They did really good work, and everything is fine. The plumber they sent in really knew what he was doing, and he was really cool with the kids even though they were all over him like a wet towel. The job was really well done. I would recommend them to family members and friends. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

From discovery of the leak to the first visit by MasterBlaster . . .12hrs. Time for Eric, the leak specialist, to get on the scene, 36hrs. later. Plumbing repair was completed 36 hours after that. We had the glass people come out on a Sunday to remove the mirror. They were great and this allowed the plumber to cut into the wall and for the job to move forward on Monday. We had Service Master out the day after the repairs were completed and they did the clean up in 3 or 4 days. Maybe a week for the whole project to be completed.

Overall I am a thoroughly satisfied customer!

It was prompt scheduling. The guys were really nice and they were helpful. They were honest. The service that I purchased for the intended purpose wasn’t really useful and they helped me out finding something that was useful for. I would rate them highly.

The company was very responsive on short notice, over a holiday weekend. I was out of state, and unable to see the problem in person. I asked people from three different companies what was wrong, and got three different answers. I decided to go with Master Blaster. They repaired the pipes. More problems were discovered along the way. The project took longer than I'd anticipated, in part between trying to decipher what the real problem was, and whether myself or my HOA was responsible for payment. The symptom, sewage back up in the basement, has been resolved with a combination of pipe repair both inside and outside the house. Master Blaster performed the work inside the house. They had to be asked to come back, after repairing the pipes, to repair the concrete holes they had removed to access the pipes. While I saw room for improvement in the diagnosis, execution and completion of the repairs, I'm not sure I would have had better luck with another plumber. The problem was fixed for what seems to be the going rate.

I called him in the morning, and he came at 6 o’clock at night right on the dot. He was very thorough and very good. If I needed anybody, I would call him back again in the future and use him.

All I did was call -- the rest was a positive experience of professional responsiveness.

I purchased a discounted service call from Angies list. Masters came out and determined they did not have the equipment necessary to fix the problem, which was a partially blocked mainline. (I had lint draining into my bathtub when I ran the washing machine. They came back out promptly and fixed the problem by feeding a snake in through the roof, but did not credit the discounted service call against the cost of this service, which seemed inappropriate since the initial call was merely to determine they did not have the equipment to address the issue. I believe the coupon was for $29.

He came in with his little machine, pulled out a wad of hair and was done! I asked him if he might do the same thing with the other tub and he said he would have to charge me another $89. I passed! Way too expensive of a service call to just remove a blob of hair. If he would have gone over to the 2nd tub and spent 5 minutes there, I would have felt the call was worth the $89. Next time I will find a snake myself and save myself a lot of $$$.

They came promptly and worked quickly. Much appreciated.

They were very thorough and they provided a DVD so we could actually see what they were doing. He was very professional and explained everything as he was walking through. We haven’t decided if we are going to use them yet.

Master Plumber's Handy Manny was great! Very personable, and answered all of my questions. Someone was originally supposed to arrive last evening, but the company called an hour and a half prior to my scheduled window of time of arrival to say they were running a bit late, and asked if it would it be ok to reschedule? They completely accommodated me and came this evening between 7-9pm! I am not sure many companies do that, and they didn't charge extra. Upon arrival, Manny announced who he was and from what company, as was evidenced on his company shirt. He inquired as to what my plumbing needs were and I told him I was interested in having my water heater maintained (as I have never had it done in my 10 years of ownership), and I also had a couple of toilet questions. He answered the latter questions to my satisfaction, and went on to share the estimate for maintaining the water heater. The quote was for $189, which he said he is required to tell a client prior to beginning the work, but I had a 10% savings for being an Angie's List member, so I paid $170.55. Manny went about his business in a very professional manner, and was very kind to my four-legged sons as well. All was done in a timely fashion, and explained to me. No additional work was necessary or encouraged. He was very pleasant! Also, he left zero evidence of ever having been here... except his business card :) Thank you Master Plumber, and Angie's List!

I called the company and left a message. They returned my call quickly. We scheduled the appointment within three days. I was told a window of 12-2 pm. I received two update etas which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I wanted a shower remodel quote. Not just a quote by a plumber about the drain pain and shower head fixture. Which was all the plumber could give me. He gave me some good advice on how I could proceed with the job myself. But that wasn't what I had requested.

Our house had a clogged kitchen sink. After trying to snake it myself, we called Master Blaster to roto-rooter our line and clear the clog. I called at 10 pm on a Wednesday evening and, to my surprise, someone answered the phone. They said they'd be out the first thing the following morning - which they were. They roto-rooter ($79 for one hour) didn't clear the line, so they decided to scope the pipe with a camera ($99 for one hour) to determine what the clog was. Turned out they couldn't get a camera very far due to a SEVERELY clogged drain. As in years and years and years of grease, grime, and who knows what else throw down the sink (we've only lived in the house for 3 years, so it wasn't our doing). So, we knew they would have to excavate to replace the pipe ($2100). Luckily, the clog started just outside the house, so it didn't require messing with the foundation. They discussed our options with us and we decided to have them replace the line. Again, they were very prompt and started the next day, Friday. After they had dug a hole to replace the line, they realized a larger section of the line than they thought was clogged, which required extra digging and extra time to fix. They charged $500 more for the extra time and work, which was unfortunate considering the high expense already, but it seemed reasonable given how much longer it took. Soon after that, the job was done and the sink was draining properly. Throughout the process, the company was very professional and punctual. I really appreciated them keeping me informed throughout the process and they never seemed to be annoyed when I was asking questions or looking into what they were doing. They covered the hole very well, and suprisingly, it did not look like major surgery occurred in our backyard when they left. Unfortunately, it was expensive and the cost seemed to keep increasing as we went along. However, I didn't feel like we were getting taken advantage of or that they were trying to get extra money from us. The circumstances really dictated each extra charge. Total charge was about $3100. I'm going to give them a "B" for the rating, mostly because I had no other quote and I wouldn't feel right granting an "A." Overall, they made an unfortunate, expensive project a little easier to handle through their punctuality and professional. I'd recommend them and would likely use them again in the future.

They sent out a tech who fixed the drip. He had to go to a supply store to get parts since this unit is an older unit he didn't have the appropriate parts on his truck. He did have some problems even finding those parts but did succeed. The dripping has stopped. The tech was very personable and professional. Plumbers are not cheap but their costs were very reasonable.

They performed a high quality of service and were very efficient. They did a professional job.

We were having water pressure issues and the toilet upstairs was making weird sounds. He was fully of information and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Our main water valve was missing a pressure regulator and once he installed one the issues went away. He was professional and polite. I would call him again in a minute.

The job went very well, and I was very satisfied. They were prompt and on time. They described what they could do, and made good recommendations. They were very professional. The job took longer than they anticipated, but they got it done.

Disconnect existing gas range, add emergency shut-off valve and cap off line during kitchen remodel. Although I had provided details regarding the work needed, when the service man arrived he didn't have any of the materials needed. He came back an hour later with the materials needed and spent the next 20 minutes doing the work. For a straight-forward and relatively small job, I felt the price was higher than necessary.

They were good. There were a little on the expensive side.

I am very happy with my experience with Master Blaster. I submitted a service request on their website and had a call from them the next morning at 8am! They were able to schedule me for that evening and kept me posted as to when the plumber would arrive. They were on-time within the window they first told me. The plumber was very courteous and professional and had the job done in a flash. I would definitely use them again.
