate, was very helpful explaining how and what would be done. Work was done in one day and they seemed to do a good job. It did look like difficult excavating, the water main was very close to the server line. My main complaint is our landscaping was destroyed. Granted we were warned that would happen but until you see the results, you can?t really picture it. They made no attempt to save the grass or top soil from the ditch. I now have a 60? long by 4? wide strip of packed clay and rocks from my house to the street bisecting my front yard. Just keep this in mind if you ever need your sewer replaced. Ask them to save the sod and top soil.

I'm afraid I've forgotten the name of the technician; however, he was unusually good. He had a wonderful work ethic, going out of his way to look at and fix my A/C despite the company's working solely with plumbing. I hope you're lucky enough to get this technician.

Very responsive, changed their schedule to fit me in immediately because we had guests arriving soon. Quickly opened the line and charged a reasonable price.

It was a lot more than the $19 Big Deal. If I would have known in advance how much it cost, they just came in and said that I needed this and that. I guess I was taken of guard, but maybe, that was my fault as a consumer. I am sure I have some people closer already, so I would probably not use them again.

He was quick, didn't make a mess and had an apprentice to assist him.

Based on reviews on Angies List I wanted to use Master Blasters for drain cleaning. I called as soon as they opened and made three more attempts to schedule a service call. No one ever answered the phone. What a way to run a business. I guess NO SERVICE is better than poor service. I have always recieved excellent professional service from providers on Angies List with a good rating so this one was a surprise. David R

I researched the symptoms online and found that there were possibly some rather expensive potential fixes. Master Blaster had someone out within 2 hours of my initial call. After doing some trouble shooting on the toilet, the plumber determined that there was nothing wrong with my plumbing, but rather, I had a defective toilet. I was not home when the plumber arrived; a friend let him in. I appreciate the plumber's honesty. He could have snaked the pipes and I wouldn't have known any better. It is refreshing to find a tradesman with his honesty and ethics. I will DEFINITELY be calling Master Blaster in the future for plumbing needs and will recommend them if asked!

The toilet bowl in my guest bath does not stay filled. ?

Great! Even though the plumbing hardware in my house is very old, Advantage Plumbers were able to find a part to complete the task! No more water wasted! I am so glad I didn't try and tackle this project myself.

Fast and professional, arrived in a timely manner.

Steve was on time and very professional. He explained what he would be doing to fix our broken faucet and also what he felt may have been the cause of the issue. Steve cleaned up perfectly after he was done changing the faucet and you couldn't even tell he had been there. I would recommend using Master Blaster to all my friends and we will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Went well; cleared the blockage as expected.

He came out and was friendly enough. He explained that my water heater was really too old to start doing yearly maintenance so I didn't pay him to flush it since he said it might make my water heater start leaking. I also needed a water pressure booster added for a sprinkler system we had recently put in. He said that they'd get me a price to do it in the next week or so and I never heard from them again.

For a stopped up kitchen sink with a busy family we were willing to pay a little more for same day scheduling, but it was almost double what others advertise. He also provided consulting on some other issues, which was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

Lori at the Arvada MasterBlaster was the first person I spoke to and she was very helpful and courteous. She tried to schedule me in as soon as possible. The serviceman was Eric and he was on time and even called that he could come out earlier if possible. He found the leak and even made sure that water was not coming into the house anywhere else. Eric was very thorough in explaining the problem and possible repair solutions. After fixing the problem he explained what to look for if there were any other problems.

The pipe burst so they replaced the leak in the pipe but it has a leak now. The drop of water shows some thing loose. They should give me a facet that has no leak.

I liked them very much. They were very professional and showed up on time. The drain has been great.

I had no idea how much it was going to cost to have a new low flow toilet installed. I thought the price was way too high. I did not ask ahead of time - my mistake. I now find out that it was not properly installed to take advantage of the low flow aspect. The gasket was not properly installed either. I will never have them do any plumbing for me again.

Arrived within the time window. Loved the fact I was able to have an evening appointment. Had to clean the floor drain and kitchen drain. Haven't had a problem since.

I picked Master Blaster because of their great reviews on Angie's List. Jason the supervisor came and gave me an estimate to 1) repair a leak in an outside faucet; 2) repair a leak in a pipe in the laundry room; 3) and fix a dripping shower. He also recommended installing a panel in the wall inside the outdoor faucet in order to make it easier to fix in future, and perhaps to make it easier to keep the pipes from freezing in Winter. The estimate was a lot higher than I was expecting - perhaps $2k - but in the end a fifth job did not need doing, so it cost significantly less. I also was impressed when Jason told me that Master Blaster were the stand-by plumbers for concerts at Fiddler's Green. I'm writing this more than 3 months after the fact, because one of their tap handles fell off twice today when I took a shower. But that wasn't the only problem - they did not seal around each of those three new faucets in that shower. (and perhaps something else, but I can't remember) And the third thing which disappointed me was that when I called to ask whether they should have sealed the new taps, the dispatcher seemed to think not. Though she did offer to send Jason back to inspect, I declined: 1) I did not want to be out of the office more; and, 2) did I really want the guy who failed to properly supervise his colleague be the one to come back and have to admit that he did wrong? It seemed like a higher manager would have been better. At that point, I would have been happy to have half of that particular job refunded (I had already sent a photo to show what I thought was the error, and the dispatcher had forwarded it to Jason). They declined, which was disappointing.

They did a good job with the work. We have used their services several times since then. They have replaced an auxiliary hot water heater, repaired some pipes that were backing up, and completed many other plumbing jobs forus. They really knew how to work with the idiosyncrasies of a century old house. They were creative working around the restraints that they had encountered during the work. We have always been happy with the work they did and never had any issues.
