Master Blaster was able to send a technician to my house on the same day that I called them about my clogged sink. Once their tech, Darren, arrived he was very nice and efficiently fixed the problem. He cleaned up the greasy gunk under the sink that had come out when he was fixing it. If I have any other plumbing problems, I will definitely use them again.

The outcome was great. Mark is a talented person and very professional. They will be highly recommended by me.

Early Sunday afternoon I went down to the laundry room to discover our main line was backed up. Fortunately it was only the washing machine at that point. When I called the phone was answered promptly and I was told somebody would be here within the hour. That didn't exactly work out, but I was kept informed as to the tech's progress and he was in my house less than 90 minutes from my first call. I'm very happy with that response time. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Due to the material coming from the drain, which looks like dirt, he recommended we get a camera run in the line as soon as possible to identify if we have a major issue or just a minor one. The job took just under an hour to complete and we pre-paid for the camera service later this week. Good response time, speedy work professionally done. Couldn't ask for better service.

I was fine with the price for the house call. They were very prompt and responsive to the call even on a Sunday. However, when the repairman arrived and inspected the faucet he did not have the parts to perform the repair and that he would have to go to Home Depot to get the parts. And, I was going to have to pay for him to go to Home Depot, and when all of that time was figured out the bill was well over $300 to get a faucet repaired. I thought that was a bit pricey and figured the water line is attached to a hose and I will fix it later.

Manny was undeterred and improvised a solution from his vast experience. Manny was very courteous and informative and, although he had to get creative and retrieve extra tools to solve the problem, he was finished within half an hour.

I phoned Master Blasters this morning before 9, and told them the problem was urgent but I needed to work this afternoon. Although no one was immediately available, I was told I'd get a call back soon. I got two calls! One at 915 to say that the first available person would be here, probably around noon, and the second call at 1120 to say that the technician was on his way! It's 1245 now--the work is done, everything is running smoothly, Darren cleaned up the area and even checked on the function of my main sewer drain(I told him about other previous problems with the system). I am very pleased with the whole experience. I will be using this company again. My house is 60+ years old and I've had lots of plumbing problems and plumber problems.

I've installed many faucets in my 20+ years as a home owner. But, I have never seen the fixtures that Beezer installed in our house. These are shark bite like fixtures but made of plastic with fixed supply line. So with a fixed supply and the new faucet having its own supply lines I didn't want to take a chance at experimenting with creating a unwanted water feature inside of the house. Manny from Master Blaster Plumbing arrived and gave me what I thought was a high price, however in hindsight and the amount of work he had to perform I guess it wasn't that high. Manny was very willing to teach me how to remove these garbage builder fixtures. Manny finished the installation in an hour and was off. I had to call him later that afternoon due to a small leak that had appeared with the quarter turn fixtures. He responded immediately and was at the house later that evening. It turned out that while fighting the original fixture off the T for the washer supply, which apparently wasn't soldered very well, started to leak. Manny soldered and reassembled the fixture in short order then hung out for another hour to make sure we didn't have any other surprises. I couldn't ask for more well, other than Beezer hire Master Blaster Plumbing to replace all of these POS fixtures.

Master blaster came out to replace a broken pipe that we discovered while doing some water mitigation damage in our bathroom. The copper pipe was corroded and needed to be replaced. We recently had water damage from a leaky toilet and the wall was flood cut already. Our mitigation contractor recommended using our own plumber to fix the pipe and we used master blaster after seeing the positive reviews on Angies list. I did have to call them the day of our appointment which was in the morning to remind them to come out. In fairness it was after a snow storm so there schedule was very backed up. They apologized and sent a tech out by noon. We also had them replace the shower and bath faucets for two bathrooms. This entailed a lot of cutting and sodering to replace fixtures that have been in the house since the 1960's most likely. It was over seven hours of work and the tech stayed till about 8pm. He ended up charging us less than what he originally quoted for the day and guaranteed the work for a year. Overall very pleased and will use them again.

They were a very good company. They came on a weekend for no extra charges. It's an old faucet so it took some extensive work. It saved me from having to replace the faucet. It took them the full hour to do it.

Great job. Would advise using shoe covers and wheel covers to get the machine in and out but VERY great job.

Technician looked at the faucet and decided it needed a new cartridge. He removed the old one and went to get a replacement. He returned and installed the new cartridge.

The first time with the drain cleaning, there was a discrepancy with the price. They quoted a higher price than they did over the phone. But they did honor the lower price. The second time for the inspection, they showed up quoting the same price as I was told over the phone. They did reschedule that appointment, but called to let me know. They were professional and personable. They have done a good job, so far as I can tell.

Master Blaster was here about two weeks a go. They unclogged a drain. The were very pleasant, and on time. I was very happy with their service, and I will call them back in the future.

First off, it was a pleasant surprise when I called to schedule an appointment to have a kitchen sink installed and was told that they could have someone at my home in a couple of hours to give me an estimate. Since it was already Thursday, and I didn't call until after 2 pm, I simply assumed that it would be sometime the following week before anyone could get around to me. Joe arrived on time, checked everything out, and quoted me a price of $630.00, plus parts. The price seemed fair, since I had decided to have several other things done in addition to the sink. We agreed on a Saturday morning appointment, which ended up being pushed back due to the weather dropping almost a foot of snow. He arrived at 3:15 pm, and started right in on installing the sink, faucet and garbage disposal. It went very well, and looks great. He then moved on to my hot water tank, which turned out to be a little more difficult. I had purchased the tank in 2010 from Elkhorn Heating & Air, and unfortunately when they installed it, they connected the copper pipe directly to the tank without something called a "dielectric" in between the two different metals. The end result was a big mess. It took quite awhile to get the situation corrected, which added to the original estimate of $630. (This was Elkhorn's fault- not Joe's!) When the hot water tank was finished, he moved on to a dripping faucet in the bathtub, and then the faucet in the laundry room- which just needed to be cleaned up and a new washer put in. It was 10 pm by the time everything was finished, and even after he had cleaned up and was ready to go, he hung around for a few minutes to make sure that the hot water tank was OK- something that I really appreciate, given that I live in a condo and if the tank had started to leak, it would have affected not only me, but two of my neighbors as well. It's been almost 2 weeks since the work was done- and everthing seems fine. I really liked Joe- he appeared to know exactly what he was doing, and didn't seem to mind my asking him some questions every now and then. I would definitely use this company again.

We got three bids. They had the best price and made a good impression. So, we scheduled the work. They arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. However, we had some problems with leaking and the pressure. To their credit. they came back 3 times and cheerfully completed the work to my satisfaction. The experience wasn't perfect. But, I will use them again.

They were too expensive. They seemed fine except for the price.

I felt the experience was excellent. I was real happy with them.

Was the only plumber to respond after trying to get someone out all day. Came in the evening of Halloweeen, was professional and got the job done.

We had a discount coupon and they did a good job. They showed up when they said they would and left everything nice and clean. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Ross, the technician, arrived right on time to the scheduled appointment. He took over an hour, making sure that the entire line was cleaned out. I've not had a problem since. He even explained that the tree roots grow more actively in the fall & winter, vs. the spring & fall as one would think. So, this is the proper time to apply a chemical into the line once a year to prevent the roots from invading the line again. And, that it would not hurt the tree either. Overall, I'd highly recommend Master Blaster and their technician Ross.

They were very thorough and even checked everything before diagnosing and fixing my problem. I used a coupon. I would use them again. They were prompt and even came over the weekend.

He was here for 7 hours, and went to Home Depot 3 times instead of assessing the situation first and only making one trip. He also chatted with us the entire time, and took about 2.5 times longer than he should have. He really socked it to us on the price. After reading the response from the president of company I changed my rating....I dropped it. The president was more interested in what the personal relationship between myself and the plumber instead of addressing the fact that it took the plumber 7hours and three trips to Home Depot to finish the job. The things that were repaired in my home could have been completed in 4 hours total if someone had their act together. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS THEY CAN!!!!
