Description of Work: cleaned a plugged drain. the shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink wouldn't drain and would back up into the bathtub if used. Manny was very professional, polite, and explained exactly wheat he was doing and what the problem seemed to be. cleaned up anything he disturbed. great job! I would use him again.

Description of Work: Originally installed new/updated plumbing in 3 toilets; later had to call technician back several weeks later to adjust the mechanism in one toilet. Used this company again for a clogged/backed up toilet that we caused. They were very prompt in responding.

Description of Work: I had a water leak problem and I contacted them the evening before and they were very helpful. They came early the next day and easily diagnosed the problem. Good thing it was not a drain or water line problem. He just snaked my drain and that solved the problems. I would use them again. Thanks for quick response.

Description of Work: First guy was messy, sloppy, unprofessional, and did not fix the problem beyond a couple of days use. Second guy was professional and explained the first guy no longer worked for the company. He fixed the problem for a week. Finally used our Crown Services and got it fixed for good.

Description of Work: The service man arrived at the house, and did not believe that we had a Angie's List offer for a diagnostic service call that cost $20. He proceeded to ask for more money ($189) before he would diagnose a problem. We sent him on his way!

Description of Work: I initially ordered the Sewer Line Video Camera Inspection, but when the tech came out he stated that it couldn't be performed on our pipes. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on next steps for our toilets that constantly get plugged. We insisted on paying for a consult- although he didn't request it. Based upon their honesty, we will call them again when we need services.

Description of Work: First the company did not respond to my e-mail requesting an appointment. After I called, the company kept rescheduling my appointment due to another job that wasn't finished when they expected. I had a gas stove that needed reconnection and didn't want to wait any longer. I had already waited a week since my call, so I used another Angie's List plumber.
