Fine. While the repair guy came right away, I was irritated that I was charged for the time it took him to leave my house, go to Home Depot (or wherever) and buy the parts he didn't have on his truck.

They were able to schedule the appointment within the next day, they were prompt and professional and provided a 30-day guarantee.

Fixed the leak without replacing the valve, but did replace the shut-off valve inside the tank.

Probably needed to be replaced, but fixed it well enough, as we were selling our house

I rely on Angie's List for a deal with a reputable service provider. While they the latter, it was not the former. They were able to get issue fixed, but the "deal" was not a deal. It was a down payment to get them in my door at regular rates.. So I will likely not use them again.

The tech didn't apply the discount properly so I was overcharged ~$120 for the installation, but when I called the office they were very quick to sort it out and refund the money. Friendly customer service and the disposal works just fine.

Tech was prompt and worked until the problem was solved. Only issue with the installation - when the tech installed the new garbage disposal, he forgot to remove the drain plug in that disposal which allows the dishwasher to drain. I was able to easily remove that plug, but took me some time to figure out what was wrong.

It was priced well. Very professional. Very neat and clean. They did a great job. They did exactly what I needed and explained what I needed.

They were available after hours which is what I needed. They were very clear what the charges would be and showed up when they said they would.

I felt hustled for more services. It took 2 visits to fix a simple leaky faucet.

Master Blaster has really been great. I had a sewer backup into my basement bathroom in January. They came out and cabled the line. About 6 weeks later it backed up again - being that my house was built in 1939 I was certain i had some catastrophic pipe issue. They came out within hours of me calling and attempted to clean the line again. When that didn't work they set up a time the next day to have the line scoped and the gentleman that they sent was going to be able to give me an estimate if it needed replacement. Luckily the pipe was intact but was not something that could be cleaned by a rooter/cable. They suggested that i hydro-jet the line to get it good and clean. They were able to work around my very tight schedule and get someone out in the 2 hour window i had available the next day. About a week and half later while doing laundry I notice water in the shower again. Master Blaster sent someone out first thing the next morning to cable and scope the line again. I was given advice on what the problem is and what can be done in the near and far term. There was no charge for this follow up service. the ladies in the office were fanastic about being responsive and communicating arrival times of the plumbers. Terry, and quot;handyand quot; Manny and Todd were all great at answering questions and providing insight into the issues. I also need to note that they honored Angie's list coupons/pricing for all services - even when not purchased through Angies list. They even honored a coupon on angie's list for the hyrdo-jetting that saved me a bunch of money when the service was already scheduled. many thanks to all involved for making a bad situation go as smoothly as possible!

On May 24, 2014, Master Blaster came to clear a drain as our basment flooded. We paid $249. The worker only cleared the drain from the house to the street and recommended we have a video done of the drain. On July 6, 2014, our bsament flooded again. Master Blaster was called again. They said they did not back their eailier work because they had advised us to have a video made of the pipe. The work man cleared the pipe from the house to the street. He left our house and said it was safe to run the washing machine. The basement flooded again. We then had a video made on July 7 of the drain from the house to the street. The drain was clear but had some dips in it. On July 9, the basement flooded again and we called another plumber and the drain in the basement was the one that needed cleared. I would say Master Blaster cost us a complete remodel of our basement because they did not investigate the problem correctly. I would never use them again.

The gentleman, Matt, from Master Blaster arrived on time and introduced himself and why he was here at the house.He brought his equipment in through the garage then went to the basement. Once setup was completed, I was able to watch the procedure on the screen. He explained the process as he moved the camera through the pipes. He identified the PVC pipe and showed where it connected to the clay pipe. Matt also explained that and quot;back in the dayand quot; they didn't have elbow joints so they connected the two pipes the way they did. He also said the connection was good and I shouldn't allow anyone to tell me differently just so they could get a and quot;joband quot; that wasn't necessary.Once he completed the scope, he created a DVD of the procedure, which he gave to me. He also provided a written statement of his findings on the Service Contract. The scope turned out well for us, the sewer line is in good condition.BTW, I hired Master Blaster as a result of an and quot;Angie's List Dealand quot;; I'm very glad I did and I would definitely recommend them.

Matt, the person who surveyed the location of the sewer and made the estimate, was very helpful explaining how and what would be done. Work was done in one day and they seemed to do a good job. It did look like difficult excavating, the water main was very close to the server line. My main complaint is our landscaping was destroyed. Granted we were warned that would happen but until you see the results, you can?t really picture it. They made no attempt to save the grass or top soil from the ditch. I now have a 60? long by 4? wide strip of packed clay and rocks from my house to the street bisecting my front yard. Just keep this in mind if you ever need your sewer replaced. Ask them to save the sod and top soil.
