Description of Work: Jonhson Garage Doors DID NOT CONTACT ME. i contacted them multiple times and they simply refuse respond or repay me for the promotional amountr I paid for Angies big deal on OCT 29TH 2012 and it is now Feb 15,2013 and still have failed to respond or refund the service amount. .

Description of Work: They were able to work with me on scheduling to come out to my home. Nate called within the window and came by on time. He was very efficient, and my new garage door is great!

Description of Work: Serviceman came and adjusted garage door opener for $39.00. It previously would not open the door in cold weather. He explained that the Coplay garage door had been originally installed with 10 steel rollers about 10 years earlier and that the opener would work much more smoothly if the steel rollers were replaced by upgraded nylon rollers. The 10 nylon rollers would cost $89.00 and he would install them free as a part of the adjustment. The garage door now opens smoothly in cold weather. Serviceman spent about two hours on the job and I am very pleased with the whole operation.

Description of Work: I wanted to have a key pad installed so we could open the garage door with out a garage door opener. The appointment was set between 10 am and noon. By 12:30 pm, since now one called or showed up, I called. The individual I spoke with seemed to either have forgotten or never had the appointment recorded. He apologized for the oversight and came within half an hour. I told him what I wanted and left him to install the keypad. He also installed new plastic rollers. Later after he left, I realized he installed the white keypad (our trim is dark brown) on the right side which is visible from the street. It should have been installed on the left side, not nearly as visible from the street.....or it would have been nice to have a brown cover instead of a white one. I felt that since this was their business, they should have thought of that. I didn't give it any thought until my husband commented on how visible the key pad was against the brown trim. I would hire them again. I was disappointed about the placement of the white key pad.......perhaps I should have stayed with him to oversee the installation, but then again , that shouldn't have been necessary.

Description of Work: Serviced old garage opener and tuned it up, replaced noisey metal wheels with new quieter wheels so the door rises smoothly and is much quieter. In fact if the motor on the old opener wasn't so noisey, it would be practically silent. Excellent job, I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Never got a call back to set up service appointment. Phone number on Angie's List were not correct or not in service. Had to call angle's customer service to get correct phone numbers and have them contact garage door company. Still have had no response. Not pleased at all…..

Description of Work: Changed out the rollers on the gargae door, oiled and checked the track for wear and tear. He suggested new rollers, so i had him replace the old ones.

Description of Work: I purchased a special offer on 10/23/12 through Angies List for a garage tune up. My credit card was charged immediately. The ad stated I would be contacted within 48 hours of buying the special. After repeated attempts and 10 days later I have yet to be contacted. I've emailed Angies List asking for a refund and am awaiting a response. I purchased the offer based on the great reviews but unfortunately I can't even get a phone call or email to schedule an appointment which makes me worry how the rest of the service might be.
