The technician arrived on time and did a great job tuning up our garage door. He responded to the concerns we had with the door and got everything back in working order. We were happy with the service and will call Johnson Garage Doors again in the future when we need service again.

Nate did a great job replacing our garage doors. He was quick, efficient, and professional. He has an engaging personality and a humorous side to him. We highly recommend Johnson Garage Doors.

Installation went well and final product seems fine. Angie’s List indicated a 10% Sr discount but that wasn’t honored when I was told that did not apply to new installations. That needs to be corrected on Johnson’s listing since that was one of the reasons I selected them to do my work and was disappointed to find out they wouldn’t honor what was shown on the website.

Work was completed quickly (30 minutes) and garage door sensor is working perfectly ever since.

Called Nate on Thursday afternoon and all repairs were completed by 9:00 am Friday. Nate called in the timeframe promised, was prompt, explained the issues and completed the necessary repairs.

The owner was extremely responsive. He diagnosed the problem and was able to have it fixed ASAP. Since he was component, we also had him do a tune up and that went very well too.

This guy is as good as it gets for any service. I wanted a Liftmaster 8500W installed, and found a complete system on amazon.com with $190.00 professional installation. Searching on Angie's List for a review of the amazon installing company, I found a coupon for installation with Johnson Garage Doors. Called him to arrange installation, and his price for the entire Liftmaster system including next day installation was less than I could have purchased the entire system on amazon. For any garage door issues, I will definitely use these guys again.

Great! Didn’t take him long. Mine was at least 20 yrs + old and it simply died. New one was also the more expensive belt model like I had before: quiet, more durable.

It went well. Once we had it scheduled. They came out quickly. The person who came out was knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave me some information on things I might think about. I don't think anything they can work on. The price was reasonable.

I had Johnson Garage Doors take a look at a screw drive opener that was not working properly at one of my rental properties. They came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad carrier and gave me a quote to replace the opener with a chain drive model or to replace the faulty carrier. The quote for the new opener was reasonable so I had them go ahead with the replacement. Even though it was going to be on a Saturday, they came out the next day and had the opener replaced within a couple of hours. Overall it was a very easy experience to get the repairs that I needed.

He put some parts in. It broke down in the middle of the day and I had used them previously, they have no after hour service, he came out here but he didn't have the part so he had to come back the next day, the door was left open overnight.

The door wouldn't open for some reason and he came out and took care of that. And as kind of freebie since he was already out here they oiled it or whatever they did. It was very reasonable. They were very good. They're very personable and easy to work with. Some of these people you sense they're coming out there and are going to charge you $500 for nothing. I felt that they were very honest. They didn't over do. They did just what was needed to get it going.

It went very smoothly. The technician was on time, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He adjusted the spring tension and oiled all the necessary parts to make the garage door function better. Now the garage door is more balanced, so that if you disconnect the opener it does not come crashing down. He did a great job and worked very quickly and efficiently, and explained everything he did very clearly. It was a great price, too. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for garage door repair and maintenance.
