Master Blaster Plumbing advertises that it offers 24/7 emergency services. I called and emailed for emergency service on Sat. evening (approx. 10 p.m.) 10/13/12. No one called me back until 8:00 a.m. Sunday 10/14/12. When I finally received a call back they said had no available technicians for the day. I asked for recommendations for other plumbers and they refused to provide a recommendation. Check these guys out on Yelp where they have a well-deserved one star rating.

The guy that came out was on time and was very helpful. My coupon didn't cover the work that needed to be done, but he was able still make me a deal as a first time customer. He did the work quickly and efficiently, got everything put back together and clean up. I've never been impressed enough with any plumbers/drain cleaning service to call someone the second time, but I will call these guys the next time I need plumbing work.

Joe McLeod was extremely professional and pleasant. He went out of his way to explain things and find parts that fit properly. He did a great job! It's also obvious that he really values his company and how they operate. That was refreshing to hear!

The service went pretty well overall.

Prompt arrival. No problems. Let me watch as the line was pushed through the pipe. Gave me a video afterwards (which thankfully didn't show any potential problems).

They cleaned out a drain and I was good to go.

I asked them to look at my back patio and see if it was possible to add a faucet on the patio. Since I am in a wheelchair it is difficult to go down the stairs to the faucet. They ended up with a different placement than we thought at first.

I called and joe came out. He was here 3x. Once for a hose Bibb replacement, which was done quickly and fairly. The other two times was for a kitchen sink faucet install and leak repair. My only issue is that the kitchen sink started leaking after his installation due to a broken valve that should have been replaced the first time he was here. He did come out again to fix it, but charged us for another service call, rather than just the price of the part. I told him the valve was leaking when he was here the first time, but he stated it shouldn't make a difference and didn't replace it.

My time window was a Saturday from 3:00 - 5:00. The plumber arrived after 5:00 due to problems with a job earlier in the day. I already had purchased the replacement so he was able to replace the disposal in good time and was off. I haven't had any problems with this in the weeks since. Joe was great; very pleasant and was nice to visit with.

Poorly, didn't cost me anything but still have a leak.

Company was responsive, punctual and professional. Have already recommended to friends who used their service for a complete sewer repair and found them the same and just as satisfied as I.

It didn't. I could not justify paying them $120 to simply drive to my house.

Arrived as scheduled, fixed one faucet could not fix a second due to potential further damage.

The plumber arrived on time, very professional. It took some time to find the leak from the shower, however he stayed with it until he found the problem. The plumber stated he did not want to fix something that he was not sure was part of the leak. We ran water several times before it leaked down the pipes through the ceiling on the floor below the upper bathroom. We had a handyman remodel that bathroom that someone recommended to my husband from work and he put the drain in incorrectly. I would never use anyone that was not on Angie's list in the future, as the difference was night and day. The handyman put in inferior parts and we have been fixing his mess for the past four years. The plumber was professional, courteous, and not overpriced. I had a much larger estimate from a plumber that was not on Angie's list. Master Blaster will be who I choose for any future plumbing issues, they were exactly how they were rated by other customers on Angie's list, you can trust them to do the job.

They were terrific, really great at providing the detail about the items in my home. He was well priced.

Very good. I am pleased the problem has been fixed and at about half the price I had been paying. I paid $280.00 for two previous trips by another plumber and the problem was not fixed.

Serviceman called an hour prior to arrival as advertised and was on time. He promptly unclogged my drain. He identified that there might be a problem with the bathroom drain as well, but suggested we wait and see how it went.

Everything was exceptional. Polite, knowledgeable, up-beat, efficient use of time, helpful with my decision making, showed me exactly what work he did. Personable enough, but not chatty.

Joe showed up on time and quoted me $189 for the first hour and $139 every hour after plus parts. He quoted the job at 2 hours. I said Ill do it myself for that money. He countered at $278 if I went and got the parts. I said fine. I went and bought the parts and Joe installed them in less than an hour. The overflow leaked so he spent another 20 minutes fixing it. so he ended up charging me for an hour and 15 minutes. I just wish they would have mentioned $189 for the first hour before they showed up. Yes I paid it but I needed a working tub and I had a plumber at my house.

Couldn't use the coupon because I am out of their service area. Looks like I got stock for the $19 on Angie's List.

All of the employees of Master Blaster that I spoke to were professional and courteous. The majority of them were focused on my problem. One seemed to be focused on digging up 38th Ave and spending a lot of my money. I was told several times that I would get a quote before they started the work, but that never happened. I was verbally quoted $2500 and it ended up being more than that. After having an open drain in my basement with a 5/8" cable hanging out of it for a week. I was ready to be done with this project and happy that I did not have to take out a loan to fund this repair. In the end, the work that was done, needed to be done regardless of the broken cable snake. And I am satisfied with the quality of the work. As a footnote, I have recommended Master Blaster to friends, with the suggestion that they get a written quote before the repair work is done and that they ask questions about the repairs.

I had called to setup an appointment to have a representative (Jose G.) to come out to my house. I had an issue with three sinks in my house draining slowly, replacement of a pee-trap, and installing a drain for the washing machine. They setup an appointment for that afternoon and he arrived on time and was very customer friendly. His appearance was in a clean company uniform and don cloth booties on his shoes prior entering my home. He was very attentive as I showed him my issues with the sinks and laundry room drain. He made several suggestions and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He then proceeded to figure an estimate for the service. The estimate for the service was $786.00 plus parts. He went through each line of cost and explained the cost of service, cost of parts, and what had to be performed to complete each of my issues. After the explanation was complete he said he could start the job that day, if I accepted the estimated cost of the service. I accepted the service and he indicated that he would put together a parts list for each issue and go get the parts from the parts house. On his return he collected the parts and tools and proceeded to the issues one at a time. He kept his working area very clean and put down sheets of cardboard to protect my floors. As he was working on each issue, he explain what he was doing and answer my questions as he went from issue to issue. He completed the work in a timely manner. From the time he gave me the estimate until the job was complete he spent about five hours completing the issues. He clean up his tools and excess trash and put them in his van. When the job was complete, he totaled the cost of the job and it came to a cost of $848.77. I found this experience with this company representative was excellent and would hire them again.

Eric showed up about 1 1/2 hours after I called. He cleaned the bathroom sink drain. He left the bathroom cabinet as clean as he found it.It took him less than a 1/2 an hour to clean the drain.
