They repaired a leaking pipe under kitchen sink, they had to replace some other pipes and the screen for the sink. Both of the techs were very professional . This is my second time using the company and will use them again. First time found them in the phone book as was emergency on New Years weekend 2 years.

Did excellent job. Cleaned up after nicely. Pleasant and efficient.

Had Master Blaster Plumbing & Drain LLC come to look at a leaking faucet. The charge was to high so I didn't have them fix it, I did it myself. Was going to charge extra because spiders in the crawl space.

Overall it went very well. They were on time, they diagnosed the issue and fixed it, and they didn't try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need. They took note of my mention that I had brand new carpet and put on plastic booties every time they came in. The ONE thing that distressed me a little bit was that after putting booties on their shoes, they rolled the dolly that held the snake right over the carpet and down the stairs (laying a cloth down might have been a better solution). I didn't see any damage or mud but it made me nervous. I would definitely use them again.

Sewer line cleaned out. Went smoothly. Drain no longer backs up. Tree roots in line.

Called in a panic at 6:30am, and they answered! Said they'd have someone out as fast as they could. Chris showed up, calling ahead to let us know he was on the way. Immediately started diagnosing the problem, and identified that the basement sewage extractor pump had failed. He discussed price with us, and immediately went to get a replacement. While testing it, he discovered that the valve above it was faulty, which was likely why the pump failed. He got us a higher quality valve and installed it. He was friendly, professional, and awesome, despite the very unpleasant working conditions. He literally saved us from the poo. Most of the cost was for the pump - his labor costs were extremely reasonable, and he was careful in his billing to break out diagnostic time and repair time for our insurer. He went over all warranties, and made sure we had his number - awesome!

My husband was present when the work was done. I would have gotten another estimate for the water heater. The price was more than other companies I have since heard of. The work itself is well don.

I think I ended up having to pay more because of what they did but I don't think it was bad, it was medium. I thought they were very professional, like you know wear the things on their shoes. We had something clogged, I was cleaning the toilet and the head of the cleaning thing I was using broke off and it was clogged and we couldn't use it. There is a foreign object in the toilet I guess, it was like the plastic part of it went down in there. They said that if this doesn't work then we'll have to like take the whole toilet apart but they were able to get it like with one of those nick things, they were able to like snag what got in so that was good. I just thought, oh that's a good thing to kind of have on hand and then I ended up using them. I have bought another one some other time but I've never used it. As far as I can remember, they came when they said they are going to come.

After receiving a bid from another well known plumbing company, I referred to Angie's list and called these people for a quote. They were half the cost and responsive. The plumber took the time to explain the options and offer suggestions.

Things went very well. They were quick , prompt and had all the necessary items handy to do the repair. They were good at explaining what all needed to be done and offered advice on general system care. A very friendly experience as well.

After the big cold snap here in Denver in April, we had hooked up the hose to the back yard faucet to water the yard. I noticed after a minute or four that water was coming out of the back of the house where it shouldn't be. Running downstairs, we found the basement cabinets wet and the floor with some standing water. Major catastrophe avoided, but the cause was a split hose bib. We called Master Blaster and they sent a technician to perform the repair. The gentleman who was dispatched was up to the chore and got the work done in relatively short order. Thus far the repair is holding strong. The workmanship looks good and the fact that they were able to come out on a Saturday and take care of what would otherwise have been a difficult issue to resolve (scheduling and time off) was greatly appreciated. While the price wasn't exactly a value, it was something that we were willing to pay and really don't have much else to compare it to.

We had a toliet with a slow leak behind it, and we also couldn't get hot water out of our tub, only the cold water handle was working. Master Blaster came out, identified the problems with each and fixed both. The price seemed a bit high, as the tub faucet / handle was a quick fix, but he recommended gutting and rebuilding the toilet, which was expensive, and I felt pushed to install a new toilet, which I wasn't ready to do. (we're hoping to remodel that bath in the future, so I wasn't ready to replace parts now.) The toilet tank after the fix is now a bit crooked, it's clearly not level. It does not leak anymore, though, so it IS fixed, but it looks a bit off...

We are in the middle of a big remodel project, and turned our new bathtub on for the first time, on Friday night. The bathtub was not draining at first, but then did drain, and we thought everything was okay. About an hour later, we discovered our sewer was backed up, and water was bubbling up into our basement through the floor drain. We called Master Blaster on Saturday morning, and talked to a nice woman, who when asked about pricing to help us with our situation, said she had to check with someone, and would call us back. She did call back right away, and let us know that approximate cost of the service call plus the hourly rate, and scheduled an appointment for 4-7 pm that evening. We received a call prior to 4 pm, to let us know he (I can't remember the serviceman's name) would be there at 6 pm. He arrived at our house at 6:04 pm (that is prompt, for a contractor!) He thoroughly explained to us that our sewer clean-out was old and not accessible, and told us he could add a new one, showed us where it would be located and what the cost would be. So, he proceeded to add the new sewer clean-out, and snaked the line, and resolved our problem! The total cost was $124.00 with the service call and materials, which was a very good deal, in our opinion, for the services that were rendered. They were on-time, professional, did a good job, and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!

They did good work and we had no problems. My wife did most of the actual dealing with the representatives, and she had no problems whatsoever.

This was an emergency plumbing call and they responded quickly. Eric arrived within hours and after a quick tour of the mess, I showed him the trap for the main drain. He got right to work with his gizmo clearing the roots out of my drain pipe. I stayed with him to ask lots of questions.....(what can I say, I'm the curious type!) I wanted to know if he could "feel" when he was cutting through roots.....did he know how far along the snake was......can he tell if the pipe is broken.... Eric was happy to talk to me and answered all of my questions He also gave me some tips along the way to avoid the problem in the future. I also got some good advice about how to go about dealing with the possibility of replacing the old drain pipe in the future. I found Master Blaster here on Angie's List. I took advantage of an online coupon for $99.00 to snake any drain up to 100'. I had the impression that whether you pay the full price or get a discount, you get good service either way. I certainly would recommend them.

They came out and estimated a few different things for me. I would have hired them if I needed them. He seemed to know what we was doing and was very nice.

Pretty good- plumber was on time and professional. He used a snake on the toilet and it worked normally afterwards. However, I had to do it again a week afterward and it appeared that it hadn't been done thoroughly enough by the plumber. I don't blame the plumber for this, but I don't feel the need to contact them again either.

They did not show up for the first scheduled appointment. They did show up on time for the second. I had purchased a Big Deal for $50 for Sewer Drain Camera Inspection & More. After they had performed the service, they said they would send a copy of the video. I have not received it yet or any kind of follow up.

Technician was timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I have no complaints of the service that I received.

He had me watch the video and explained what he saw in the sewer. I felt he was very honest and wasn't trying to get me to put in a new sewer right away.

The service call was fantastic. He was in the area, and called several times to make sure I was home. He wanted to rearrange his schedule that day, and came by earlier, which worked even better for me. The work was done very well and very quickly, and for a reasonable price.

It went really well! They showed up on time, were extremely conscientious about putting plastic down on the carpet, were very careful not to let my cat out. These guys worked SO hard because the old pipe did not want to come out without a fight. They really had to work for it and dig a lot y hand, but they didn't give up and the price didn't go up because they had to work at it. The other companies that quoted me a. wanted a LOT more money, and b. were pretty sure they wouldn't be able to install a new pipe without excavating around the outside of my house and putting the new water through the outside of my basement into the house, which would be a whole different project and a lot more money. Anyway, these guys were terrific. I put them a "B" on professionalism only because one of the guys kept asking me personal questions about my family life, and when he figured out I didn't have a husband (his English wasn't very good) kept asking me to marry him....or maybe he was offering to work in the backyard....not sure which. Got old after awhile, but overall these guys were awsome.

I had a clogged drain that I had tried unsuccessfully to fix myself. I called Master Blaster and they came out quickly, cleaned the drain and reassembled the parts I had removed. The price was fair and the service was excellent. There was a minor equipment problem during the visit and they did not charge me for the extra time this caused, or having the owner come onsite to assist. I was completely satisfied and felt they were absolutely fair in their dealings with me. I'll definitely call them next time I need a plumber.

.My drain P trap was "calcified / clogged"... and had a check ball in it. so they would not clean it out :( ..so I am supposed to leave off the clean out cap and let it drain out that way (letting in sewer gas and potential back up?) .. not too happy. I realize it was not a simple one... but they should take the tough jobs along with the easy ones and clean it out the right way, like the ad says
