Description of Work: This plumber did an excellent job. He was on time, he were booties, And fixed it correctly and promptly.

Description of Work: No services were performed. I bought the Big Deal but it turns out this company does not service my area. Service areas should always be listed on the Big Deal. Master Blaster did answer promptly and were nice enough on the phone, even though they would not come out. They suggested I contact Angies List to request a refund of the price I paid for the Big Deal. I think the blame is to be shared equally by Master Blaster and Angies List for the misleading Big Deal.

Description of Work: I spoke with the receptionist at Master Blaster Plumbing & Drain LLC to schedule an appointment and she tried everything to squeeze us in for our emergency leak, but there was no one available until the following week. She was very nice and tried to accommodate, but in the end, I had to purchase another plumber's services to get the job done immediately.

Description of Work: Shortly after I called and explained the problem, the service person (Tyler) called with the estimate. He explained the two possibilities. He arrived promptly, introduced himself and reviewed again the two possible outcomes. He was very professional and personable. The work was done efficiently with explanations of what her was doing. Recommedations were made which I have passed along to the owners of the home. ( I was house- sitting.)

Description of Work: One of my outside faucets I could no longer turn off completely, it had a small drip, and with the cold weather I would have a some frozen water at the mouth of the faucet. I purchased a "house call" coupon & Dave Sherpe came out to check my problem out was nothing short of spectacular! I could not have been more impressed or pleased. He explained the issues of the problem & the options I had. Fortunately the first scenario he had described worked out perfectly and he was able to replace the outside hose bib. ALSO the technician helped me to cover up the interior pipe cover he had to rip out to figure out where the pipes were in my 1953 house - it was in a horridly awkward space & at 60 I would have had a devil of a time to get the cardboard duct taped in place. I felt he went out of his way to help me out with the interior cover up & he was excellent in explaining to me all the problems with the replacement of the hosebib. I also thought the quote and cost of the work to be reasonable - after all I watched him crawl around & under my kitchen cabinets & I knew what I'd paid for other repairs over the years in the house. I would definitely use MasterBlaster again as I found them very up front about costs & possible problems & remedies. Nothing hidden and no language I couldn't understand.

Description of Work: They did a clean and efficient replacement of a broken water pipe between my house and the street. They explained everything well and completed the job as explained. They were on time and cleaned up very well after they service. They laid down plastics in they house to avoid a mess and did not leave any mess. Jack explained the explained the process very well and offered other advice that was appreciated. All in all a good experience.

Description of Work: I found the appointment scheduling to be a bit of a pain. However, once the tech arrived, he was honest and did his job well. I was very specific on what I needed. With that said, I would trust the company to do right by the costumer. I did not at all that I could be taken advantage of.

Description of Work: Great company. I had origionally scheduled a sewer scope. The guy that came out couldn't access the main line through the toilet so they didnt charge. I needed to have a clean out installed. They put one in the crawl space but still couldnt access the main line due to an odd bend in the pipes. They had made three trips and spent around 7 hours, but they only charged me $100 even though it was no fault of their own. I need to install a clean out out side which I will have them do later.

Description of Work: Had a leak in the toilet, between the holding tank and the main part of the toilet. He removed the tank and the seal was bad. Had to get the seal from the business location. Returned that afternoon and fixed the leak. Very professional, but price seemed up there even with senior discount.

Description of Work: un plugging a drain,evaluating a leak in the kitchen and checking other drians to see if they needed unplugging, ERIC was the tech that came to our hour.. sorry there was a delay in evaluating this company. I mentioned to the co when I made the apt and they gave me a special price.

Description of Work: We had a backup in our main line. Unfortunately our access line had been covered in our finished basement but that didn't create any issues for Masterblaster. They pulled up our basement toilet and was in and out in about an hour. Apparently we had a root ball which broke one of his blades but no issues since!
