My main line sprung a leak and I thought I was surely going to have spend thousands to repair it. Nick Shockley a.k.a The Magician Plumber a.k.a The Third Mario Brother, really saved the day. Where some other companies may have chosen the expensive and drawn out process of excavating the front line and replacing the entire thing, Nick worked his craft to perfection and was able to replace the leaking portion of the joint, with little to no room to work with and completely saved the day. I think this makes me the Princess in the Mario story but all I can say is "MY HERO!!" Thank you so much!!

The service call went well. The plumber showed up within the time he said. Took care of the clogged drain and made an additional needed repair on the disposer. He made a repair to the toilet and it is working well. The kitchen sink is also working fine, no issues. He was very friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain the issues and potential solutions and made sound recommendations while considering budget.

It was very successful. Nick Shockley and Stephen Davis were very punctual and very neat and tidy. They were able to tape off the laundry room to protect the rest of the house from concrete dust. I am very happy and the bill was less than previously quoted. I will use this company for our plumbing needs from now on.

Very good service. Was able to come early due to a cancellation. Serviceman was very pleasant. Work was completed within an hour as promised.

The drain pipe was repaired professionally and completely. It was, however, very expensive. Several hundred dollars for 2 hours work. I requested a quote for Plumbing my new sink and dishwasher. The quote was for $1000. So, I did it myself for $50 in parts and four hours of work. And, I'm an amature. These guys are good, but, they are very expensive.

Plumber was very knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to.

I had a fifty gallon water heater. They brought out a fifty gallon water heater. It cost X to replace and that was all up front. But it turns out that for some reason because of the way the closet water heater is in they could not install the fifty gallon water heater so they had to install a forty gallon water heater which they had to go find and bring back and because of that I had to pay more which didn’t make sense to me but the guy was very apologetic about it and so forth. I don’t think he had any say so in his position himself. That was kind of disappointing.

Went good. Same technician came in September as was out over a year ago so he knew my situation. Customer service line was able to accommodated my schedule and the distance I work from home, excellent communication from them. Technician was polite and professional. I've used them for plumbing issues the last 5 years and will keep using them!

Master Blaster told me that they had a special for $99, and to get a refund with Angie's list. It went very well, and I had no problems.

It works fine. It was a Sunday, which is why I had to pay the extra. I have nothing to compare their price to. The dispatcher was spectacular!

Great Even asked them if we should have the clean the line routinely and they showed us how to flush it out ourselves, I can't recommend them highly enough for their integrity.

My old water heater was a 50 gallon, but when the service person tried to replace it with the a new 50 gallon model, it did not fit in the small closet where the water heater was located. However, he was able to locate and install a 40 gallon model, which did fit.

Great staff and technicians. Installed a hot water tank and they came out and checked the old one first and let me know what I needed. They kept in communication with me the entire way and were just great to work with. Would highly recommend

Nick was great. He showed up on time, got the work done quickly and did a great job.

Contacts were prompt and quick time from call to service dates and confirmation. The plumber did not have a pump with him to help drain the water heater and proceeded to wait around with a slow trickle on the clock. He ended up borrowing a pump from an HVAC employee of another company that happened to be checking out my house at the time. The HVAC service rep said he rarely does water heaters but always carries a pump so he doesn't waste a customer's money and time. I would definitely use the HVAC company again. Can't say the same for Master Blaster.

I can't praise these guys enough. Plumber came the same day I called (within an hour of my call). Professional, pleasant, and experienced. Work was done quickly and well. Cost was well below the amount a major competitor had required for the same job.

Did an excellent job. Had an opportunity to take advantage of me and turn this job into a more costly job, but didn't. He spent the time to try to save me money and that is what he did. Thank you for the honest service call and job well done.
