What a great experience! Used Angie's List and called the provider at 9:45. Mike, the technician arrived at 10:15. He had a new unit on the truck so was able to do immediate installation. He was finished by noon. Mike is very professional, friendly and efficient. He cleaned up, took the bad unit and was careful to rehang the cabinet doors correctly. He also gave me a new stopper. The key to maintaining a home is having good people to do what needs to be done. MasterBlaster is my new plumbing company.

Joe came to my house on time, within about 10 mins. was able to identify the problem. While he was in the basement he looked at my sump pump & saw that it was not draining, he took it apart & it started working again. I thought Joe was very skilled in plumbing, very fair in the price. I will use Master Blaster again. I thought they were great.

I talked to the merchant and they said to buy it and when I called to use it they said the guy that does that service was not available.

They were very through and clear in the explanation of what was done.

I found the vendor on your site. I called the business and asked how much it would cost to get an estimate. They told me it would be free. When the person came to my house, he told me I needed to pay $69.00. I told him, I was told that the visit was free. He said it wasn't free so I should go on Angie's List and print off the coupon and give him the cash. I felt this person was not an honest person; at this point I wanted him out of my house. So I did as I was told, but told him that I could not give him the cash and I gave him the coupon and asked him to leave.

When I called and told them what had happened, a technician was schedule to come back, but we had to reschedule when he could not make the originally scheduled time and date. When Joe came back out and replaced an outside valve, he did so quickly ans efficiently. He was great - very professional and explanatory. The bad part was the cost. Very expensive. I was told the coupon I purchased on Angie's list only covered the cost to show up.

Due to the promotion, Master Blaster was struggling handling the response. There were numerous calls back and forth scheduling and rescheduling. But an appointment finally stuck and Manny showed up as planned. In the process of showing him the problem with the sprinkler head, we also discovered the problem with the valve. I had a spare head in the garage and he willingly made the replacement with that. When it came to the repair on the valve, he didn't have that part on the truck, so we hopped in my car to head to the nearest ACE for that part. On the trip home, my odometer made the epic roll to 200k. Manny was a great sport as I drove and videoed the odometer turning over! Once back, he completed the repair and all has been good since.

The gentleman from Master Blaster showed up as promised, did a quick look at the (what we thought was) leak in our ceiling. The ceiling felt dry, but he double-checked this by checking the bathroom directly above where the leak was. This didn't prove to find any problems, and he informed me about everything. He even arranged for a company that they partner with (to clean up water leaks in homes) to come and double-check at no cost. That company came and didn't find anything either. Great service!

The contractor came out to fix the water heater. The pilot light would not stay lit and we knew which part was bad. The contractor spent a few hours looking at it. Not kidding. He recommended a new water heater for $1100. I told him no, I just needed the part. He said I could just pay him for the two hours or he could deduct that from the price of the water heater, to make it $900. I told him I had a coupon for a $20 service call and just wanted an estimate. He called his manager. They still wanted to charge me until I told them I was in real estate. Then they agreed to just write off the visit. He didn't want to get a bad referral in the industry, and did not charge me. We ended up calling the manufacturer, because the part was under warranty. They overnight-ed it with fed ex, and we put the part in by ourselves and it worked.

I had a leaking exterior spigot. I got the service call to repair or replace the spigot. The company was prompt about communicating with me and quickly set up a time to do the work. My wife was home when the plumber came, so I am explaining this second-hand. The plumber showed up on time, and called me to present two options. He said it would cost $370 to replace the spigot or $170 to replace the seals in the spigot (this is all beyond the cost of the $20 "service call"). $170 sounded like a lot of money to replace seals, but I told him to do it anyway because I wanted it fixed and it was cheaper than the $370. Replacing the seals ended up not working, so he replaced the whole thing anyway, and charged me the originally quoted $370 for the spigot replacement. $370 did not seem that excessive considering that the old spigot was soldered on. $170 seemed like highway robbery for just opening up the spigot and replacing the seals. Overall we were pleased and satisfied that we got a good job done for a reasonable amount, but I would be a little wary of trusting the company's pricing on minor repairs.

Found access thru the basement cleanout, ran a camera line the entire length to the street of the sewer pipe. I was able to watch the whole process on the monitor. Created a dvd for me to keep. Probably took only 30 minutes to complete. Customer Service on the phone was amazing!

Manny arrived on time and was helpful, extremely courteous and very communicative regarding both the issue with the sink and approximate repair cost. He cleared up the sink drain quickly and left the sink area spotless. I will use Master Blaster again and ask for Manny specifically!

Manny arrived (in our big rainstorm), was very professional, and he found no problems...what I really liked about Manny is that he "explained" what he was doing when he was testing our sink for problems. He determined that not enough water had been run through at one time in this fairly new sink, which is not used with a lot of water regularly. We are repeat customers and we have paid for services at another property using coupons available through Angie's List, etc...so that is why he didn't charge us. We will definitely use Master Blaster Plumbing for any future plumbing needs we may have.

Very professional. Fixed problem in about 20 minutes and asked if I had any other plumbing issues that I wanted them to look at. I would definitely use them again.

wrpked late to get all done including the unexpected rebuilding of an ancient faucet for which replacement parts were unavailable.

No parts were replace. No sure if the leakage was fixed by them or not.

I was satisfied with their work, although about 6 months after they put the new faucet on it turned out we had a massive hole in out pipes behind the sink. I believe the plumber cracked the pipe while trying to remove the old faucet. In turn it cost us much more to fix (including redoing our hardwood floors) then just the original work.

Master Blaster came out multiple times to review the scope of the project. We needed to replace our entire clay line with 4" PVC in order to build a detached garage. Master Blaster provided two bids for two separate phases of the project. I asked for one comprehensive bid and an assurance of the work performed would be to code or corrected at their cost. I didn't hear back for a few weeks and had to proceed with a different contractor.

It was fine. I thought it was a lot of money for that little bit. They did a good job but I thought they were extremely expensive. He started out wanting a lot more for the faucets then I had to bother with him to get him down to get something that was descent.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out great. A guy named Joe came out, he was very nice. He was prompt and pleasant, he did a very good job, I thought they were great.

Technician arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the work in a timely manner.

The scope went fine. The tech was good. Problem I had was when the tech was out he told me that the sewer line had a swell in it and might eventually pull away from the tap. He said it wasn't a problem now, but perhaps in time (next month, next year, ten years, maybe never) it could be a problem. When the Buyers agent called and talked to him - he told her a different story about how it needed to be repaired asap as it would definitely be a problem. Needless to say, the buyers asked me to repair the sewer line. I brought in a second opinion, and they said the same thing the tech originally told me. I didn't have to replace the line, but I had to pay another company to come out and scope the line again. The tech did not leave me with any written opinion, just the video.

I was pleased with inspection, the price for repla?ing the sewer line from the house out to the road, and the quickness that they were able tomschedule the job.
