Called to schedule appointment for estimate. Answerer was more interested in my marital status and the name of my spouse than the work I wanted done. Salesman never called back after I objected to the questions.

They were excellent. The sales rep. was really creative with the window solution I needed. They were very attentive to my needs. The crew showed up on time. They were courteous and cleaned up the job site. They had to get creative in replacing siding behind a fascia board. The pricing was good. When they came across unexpected problems they were creative and fixed it.

I needed to replace damaged cedar siding and a circular window on my house. I choose the "Hardie" fiber cement product and window is guaranteed for life from Republic. The sales reps, Heidi and Don, were terrific - professional and concerned about doing the job right. They spent the time in discussing the products to be used, how the install would be scheduled and handled, and explained the company's reputation and history. The crew was superb, taking care to clean up every day and and complete the job on time. They crew showed up on time every day. The follow-up by the sales and schedulers was first rate. The new siding and window look great. The building inspection passed with flying colors. I am using them again to replace sun porch windows with a custom built design. The company and their people are terrific.

Excellent: Prompt response to my initial request for a cost estimate. Made a thorough inspection and provided clear explanations of what the job would entail along with good suggestions for how to do it most cost-effectively. There was no excess sales pressure. The job itself broke into three parts (1-soffits & facia, 2-gutters, 3-windows), each of which was done by a different crew. All three parts were done on schedule and according to the original cost estimate. From start to finish there were no surprises or delays. A very professional job and a good experience overall.

I am very pleased with their work which was done 5 days ago. They arrived promptly at 8 am, a team of 3, and were finished by noon, including complete clean-up. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and yet business like. They knew exactly what they were doing. Dealing with the company up until this actual work day was similarly pleasant and hassle-free, including canceling a siding job.

I have been very pleased with the windows installed by K & H Windows. I like the sliding mechanism rather than having to crank windows opened and closed. The doors also work well. My only complaint was the sub they used was having family problems and wasn't always reliable, from a time standpoint.

Very neat and professional and do come and fix anything in very excellent time and it is fixed right. Also very neat and cleaned up any messes made while taking old windows and door out and putting in new ones. Hauled all trash away.
