Description of Work: "I had purchased a deal from Angie's List for a garage door tune up. |It has been a while and I don't remember the name of the person who came to perform the tune up but he was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have heavy wood garage doors and had had them serviced before but the larger door had always made a lot of noise and I had always been told that the door is heavy and there is not much that can be done about it. But this time in no time at all, the Johnson Garage Doors' representative adjusted and lubricated the railings and the garage door now moves a lot smoother and quieter. I am very happy with the service they provided and will use them again in the future."

Description of Work: Nate called in a timely manner. He was more than willing to come out and evaluate my garage doors. I didn't realize that my husband had already had someone come out for an evaluation. We were told thee openers needed to be replaced due to their age. I will use this company again, should the need arise

Description of Work: Set up an appointment and they failed to show with no phone call. Tried to reschedule via email and several phone calls (left messages) with no response. Would have been nice if the outgoing voice mail message had been changed if they were just unavailable. Needed the garage door fixed, so called another company.

Description of Work: I purchased the garage door maintenance package from Angie's List. The technician arrived promptly, lubricated the tracks and repaired the hinges on the door. He asked if I wanted the wheels replaced since they were becoming worn,and gave me the price for the additional work. I had been told previously by a house inspector that the wheels were worn. I agreed to the additional work. He immediately made the repair and charged me exactly what he quoted $89 for the additional work. Took less than 1 hour.
