Since we had a clogged drain, we were prime candidates to purchase the $99 clogged drain voucher through Angie's List from this business. Master Blaster worked us into their schedule when we called about the clogged drain even though they were booked three days out. Their very professional plumber arrived by just after lunch and quickly fixed the problem. Of note, the service provider asked immediately if we had animals since he would be going in and out of the house. He fixed the problem without damaging any of the existing pipes which would have resulted in a higher bill. The fact that the voucher covered exactly the service rendered was wonderful. The plumber asked if we had any additional problems or questions. The work is guaranteed for 30 days. We were very pleased that the company got someone out to us so promptly and that the service was so professional.

They called ahead of time let us know exactly when they would be there. The technician was professional and friendly.

They were very patient with me as I didn't Recall the time well. The serviceman waited for me! Then I felt silly as there was no issue with the sprinkler. The he was Very patient to look at other plumbing issues For me.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out very well. I would recommend them.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COUPON! First I tried to use the coupon in november when i got it only to find out I lived out of their service area. I soon moved into their service area and did not really have the time to figure out the refund process so I sat on the coupon and low and behold I needed a plumber after all. Icalled to make the appointment about a week before which seemed to go smoothly and was givin a 3 hour window for a specific date and time. No one called or showed up by the end of the time frame, so I called to find out that they had the wrong phone number. The scheduler told me she would have someone here in 30 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting so I called back. fortunately he had arrived at that moment. He came to assesed the situation. I had a slow shower drain that needed to be snaked, which is what I told them when I made the appointment. He ran the water and saw that it was indeed slow, (duh.) And then he told me the job was $99l. I asked him about my coupon and he went into a very long explanation about how a visit call was really for if you got an estimate and then didn'n get the service, which seemed to mean MY COUPON WOULD NOT BE USED, but I needed to have my drain snaked, I'd already waited 4 hours and I didn't quite care how much it cost at this point. It took the techinician 2 trips to his truck to get the supplies he needed to snake my drain, but he let me watch, so now i will never need them again. I hope.

They wanted to charge me $230.00 for the job when it took me 30 minutes with my neighbor to fix the job.

It went great. Joe was courteous and hard-working. He used parts on hand to swap around heads and get better coverage. He explained what he was doing and why. The results of the changes that he made were immediately apparent. He made things better in an hour.

We had gutted the bathroom down to the stubs. He set up the plumbing for a bathtum and installed an extra sink. He also did plumbing for a new shower in the master bathroom. The office was very unprofessional. It could have been done in a week but the job ended up taking a full month. The office would only let him come over and work on the job for several hours at a time instead of spending a full 8 hours at a time on the job.

It was great. We had no problems at all with them. We had them come out. It was a scoping. They did a scope of our plumbing. They did that and we found that we did have a blockage or partial blockage. We did need to have a five foot section of pipe replaced by them. We set that up and had that done in May. They did a great job. They were very professional. Peter is the guy that we dealt with from Master Blaster. We paid the price for the big deal. When they gave us the estimate on what it would cost to replace it, not that they were necessarily going to do it because they knew we could've gone through anyone, it turned out they were by far better than a lot of the other plumbers that could've done it. We actually have a plumber that's in the neighborhood who does commercial and residential. When we told him about the deal, he said, "Yeah, that's a great deal that they gave you." We were pleased with everything. Their crew came out. We had a crew of four working in our yard. Our neighbor next door used them, too. We did something in conjunction, which was really nice. So they scoped his and ended up having to replace a section of pipe for him, too. They went out to the main sewer line. So it actually worked out really well for the price that we got. We were able to watch them through the whole process.

It was a wonderful experience. He was very helpful and showed me how to fix some things, so that I could do it myself, that was very good. Quality of service was excellent. I would use them again.

As good as it could...they were prompt, professional, upfront with costs, (checked before providing service) & it seems to have fixed problem.

I will pass with this company. I need to trust the people who schedule appointments and ultimately do work at my home.

The fine print of the deal included the following"Coupons and discounts apply only to those inside the 470 Highway Corridor service area." Right now 470 does not extend through the NW corridor so there is no way of understanding how this applies in this area. However, 470 dead ends into Coalton Road which meanders through to HWY 93 and back to 470 which is the most common route of travelling if you wanted to connect 470 on the NW side right now. My house lies within this boundary so I assumed I was within the area. I have since asked the provider for a refund and I have heard nothing back. IF they can help me get this resolved through Angie's list I will amend my review.

They were great. I may have paid a little bit more, but not much more. It might have been $20 more. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. They were very professional, nice, timely and in and out. The work was excellent and I would recommend them. I would use them again.

Cleaned out our drain quickly and well. Will use again!

It worked out pretty good. They were efficient and the price was right. The tech was not messy but I don't know, I expected them to clean up a little bit after his work. That was my only negative comment about it. No, it was maybe $10 over or something like that on the big deal purchase. But it wasn't, you know it was definitely to the work he did, it took him awhile but that was a bad plug and so that was, it was a little bit over that, but you know it was fine. It was within reason for the time he was there. They came out to work within the time frame of whatever it was I purchased for the big deal. Their scheduling was really good. They gave me time frames and they gave me options and I think they were right on time also which was a plus. On price I would give a C because I really don't know what the normal rate is.

They did the job I needed done. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Everything is working perfectly.

I was a bit spoiled by another company I have used that puts on booties, wear nice clean white shirts and are really personable. I found myself a bit put off when a typical plumber looking guy showed up at my door. He came down to see what was happening and went out for his equipment. After cleaning the drain he asked me to turn on the water. The drain was still blocked which caused the drain to start over flowing again and the plumber started frantically looking for something to catch the water while I went back shut the water off. Now it kinda seems as a plumber this would be something you would anticipate so the homeowner wouldn't have additional clean up and possible damage. The drain was cleared on the second attempt.

Manny provided a clear estimate upon arrival and did exactly what he said and was very timely. Great service and even offered to do a free check of our new house. Highly recommend these guys.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They were friendly and professional. They got right to the work and provided everything they were supposed to.

They are good. They did the inspection, which was good, but they never followed up with the bid. I would use them again, if they give me a bid.

Master Blaster returned out intial phone call promptly and showed up at scheduled time to provide service on a plugged toilet. Service was done promptly, courteously and at a resonable price.
