I had a plugged sewer line which was backing up into the basement. I had a. Different company come out try to clear plug. They spent several hours on it and ultimately told me I would need to dig up line and repair. They struggled to provide additional services like locate and video. I chose to try a master blaster first before committing tO thousands in repairs. I called at 2 pm on a Saturday and Eric showed up within 2 hours. His equipment was substantially better and better maintained. Eric talked me through pricing and process and began to work on sewer. He worked for a little over an hour, altering blades and trying different things. Finally, he cleared the line and ran a couple more blades to be thorough. Thanks Eric you saved me thousands.

We had a deadline to get the bathroom tiled and this deadline was delayed because the tub can not even be installed next week. Not to mention that my husband had to take a day off to be here for them. And now he will have to take another day off to be here when they do show up to install.

I had a bad experience. It took forever to get a quote for the work. Once he gave me a quote of $400, I told him to leave because that was way overpriced. I felt he was really rude about everything.

It went pretty quick and painless. They came out within the hour of me calling them. It took them about 30 minutes to clean the drain.

They fixed the problem, but they made another one, and they charged me for an estimate. I don't think people charge for an estimate. They charged me $125 for the estimate, and the repair would cost $700. This was for plumbing. I don't think it is professional to charge for an estimate.

Do lock up all your jewelry. Work was sufficient. Would not recommend to friends or neighbors.

I think all aspects of the provider's work product was excellent, including the quality of the work performed, and the responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism of the person sent to do the work.I cannot say the same for the price charged however. Although I willingly agreed to pay $610 after discussion with the provider, I was doing so just to get the work done, not because I thought the charge was fair. For maybe $40 in parts and materials, and between 2 and 3 hours time, $610 is a stretch.My recollection going forward will relate to the price charged. Others may disagree with my comments regarding the price, so please note the work performed was excellent.

On Friday night, of course, I noticed that my sewer had backed up. I called the plumber that I normally use, but a recording informed me that all charges would be double over the weekend. I decided that I would have to wait until Monday to get help. Then I check Angies list. Master Blaster was highly recommended and they work regular hours over weekends and charge the regular weekly rate. I called Master Blaster on Saturday morning and Ross immediately dispatched Eric to clean out the sewer line to the alley. Eric arrived promptly and was exceptionally courteous and helpful. He tried to quite a long time to clear the drain, but in the end he said that it appeared to be blocked, possibly due to a collapsed or offset line, at about 45' out. He suggested that the line be scoped with a camera to determine exactly where the problem was located.Sunday, Todd arrived and made a video which he left with me. He marked the location of the blockage in the alley. He also emailed me a proposal for the excavation and repair work. Todd explained everything in detail and was available by phone for any further questions and concerns I might have., I did get several other bids. Master Blaster was not the lowest, but the service and the willingness to explain the process in detail was the deciding factor for me. Laurie, in the Master Blaster office, was also extremely helpful when I asked for a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance. She immediately had it sent from their Insurance companyTodd was able to schedule the work the day after I requested it, and the crew arrived on time. The crew, Enrique, Ceasar and Mickey were extremely efficient and their work was excellent. They excavated a precise hole 12' X 12' X 4' and banded the new tap to the sewer line. They also ran new pipe to the existing ceramic sewer line at the property line. Everything went smoothly, the line was inspected by the city, and the hole was filled to code by 3:30pm. They left orange cones around the freshly poured concrete overnight, and at 8:00am the next morning the asphalt crew arrived and finished laying the asphalt patch.The following night I realized that the sewage must have backed up into an auxiliary line to the laundry, Todd came out immediately with the camera, and when he was unable to clear the line, Frank was sent out with a snake at 6pm. He was able to get the line cleared for me. He was just as courteous and helpful as everyone else I had dealt with, even though it was Friday night.I have always dreaded the thought of having to have my sewer line worked on. I have an older house and lots of landscaping. The process was as painless as it possible could have been, and I was extremely happy with Master Blaster. I would highly recommend them and will use them for all of my plumbing in the future.

Manny(master plumber)was very efficient. He showed up on time (actually before the ETA) and explained what he believed the problem was, what he found, and what it would cost. When he was almost done, he showed me what caused the problem. He was the nicest, personable, and knowledgeable plumber that I have ever encountered!and made sure Also, he cleaned up all the water, as well as any mess he might have made - that is something I haven't encountered lately from other service providers.

They really did a great job and great price. It was affordable. The guys they sent out are good guys.

It went fine. It was okay. They did the work in a timely manner. Their quality of service was fine. Their responsiveness was good. It didn't take long for them to come out. They came out right on the dot.

They struggled a bit to complete the work and had to make a second trip in order to finish everything, but ultimately they did a good job. Scheduling was easy, the fellows arrived on time, and they were friendly and courteous. They did leave behind a cap and a bucket that they had to come back and retrieve.

It didn't turn out so good. I called them to check the nature of some kind of a musty, sewery smell in my basement so they came and wanted to charge me way more than the coupon I bought to check for a gas leak and I said that it's not reasonable and you didn't tell me over the phone. It's a typical plumber showing up and saying "oh well, for me to actually do anything, it's gonna be way more than the coupon". But then he said I had dried P-traps in my basement floor drain and that's letting sewer smell come back through. He just poured some water there and didn't have to really check anything else, he said he was sure that was what it is so that's what I did. I was in the process of getting ready to sell the house and I thought that the smell was taken cared of. When people started to look at the house, they claimed they could still smell something and thought it was a gas leak. I eventually called somebody else to come and check for a gas leak and they said that I do have a gas leak on the water heater, which was just right there next to where this guy said that it was a drain. So I had to pay again for everything to be dealt with. He tried to charge me a lot more money then he misdiagnosed the problem. I felt like it was kind of a bait and switch thing.

We love Manny! The company sent Manny out to us for a free estimate in the afternoon of the day we discovered that our hot water heater had been leaking. They re-arranged Manny's entire schedule so he could replace it for us the very next day. Once he started, around 11am, he was finished by 3pm, working straight through til the job was complete. The new hot water heater is very nice, looks like it was installed well and is working great! Manny was an asset to us and is an asset to Master Blaster. He is polite, professional and so nice and caring. He explains everything before he does it and explains anything that may need to be done afterward.

The first one I called them about, they definitely fixed. Then they recommended a certain type of treatment that was reasonable. It hadn’t been done since the house was purchased. They helped me take care of the hot water heater which is used by 7 people in a very busy household. They also responded exceptionally quickly. They didn’t have all the parts in hand so they were gone and were back in rapid fashion with the part that they needed. The work they did turned out very well and they definitely were putting load down the house on the hot water heater. I feel much more confident that it is going to perform well for the foreseeable future. I would definitely call them again. The interaction was very good. The person was professional and responsive. They came out in very quick order to take care of the business. It was a big deal purchase. The first service was going to take about $450. The recommended service that they provided with parts added another $300. It was close to $800 when it was all done. I called them one day and they were out the next day.

Their prices were, I thought it was crazy. We did use them about a year ago and they were okay but the second time, the bids were just free off the wall so we didn't use them. The bids they gave me were just crazy, high I thought. They were high but they did a good job the first time they came. They're professional people. They do a good work. It's just I didn't wanna pay those extreme amounts. I thought I could get a cheaper one. They have 2 plumbers coming at one time so they can get the job done.

Everything turned out well. They were able to get my scheduled quickly and take care of my issue. They did a professional job and there was a one technician here doing the work.

It went very well. He went right to work and got it to drain very quickly.

It turned out fine. They were quick and easy to schedule. They were very polite. They did everything that I needed.

Plumber was at the house (our rental property) for not more than half an hour. He made two trips to his vehicle, did a test, replaced a part that we had already purchased, and left. I feel that price was high for the amount of time and labor involved. (Service was not performed at my home address, but I could not change the address below.)

The tech from Master Blaster was responsive and very nice, and he fixed my leak. My biggest complaint was how expensive the service visit was - over $350 for such a simple problem. I'll be comparison shopping in the future.

He came and did the work and that was fine. There was an uncapped toilet hole in the basement that needed capped. I have no experience with cap lines, but it looked very unfinished to me.

They sent a mater plumber out who took a long time trying to diagnose the problem. I told him upfront that the problem with the water heater is the way it was installed. He even asked me a couple of times what I thought which I already explained. He finally determined it was the installation and it took him two separate visits to properly diagnosis the problem. I thought the guy was very nice and professional but I was extremely disappointed with the total cost. I was also upset because I specifically asked them to write on the bill that the unit was installed incorrectly but he would not.

I had a slow leak under my kitchen sink. Called Master Blaster and they were there the next day. Manny quickly diagnosed the problem as my old faucet having worn out gaskets. He suggested that it would cost about the same for him to repair the old one as buy a new one. I decided to go with getting a new one and Manny went with me to the local Home Depot to help me pick out a faucet that would work and was my style. That was great that he spent time with me at the store right away so I wouldn't have to pay for two visits. He also discovered that my shut off valves under the sink were not working but I opted not to replace those for right now as I'm thinking of getting my kitchen remodeled soon. All around, great service!

They were expensive but good. It was a lot more than I anticipated. I had under-sink plumbing in my kitchen leaking, so they changed out a few things. It has helped out and make a big difference.
