I'ts not complicated. Technician could have had better tools. Tech was courtious and neat .

They were unable to clear the blockage and so I had to get the whole system done. They gave me more value for my money. Initially there was a problem, and there was a problem with one of their technicians, but they came through and worked with me and we figured it out.

I wasn't expecting the total cost and the way the coupon was worded ended up being a little misleading. But the service was fine. They were quick and efficient.

Terrific! Joe Mcleod was the service man that came out. He was very knowledgeable & gave us a much better price than I was previously quoted by other plumbers on the phone. Even though I pulled up several plumbing companies on Angie's List, I only called Master Blaster because of the volume of referrals they had (all positive) & because they wanted to see the scope of the work in person before giving a quote. We recently bought a home and were ready to move in. Three days before the move, I found a leak going into my basement. We found Mater Blaster plumbing on Angies List and gave them a call. Needless to say, my wife and I were in a panic. The receptionisit was FANTASTIC (Danielle) and was very understanding. I was concerned about the situation and price and wanted to talk to a plumber. She suggested to talk with the owner, and that he would give me a call in a few minutes. When I heard that, I was saying to myself, "Yeah RIGHT, the owner is going to call me in a few days." I was very surprised to get a call from the owner within ten minutes of talking to the receptionist. (ROSS, Thank you so much) He really talked me off the ledge, and really explained things to me (concerning water leaks, and possible mold). I had called a few other plumbers prior, but they were unavailable until Monday. Master Blaster was the only company available to come out on a Sunday morning to fix the problem. The person Master Blaster sent out (Jake) was very friendly and professional. He looked at the entire situation to determine the main source of the leak, and to see if there were any other possible leaks. He did a great, clean job in fixing the problem faucet. I am now in the process of cleaning up the water, and will have my new house back together shortly. Thank you again Master Blaster. You will be the first company I recomend to anyone who needs a plumber.

The problem occurred today. Found Master Blaster on Angies List. Called them approximately 2:15PM. They came out within one hour as promised. Their service was very fast, very professional and I felt reasonable in their pricing. We had this problem once before and called someone we found on the internet (prior to me joining AngiesList). Their price was much higher to do the exact same job. I would definitely use them again for any problems or installations in the future. I would also recommend this service provider to my family and friends.

Wow, Manny was fantastic. Called to get an estimate on a plumbing leak, Manny arrived that afternoon. After assessing the situation he advised the faucet needed to be replaced on our sink. He provided an estimate which was very reasonable, but also was very honest and said it wasn't a very difficult task if we wanted to try it on our own. Because my husband is quite handy we were able to do the repair ourselves with the instructions and advice Manny took the time to leave for us. He even said we could call him if we needed help! I am so used to feeling uneasy/untrusting when it comes to home and auto repairs, it was refreshing to deal with someone so honest and not pushing to sell something. We are planning on doing a remodel of our bathrooms in the next year and Master Blaster will be the first ones we call for help with the plumbing! Thanks for the great service Manny!!

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they did great. They both came and finished when they said they would and it worked out fine. I was happy with the work and did not shop around for competitive pricing. I paid a substantial amount of additional money over the Big Deal price for the new sewer line.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We found their information and their service was very professional, it was conducted very well, my husband was satisfied with the results, and we are now living in the house that was inspected. It was the best service. Other people should try them out and use their own judgment. They were very good with us, we didn't have complaints. They might not be what another person is looking for but they're worth a try. My husband was here and they showed him everything. He used to be a contractor for a construction so he has knowledge of what to look for as well and he was very pleased with their service. I believe it was a reasonable price. They were very professional, they answered all his questions, they did very good. We had to reschedule once because something came up but aside from that, they were very punctual.

He showed up on time, checked out the situation and snaked it out. I was very thankful that he was able to do it without pulling the toilet and relieved that it hadn't made it's way down into the pipes. He was very pleasant, and very quick.

Went downstairs to find the basement drain had backed up and overflowed across some of the floor; messy! I made a quick check on Angies List to find a plumbing service and came up with Master Blaster. On calling, I talked to a very nice woman who said she could have someone over in a few hours. The guy showed up even earlier than expected and got to work. He rooted the sewer line three times each time taking out more tree roots. He then cleaned everything and helped me shove the washer/dryer back into place. when he made out the bill I told him I had clicked on the Angie List coupon for ninety dollars and he made the bill out for that amount. The guy was efficient and easy to talk to. I would use this company again.

That worked very well and it was very good service. The serviceman was really nice!

Arrived on schedule, problem cleared in very short time. Pleased with cost, bill was much lower than expected for a Sunday afternoon job. Would use again.

They called back expediently and were very easy to work with in setting up time to meet, promptness and courtesy with the appointment -I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We received very prompt, friendly and professional service from beginning to end. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly (next day). Eric appeared knowledgeable, assessed the problem and explain all of our options - risks and benefits. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We would gladly use master plumbing again and would recommend them highly to others! I have to say the booties on Eric's shoes were a nice touch...it showed that the company cares about their customer's homes, not all businesses that we have had in our home have done that. They came out the first time and found out that they didn't have the part they needed. They came back after two weeks later and did a great job, it was expensive but it was fine. I did paid them extra for the additional service that they provided me.

I never heard back! Even sent an email to the company stating that I never heard back and got no response at all. Very unprofessional as far as follow up went. I would never use them for service because I would wonder if they would respond to my calls.

It went very well. The provider was prompt and explained everything in detail and gave me useful information about preventing anymore clogs/backups. I will definitely call them again for their services. Vickie Campbell

Below is what I wrote to Master Blaster regarding my experience. The company has cashed my check without any response to my grievance. On Monday, May 20, 2013, Felipe replaced a 50 gallon hot water tank for me. He arrived at approximately 10:10 AM. He assessed my situation and after getting information about a tankless water heater versus a conventional storage tank, he left at approximately 11:20 AM to purchase a tank and necessary parts. When he left, he told me he would be gone an hour and "maybe a little longer". Felipe called me about 20 minutes after he left to ask me about my preferences regarding warranties (6 years vs 12 years). I thought, then, he would be back soon thereafter, but he did not return until 3:30 PM. Felipe went right to work, bringing in the new tank, removing the old tank etc. At approximately 6:00 PM, Felipe told me he had to leave to get a part missing from one of the valves(?) - I think it was a gasket. He returned in about 30 minutes and finished the installation. I had intended to pay by credit card, but Felipe said my bill would be increased 10% if I used a credit card, an additional $239.70!! I never heard of such a practice. Fortunately, I had just received a retirement payment that, with other funds, made it possible for me to write a check. In reviewing the invoice the next morning, I noticed that Felipe had recorded his time from 10:10 AM to 7:10 PM as though he had worked 9 hours on my tank. I consider he worked 5 hours: 10:10 AM to 11:20 AM: 1 hour; 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM: 4 hours. The invoice show charges for: hot water heater: $650.00, parts: $1,547.00 and $200.00 for a 3/4 main water shut-off valve. The $1,547.00 seems excessive and I'm wondering if I was charged for 4 hours of non-working time installing my hot water heater. I am also questioning the $200.00 for one valve. Overall, I am feeling as though I was taken advantage of. I wonder if Felipe was doing another job during the 4 hours he was gone while I waited at home. I do not believe increasing people's invoices 10% for paying with a credit card is an ethical business practice and not something I have ever been charged by other businesses. As I told you, too, I have not received the permit that Felipe said I would need to post or have any idea about how the inspection will be arranged. In summary, Master Blaster business practices concern me.

I had Master Blaster come out to clear a floor drain in my basement. The drain was clear for about 2-3 weeks. I asked them to come out again to see what the problem was with the drain. They ended up clearing the main line. I had to pay for them to come out twice when they should have done the main line the first time. I also had my sewer scoped three months later, and the line was so full of tree roots. It almost seemed like they never did the job. I ended up hiring someone else to clear the line. I hired them based on the Angie's List reviews. I would not hire them again.
