Eric from Master Blaster came out to finish up a plumbing job I had started. He was a little late, but called to tell me he would be, so that was OK. He got here and finished the job, plus gave me a bit of a plumbing lesson, which was nice. I gave them a C for price because all plumbers are quite expensive, not just Master Blaster.

Eric came out to my house - very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The drain from my washing machine was clogged - He found the problem, fixed it, and left it all as clean as he found it (which is how it should be right? but anymore, doesn't seem to be the case... ). I was blown away that Master Blaster Plumbing is open 7 days a week - they came to my house on a Sunday without charging me extra. I will absolutely use them again.

They did excellent work and they came back twice. They were very nice and very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with them. I found them through Angie’s List. They were very helpful and very professional. They are fairly priced and very professional.

They were super. They worked around my schedule. They worked out payment arrangements with me because I couldn't afford it all at once but wanted to get it done. I paid for half of it right away and then the other half in two weeks, which was really nice. There was problem with my water because I live in a town home. They couldn't finish it on a Friday but then came back over the weekend to finish it without charging more. The water heater is great and the install was perfect. Their price was super.

Joe came to my house and fixed my garbage disposal and unclogged the drain. Hewas quick and did an excellent job.

I called to have them come ans service a bathroom leak. Once we understood the origin of the leak, my husband told the plumber that he could fix it ($15 instead of $130). The plumber left very upset even though we had paid for the service call.

They tech was very nice and accomodating.

He was great, he was fantastic. He was on time and the work was outstanding. He was careful, clean and you could just tell he took pride in what he did. I found him on Angie's List. I chose him based on reviews and I liked that he was local and would know this area. I told him when he left that when I get more work that I need done figured out he will be my first call.

The plumber stayed outside in the cold for over an hour before breaking through the clog. He was courteous and did a fine job.

We had a leak in the storage unit in our basement. My husband was out of town and other plumbers told me they couldn't make it out to fix the problem that day. When I explained to Greg at MasterBlaster what was going on, he called a technician and they were at the house within an hour. The leak was stopped (even though it was way more extensive than we originally thought) and the repairs were made over the course of the day.

Estimate prior to start of repair almost $1000. Kept us updated through out the repair process. Jose was pleasant and very thorogh.

They were perfect and I had no problems. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were not good because they didn't show and didn't call. I would not use them again; I will go to someone else.

I scheduled an appointment from 12-2 time frame. I received a call prior to 12 to advise they were running a little late but still with in the time frame. Which i would think is normal for all plumbers. Its hard to tell how long a job is really going to take until you get there. A little after 2pm i called the office to ask if they were still coming or need to reschedule. They advised me they would be there between 2-4pm. I know not everyone can afford to sit for 4 hours at home just waiting. About 4:15 no one had arrived and no one called so i called the office to inquire and was immediately hung up on. I called back directly after and the receptionist advised they were on their way to my house. At 5pm they were still not there so i called back to see if maybe something came up and they would not be able to make it today and maybe a reschedule for another day would be better. The receptionist was very short with me and said they should be on their way. Maybe i called the office a little too much but i figured if they were going to miss the time just let me know or reschedule would be fine with me. They did arrive at my house about 15 min later. The toilet leak was fixed and done withine about an hour. The plumber was very profesional and clean. I would recommend this company but just keep in mind that scheduling appointments isn't always a fixed time with plumbers.

Do take advantage of the Angie's List coupon. Enjoy talking to Terese, ask for Joe to be dispatched to perform your work, and don't stress out--these guys know what they are doing!

Purchased coupon from Angie's list ---- "oh that doesn't apply to this service call - we charge $209 to locate plumbing leaks" Was still an issue when he left --- insisted I had to have a seriously unattractive spout attached in bath even though I was purchasing a brand new set that day from Home Depot....oh, and now that it's attached I'll mention I'm charging you $59.50 for this item you didn't want nor need. Have since called a different plumber who completely re-did the copper piping and set up for the tile guy to work to complete --- and spent only $240 on him. The initial $259.50 was a complete waste of my hard earned money. Disappointed with Angie's list. ;(

I had to pay for the service call and I wasn't happy with the suggestion. Right away he started telling me that my hot water tank was old and probably should be replaced. He was going to run a line through the wall to the hot water tank and that didn't sit well with me. I thought it should be ran through the crawl space. I opted not to use them because I was not really impressed. He included in the proposal to clean out my hot water tank. I didn't like the fact that right away he wanted to sell me something else. I didn't like the professionalism because he came in and started telling me a long tale about how he owned a house in Denver and rented it out. It did not relate to why he was there and it took up my time.

We recently purchased a new home that was a fix & flip and we have found it necessary to have professionals come out and do a number of things to ensure everything is as it should be. The water pressure in our house seemed to be a bit weak and we wanted to have it looked at because we thought it might be affecting a number of different things in the house. So we called up Master Blaster and Manny came to our house to check out the problem. He was very nice, professional, and helpful. He took to the time to look at all of the little things that were bothering me and to explain why they acted the way they did. It turns out that everything was fine in the house, but it was reassuring that everything checked out fine. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me or anything of that nature. When I asked specific questions, e.g. how much to replace the water heater, he told me the labor cost as well as the parts cost, which is very helpful when planning for that type of thing. If/when some plumbing issue does arise, I will definitely give Master Blaster a call and hope they send Manny back out to help us.

This didn't go too well. It seemed like the guy was trying to oversell me, and also seemed overpriced. He did not end up correcting the problem and we ended up calling someone else who fixed it. However, I still had to pay Master Blaster. I called Master Blaster back and sent someone else, but the guy recommended the same fix in the first which was way too expensive. The drain cleaning seems cheap but the other jobs are expensive.

Great. They were prompt, worked quickly and did a great job.

---NOTE--- I have added a follow-up to this, my original complaint, at the end--------- Our downstairs bathroom shower backed up sewer water, first time this has happened in the six+ years I've owned the house. Not really knowing what to do next, I called these guys because I presumed that the line needed to be cleaned out. In speaking with them, and then doing some research online, I decided on first getting a sewer line video to see exactly what the problem was. They came out promptly, but that was the best of it. Two guys, one very nice and one a glowering, unpleasant 'bad cop'. They had to 'pull the toilet' to get to the sewer line, and made a big deal of it, that it was some kind of a big pain to them. I know almost nothing about plumbing, but even I know it takes about two minutes to 'pull a toilet' and about two minutes to re-install it (and I have done this before, it's about as difficult as operating a can opener), unless you're going to re-caulk the base, which these guys were not, and did not. They could obviously tell I had zero experience with sewer line problems, and they tried to take advantage of it, blatantly. They said there was a 'huge blockage' in the line from tree roots, and emphasized this as if it's some rare problem, that is going to turn out badly. Really. They said that they could "barely get the camera through". I then said it sounded like I needed to get the line cleaned, but the Bad Cop said it would "do no good", because "roots from trees are like rose bushes. You know about rose bushes, right, how if you cut them back they just come in faster and stronger and thicker next time, right? You try to clean this line and it will only make the problem worse. And if you call Roto-Rooter, they'll get their line stuck in this and then you'll have to pay them $12,000.00 to dig it out". Yeah. It was clear I was being groomed for some kind of unnecessary repair bill, and it really made me mad, but I kept cool beacuse I wanted to hear whatever other BS they were planning to tell me. And it came. They went outside to 'locate the serious blockage', and came up with a spot under the middle of the driveway. They said they'd have to excavate the line, dig down 'about 10 feet', then replace the one section of the pipe which was so seriously blocked by the presence of tree roots (looking online later that night, I soon realized how common roots in the sewer line are), and charge me $3600.00 for this, and then they laid it on-- when I said I'd have to think about it, the Bad Cop said I'd better get this done without another minute's delay, "unless you want your whole basement flooded with sewer", and that could "happen any time now" and was likely to, indeed, any moment. So somehow I was to believe that, now, it wouldn't be just the several gallon back-up that happened days before, but a deluvian torrent from the full, churning city sewer. Even though I'd used the shower since cleaning up the sewer back-up, and the sinks, and the washer, just to see what else might happen and nothing else happened-- and I told them that- and since their camera now 'made a hole in this mess', presumably improving flow. They packed up and left, and did not give me my DVD. I called the next day to get my DVD, and they said I'd somehow 'declined' it. What?! I said how silly that position was, and insisted on my DVD. They'd have to come back out and re-photo it. Only the good cop came back, and he de-emphasized the overblown threats that Bad Cop made the night before, suggesting I hire them to clean the line (somehow their equipment wouldn't get stuck, like they said Roto-Rooter's would). Sure... this is not a company I have any intention of rewarding with more of my money. He didn't even bother to screw down the toilet after he finished. Clear and blatant attempt at taking ridiculous advantage of a inexperienced homeowner. How in the world has this company earned the perfect reputation I saw for them on Angie's List?? Next day I called Garvin's, they cleaned the line, easily, and said not only was the line basically fine, and that there was no ' huge blockage', that there were plenty of companies out there that drag you in with a low-cost sewer line video and then tell you you're going to need a major job done- and that sometimes 'forget' the DVD, then the next day, give you a DVD that shows massive problems-- but it's some other sewer line and they show the same DVD to every customer, saying it's their sewer line. I did not tell Garvin's who was here, just to be clear, but they guessed that I paid $79.00 for the video and DVD, and that 'no one only comes out to video the line for $79. and just leaves it at that'. I do recommend Garvin's, who finished up saying that I should have the line rootered 'every couple of years', and I think Master Blaster should be out of business. How do you live with yourself trying to pull this on people? Shouldn't you be embarrassed to behave this way? There are millions of honest ways to make a buck- what a failure of integrity and imagination Master Blaster's employees show. ---Follow-Up-------- Master Blaster called me repeatedly and texted me repeatedly throughout the day after I left this complaint. I called them back after my work day was finished. They stated that, for my job, they used outside contractors, and were not familiar with the tactics these people employed; they refunded my payment though I did not ask, and stated that they were going to investigate the situation and history concerning these workers. They need to.

Master Blaster showed up on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently.

We were fortunate to find Master Blaster online several years ago when we had to replace our water heater. Ross is the the owner of the company and he was such an unexpected AND pleasant surprise!!! He came out that very same night AFTER HOURS with no penalty charge for performing emergency plumbing services. Ross replaced our broken water heater with an upgraded model that he had available (at no addit'l charge) because the basic model was not available at that time. We have had Master Blaster out on several additional occasions for various plumbing work, including installing our new dishwasher and fixing issues with the toilets in our home. Recently, Master Blaster came out to adjust our water pressure. We no longer have the hammering in our pipes from too much pressure when the sprinkler system runsin the morning. What a relief!!! We have been 100% satisfied with Ross, his company (Master Blaster) and his employees. We feel that his service is prompt and reliable...And his pricing is fair. We very much appreciate that Ross does not take advantage of his customers, but rather treats his customers with honesty and respect. Overall, Master Blaster has provided STELLAR customer service!!! We will continue to HIGHLY recommend Ross and his company to our friends and family...And here on Angie's list. Thank you Master Blaster!!!

Joe came here when he said he would. He was very pleasant, did a good job and was very pleased. He knew what he was doing. He also gave me some tips.
