Had a garage door tune-up. Went great!

Very well! He was very professional. He arrived at our home and was very friendly and easy to talk with. Our garage door hasn't opened so easily in years!! Great job!

I had purchased a "deal" from Angie's List, but before I could schedule an appointment, I locked myself out of my garage. I managed to open the garage using the key lock, but didn't know how to reverse the lever. The door was very heavy for me to lift. I called Nate, and he actually came out on a Sunday, so I wouldn't have to wait. He taught me how to reverse the lever, and did the rest of the maintenance - checkup, roller replacement, tune-up - that same day. He was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and the work was excellent. My garage door is operating very smoothly and quietly now. He even helped me to program the remote in my automobile. Excellent service!

Nate was the technician who worked on our garage door and the service he provided was outstanding! We will most certainly use Johnson Garage Doors in the future.

Technician was punctual, reesolved a noise problem I had right away and adjusted and lubricated door.

I bought the coupon of $39 for garage door tune-up and safety inspection on July11th. I sent an email, called Johnson several times and left messages to call me regarding the coupon and setting of an appointment. I did not hear back from them. They did not have the respect to call me back! Now....I am out $39.

Nate returned my call, scheduled an appointment for the same day and arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable.The garage door needed new rollers and springs. The price seemed reasonable so we had him replace them along with the tuneup.The door sounds better but still makes noises. Nate recommended replacing the springs with stronger ones but we did that a couple of years ago. Not sure what to believe about the springs.

Technician knew what he was doing and wasted no time getting the job done. Good communication skills.

Our garage door is almost new -- we built our home 1.5 years ago. Garage door started 'sticking' and would not open. Johnson Garage Doors came to our rescue and readjusted our door and installed (at my asking) new, better rollers. Door now works great and we're very pleased.

The young man was very polite and efficient. He was on time and didn't try to sell me more than what I had purchased. He made some adjustments to the garage door and it works much more smoothly.

He was professional and quick and I thought he was fine. He was affordable.

It went well. I expected to be told we needed a whole new system to replace one that had been opening a very heavy door for 12 years. Instead, they were able to replace some parts in the motor, and also do maintainance and weather stripping to the bottom of both doors for less than I expected to pay for just fixing one door.

Nate (the owner) arrived on time, told us what he was going to do regarding the inspection and if we needed any additional work he'd let us know before any work was done. When the inspection was completed we were asked about the noise our garage door was making, we told Nate it was very noisy, he suggested putting on a set of new rollers. That did it, we now have a quiet balanced garage door.

I called a few places, but Johnson had the lowest price and could come fix it the same day. Showed up on time, fixed the issue in 30 minute, and billed the quoted price. Very pleasant experience and would definitely use again.

He was punctual, professional and did the job faster than expected.Had a problem with the electrical system in the garage the day after, felt related and called him back.Again came promptly.Was not related, but made sure everything was OK.I would definately recommend this company.

Went very well. I dropped him an email. He called back within 24 hours and arranged a time to come up 3 business days later (even though we're in Evergreen). On time, very pleasant and professional, didn't sell me a new opener even though he knew I thought I might need one.

Nate gave me a quote over the phone to install an opener on our second door, he showed up on time, got to work and did an excellent job of installing the opener. He was very helpful, showing me how to program one remote for multiple doors what bulbs to use and other misc items I wouldn't have thought of in regards to maintaing a garage door. I thought his price for the installation was more than fair. He also adjusted the tension spring on our main door and fixed some other loose items on the door to keep it in good working order. He is a super friendly guy and I would recommend his work to any friend. Job well done.

I called with my Big Deal code and they happily scheduled a time that worked for me in the next week. They confirmed the appointment the day before. They were running late the day of the appointment and called to let me know, which was good. However, they were still an hour alte after that. I was working from home all day, so it was not a problem. He worked quickly and professionally and completed everything included in the deal. The tune-up made a big difference in the operation of my garage door. This was a good purchase.

I called him on a Tuesday afternoon. He would have come late that day but I had a conflict so we scheduled Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and within 20 minutes, he was finished. He replaced the broken spring and then checked the other parts to make sure everything else was operating correctly. He found a small broken part that was creating problems for the return on the garage door. He repaired that as well. He wasn't going to charge any extra for that but I was so pleased I paid him extra for his good work.

Went well from initial call to accomplishment of work.
