Excellent. Estimator arrived promptly and returned when we were ready to sign a few days later, leaving a box of color samples with us. installation crew was very professional and finished a day earlier than quoted. When the building inspector flagged some caulking they returned immediately to fix it and we passed inspection the second time.

They came in and did what they were supposed to do and did a good job; I was pleased with them.

The reason for this review is due to a follow up we requested as we had trouble remembering how to perform a particular function with our windows. Marion came out and showed me again what to do & how to do it and didn't leave until I was sure I could handle the issue in the future. They are a top notch company to work with & came out to help almost a whole year after the windows had been installed and did so at no charge to us. I would definitely recommend them for any type of work that they do.

Despite some positive reviews on Angie's List, I doubt I'll' ever use K&H in the future, based on the experience described above.

All went as planned, even had windows completed from the factory ahead of schedule. Installation crew arrived on time, worked quickly did an excellent job, cleaned up their mess and finished early. No hassles at all.

It started before installation with a return by the measurer to remeasure a few windows. I accepted this as rectifying a mistake. When K&H sent their crew and they started installing windows, this is what I experienced: 1. They were cutting off the edges inside and dispersing micro dust all over my home. 2. They they were physically jamming and pounding the windows into the brick mold. The windows were ordered too large. I didn't know this yet. 3. The result was that I checked a few windows after they installed them that they would barely open and wouldn't lift out as they were far too tight and jammed in. 4. The weep holes were rigged and edging was hand cut, uneven, and weep holes compromised. 5. They delivered a broken the half circle window and told me they would have to reorder. 6. They delivered three windows with the wrong glass. 7. Retainer clips inside the windows were broken and mis alligned. 8. Screens were ripped 9. safety latches were nonfunctional at first and then rigged to work later. 10. mechanisms failed upon initial use and inspection. 11. cauking was absent in some places and lacking enough in others. 12. water was going to run into my framing and due damage. At this point, I stopped installation, sent the crew home, and demanded a K&H representative to call me. They came out to review the issues and after some efforts and delays and remeasures, they admitted and accepted that they needed to REORDER ALL the windows and delay the installation another 4-6 weeks. I had the salesman, manager, and crew boss come out and address every problem. While at my house, some of the brand new window latches even broke. They remenasured all windows. At this point, I must admit that K&H took responsibiity for the crap work but what they did next was criminal in my opinion. I told them that since they had to reorder and start from square one that I wanted to cancel the order completely. It should have been possible since at that point we were essentially starting over and nothing had been ordered fresh. I demanded that they not reorder until we could come to an agreement on this. They talked nice and said they would see about cancelling and then didn't return calls in a timely manner. They stalled me. They then went behind my back and reorder in order to lock me into the contract and force me to work with them. This after all was a rather large window order and they didn't want to lose my business. But they lost my respect with crap work and this stunt topped it off. STAY AWAY from K&H Home solutions!! After weeks waiting for the new set, and after getting in writing all the issues that I demanded that they rectify, the new windows arrived. I demanded their best crew. I demanded that they send their crew boss manager to attend the next installation. When the windows arrived they had again sent the wrong versions for all 6 double hung windows and again relaized that they needed to reorder yet another window that was mismeasured....more weeks of waiting. I even had to explain to the "professionals" how certain ways they intended to install where not going to work or not be asthetic and how I wanted it done instead. I should not have to do this. As i know nothing about windows I just use common sense. When the second crew began installation, I noticed that the first crew never even insulated the windows they attempted to jam in. They carved out my brick mold frame to make them fit as well, forever altering the shape of my rough framing of the window openings. The second crew was better then the first but their only because of the baby sitting that I needed to do to make sure I picked over EVERY detail. In the end when they were installing the last of the windows and again having to cut it down to fit, I asked if it was again ordered too large because it appeared they were modifying that one too. The crew member made the snarky comment, "maybe you should measure it next time", I couldn't help but reply, "I should and could probably do a better job the first time". What a terrible experience dealing with K&H Home Solutions! They should be called K&H Home Delusions. So, after ordering these windows in November 2011, theyfinally finished up the work in April 2012. It was a 5 month ordeal. I would HIGHLY ADVISE staying away from this K&H Home Solutions for windows or anything else they might offer. While they were cordial to my face, they were completely inept, unprofessional, sneaky, and fairly clueless about thier products. I feel they tried to pull the wool over the me at numerous opportunities. Buyer beware.

I would not go to that company again and would not recommend them to anybody. The guy came to our house and sat and told us all this products that we asked about. We were interested in siding and he came to talk about the siding and that was fine. We were also interested in doing windows. So we talk to the guy and he said that he wanted to write all that down and give me an estimate. He then wanted a pen which was fine. So he started filling out some paper works and ask for much more information. I mean information like my address, which you know he came to my house he had my address but maybe he did not remember or have it readily in his paper work. Then he asked more question like how I would be making my down payment and jumped to the point, so I said that I was just looking for an estimate and not ready to sign up for anything. We were trying to shop around. The guy got pretty much irate, gathered all of his stuff in a big chase, pinned all his papers together, crumbled up the work and threw his business card at us and marched out the door. At the door he said that I can call him if I want to work with them. We did not do anything; we just wanted a free estimate. But he wanted to sign us up right then, like sign on the dotted line. I told him that that’s not what we were doing today and I never told him at any point in the conversation or previous to that, to write it all out and sign it to get the deal going. We never mentioned anything like that. I felt that it was all a sales tactic to try and con us to sign the document. But if we had to sign we would have been stuck and he would not let us do what we wanted to do. They come highly recommended; they have been around for a long time. I know people that worked with them and they liked the company. They had good reviews from people I know and trusted. Sorry to say that this one bad apple ruined it for me, with this company and I will never go with them because of that bad experience. I had a damaged roof and siding from a storm we had in 2009. I had gone through a whole roofing experience and that was not good either. I am pretty new to the home ownership and just the whole roofing experience was unpleasant. We were getting strong armed. There were a lot of gypsy companies, floating around in our neighborhood. We were dealing with them and I looked up a company who was on Tom Martino referral list who I thought will be a no messing around good people, who would gave an estimate and they ask us to call them when we are ready. That was not the experience I had with my roofing. So by the time we got to the siding and dealing with K&H and this guy who was trying to strong arm me, I was kind of gullible in the first place. I can buy anything from anybody. I did not appreciate their approach at all.

We were trying to work around my husband's surgery so we were needing swift installation. K & H did everything in their power to accomodate my request. They arrived on time & wasted no time in getting the old windows out & the new ones in. They did everything they could to contain glass pieces as they worked. Sterling has put together an installation team that is beyond AWESOME! Everyone from the salesman to the installation team was very professional. They did a great job & I would definitely use them again.

We had 63 huge windows replaced in our home built in 1974. K & H went above and beyond our expectations in providing just exactly what we wanted. We interviewed over 20 window companies in the Denver area. Our project was huge and very unique because of the nature of our home. In all,our interviews, only K & H offered the best solution to meet our desires in making the interior look remain woodsy and lodge-like. Although we purchased vinyl windows, the installers replaced the wood trim on our interior sills to keep the same look we had. The installer, Sterling, was a consumate professional. He built a team of outstanding installers and managed to replace all 63 giant picture windows in only 3 days. Outstanding!!! We could not be happier with the result. Thanks, K & H!!!! We'll use you again for our winterizing project next year.

I am not sure about the price because my daughter paid for it. The job looked lovely and we were very happy. They were fairly prompt and they cleaned up well afterwards. It was a good experience. I think the price was fine otherwise we would have not gone with them.

The gentle was very pleasant and personable. One unusual thing was that they wanted my husband and me to stay for the estimation process. They only reason we didn’t go with them was that the other company paid more emphasis on details, thorough and professional. They were a little expensive than K & H Home Solutions, but still they were great. I may not use their services in future.

The sales and installation staff were all very easy to work with. They were polite, always on time, did a great job cleaning up after the installation. I got a couple of bids prior to choosing K&H, and this was a bit more than I thought I was going to spend. It cost exactly what the sales person quoted. I have lived with these windows for about 6 weeks now and I am very pleased. They have kept the rooms much cooler....and they look great. I have many other windows to replace - a little at a time - and I am sure I will use K & H again.

Their price was very reasonable. They did a really good job and were very professional. If there was anything that was not fixed correctly they came back and fixed it for us. They were very quick and they cleaned up everything by themselves. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

They were recommended by somebody else in the neighborhood. I ended up not going with them because I got a lesser quote from somebody else. They were great. In fact the service company I went with ended up screwing me because they forgot to put a couple of things in. K & H Home Solutions were excellent. Their responsiveness was great. They were here within a day. They were very punctual. I would consider using them in the future.

Everything went smoothly. The estimate went well. The official measurement of the windows went well. Work was set up in a timely fashion. The windows came in on time. The actual installation was completed in 1 day. We had issues with permits for basement windows where they did not approve a permit because they wanted more egress to replace those windows but that would have cost us an additional $5,000 so we opted to not replace those. K&H had already ordered the windows but they did not charge us for them as it was not our fault the permit did not go through. We did have an issue after the fact where the lock for the sliding door failed. We did have to chase them for about 2 weeks regarding this issue but the finally did come out and replace the lock with one that functions. Overall a very good experience.

We received a very good estimate from them. They came in and did the measuring and the order for our windows came in very quickly. They had a large experienced crew come in and do the install. They were able to finish in one day. We had a few mistakes, but they quickly handled them to satisfy our needs.

Excellent customer service. It was literally immediate. They are very prompt and very responsive.

I went with somebody else simply because of pricing. They were a little bit more expensive than I wanted to spend. They were the best as far as the estimate went. They spent 1-2 hours here answering all my questions. They were very friendly and I would definitely recommend the company.

The installers were good, but were out to get it done, not necessarily right. As a handyman, when I noted some issues with the installation, they worked with me to get it right. However, I have since replaced some more windows with some from another company, and got better quality for a lower price, but did the installation myself (it's not hard). Had them quote one last window, and K&H came out about 70% higher than the other company. Granted, this included installation, but for $2,000, I'll do an afternoon's work myself. One of the windows that K&H installed "whistles" in a good wind, and one of the seals has leaked. I have had K&H out twice about this, and they have said "we'll get back to you". Starting to wonder when - last time was a year ago, and I'm still waiting for them to honor their lifetime warranty. Not a horrible company, but I'll go somewhere else next (this) time.

They were awesome, and we were really happy with the work that they did. The sales guy who actually sold us the windows was extremely knowledgeable and was really good with his follow up. I was really happy with him. The guys that they actually sent to install the windows really knew what they were doing. In fact, one of the sliding glass doors that were sent to them was the wrong size, and they actually made it work that day. They did some really creative things. They gave me the best prices of the various places that I had priced out. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

After repeated phone calls and emails, I was told they would investigate, after MY follow up, they asked if there was a screen on half my window. I was told they ordered the exact type of glass as was on my original order, though of course it was made by a different local company since the first was out of business. Nothing since.

The company has been around for a really long time. I wanted new windows, and so I had checked a couple of places. The fellow that came out went over all the aluminum windows I had. It only took a couple of weeks to get all the windows - they were all custom-made. They had all the windows pulled out and the new windows put in on the first day. They did the finishing on the second day because the windows didn?t have the edging around them. I also had oak window sills put in for every window - each one was custom made for each window. They made the sills here on the premises - the guy cut them all outside my house. Everything was good. The workers were very nice and I liked them. A lock on one of the windows broke and they came out and fixed that. I was having some wooden shutters put on, and one of the inside stripping pieces had come away from one window. I hadn?t noticed it. They sent someone out before 9 o?clock that morning to fix it, before the people who were to put the shutters up were ready to put the shutters on. They were fantastic. I would use them in the future.

Wonderful experience. From the sales perspective to the install - they were friendly, informative and professional. They were at my house all day, (longer than expected), but I know they did a fantastic job.

The experience was very good. They were punctual. They gave us 5% financing. The sales person answered all of our questions. They helped us select the best product based on our needs.
