Great! Fixed it in less than an hour even though he said it was the hardest one he has ever replaced. I bought the $49 special online for a tune up. I don't think I should have bought this. I don't believe it decreased my price at all.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional, explaining what he was doing while he did his work. What little mess (if any) was cleaned up and taken away upon completion.

Very friendly company. The service made the garage door sound much better, and Nate showed me things to watch for in the future. He even put a new bulb in the opener device so I wouldn't have to climb a ladder to put it in myself. For some reason they failed to tell me the appointment was a 2-hour window, so I was worried when they did not show or call at the start time given to me. The window type of schedule is not unusual, and was not a problem for me this time, but I downgraded my rating for punctuality because of this because sometimes it really matters that you might be waiting up to 2 hours unexpectedly. I'd definitely call these guys again for any issue with my garage door.

Nate called ahead of time to say when he would arrive. Nate arrived on time and got right to work. The door previously would be very loud when opening and closing. After Nate was done (he took about 20 minutes) the door was super quiet and operated great.

The garage door was not opening. After taking a look, I noticed once spring was broken. After seeing the reviews I chose Johnson Garage Doors since it was Sunday and they advertised 24 HR repair. After calling and leaving a message, they called back in about 1/2 hour. They scheduled for an afternoon appointment. They said they would be in between 2-4pm; they arrived at 2:00pm. They confirmed the issue and gave me my estimate. After 40 minutes later they were done and showed me the results along with other adjustments they made for my door. The service person was courteous and knowledgeable. It was definitely a positive experience, I would call them again to work on my garage door.

The garage door works great now. They did a very good job. They fixed the garage door which had quite a few leaks which was letting in light from outside. I was pleased with the service.

I called for service to my garage door opener on Monday afternoon. I set an appointment for service with a window for the technician's arrival between 4pm to 6pm. The tech arrived at about 5:30. He had me describe the issues with the door and got to work. He adjusted the spring tension, lubricated the tracks, and adjusted some of the wheels. Overall the service was good and performed in a timely manner.

We brought them in to fix a garage door that was shaking and having difficulties closing. They let us know that we needed new rollers. There were a number of discounts available on Angies list to perform this kind of work and the price originally quoted was greater that those on this site (but in line with costs minus the discount). I let him know of these discounts and, even though he was not offering one at the time, he still took $50 off consistent with the other offers at the time. We even asked him to go the extra mile and help us reprogram our door openers, which hadn't worked since we purchased the house a few years ago. All in all, very happy with the work, their response, and their willingness to work with us.

One of our springs broke on the garage door. Within a few hours of my call, Nate came out to install new springs. He was on time, professional, quick and explained the process to me. I needed to move the cars out of the driveway for this work to be done (on a snowy day). So he even helped me shovel out my driveway. He installed the new springs and tightened up my chain. Their prices are competitive, too. I highly recommend them.

The technician inspected our garage door, evaluated the condition and performed a standard lubrication and tune-up. There were no surprises. Overall, we had a very good experience and would use them again.

After purchasing the deal from Angie's list, I emailed Jason's Garage doors to set up a time. Nate wrote back in less than 24 hours and we were able to set up a time for him to come out within a week. He gave me a range of time at which he would be at my house (2 hour window) and managed to get there at the very beginning. Overall, the total service call for both doors took 15 minutes. For the main door, it was really just lubrication and the other door he said that he had to adjust the track a bit. Nate suggested swapping out the steel wheels for nylon ones which I did not elect to do. I think I got what I paid for, but reality is that I may have expected more (adjust the tension springs) and didn't want to do that myself. If it was only going to be a basic lube job, then I would have done that without any problem.

Nate called the same day that I had left an email to request service. He worked within my schedule and was on time - called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did a really good job of explaining the source of the noise and helped me to understand how the door operates. He did not pressure me to buy additional services, but did make a recommendation to replace the track wheels in the future. It was a great experience. I will definitely use Johnson Garage doors in the future.

My 15 year old garage door spring broke making it impossible to get the car out. Called in the afternoon thinking I would have to wait a few days for someone to come out, however when I called Johnson they sent Nate, a professional courteous and fast worker to repair. He had everything with him, did such a good job I had him replace the other door's old spring as well (thus the higher price). Not only did Nate call back immediately after I called confirming he would be out in the next hour, but he called again when he was underway. He fixed the door and replaced the other spring in less than an hour. OneWould HIGHLY recommend this company, hard to find service this good these days.

Nate arrived in pre-determined time frame window, was able to perform inspection and repair in a timely manner and charged what he said he would charge. He took the time to explain a few things to me. Only reason I didn't rate quality was I prefer to wait to see if his adjustments hold up over next few days. I can't imagine they won't, Nate appears very knowledgeable and experienced.

They were just fabulous. I called them and he came right out. He gave the new openers to me at cost, which I thought was great. He was efficient and the door works beautifully. I am very happy. It was a good price for a quality product. I had a good conversation with him about it. The button on the inside wall did not work and he came back and fixed it. He called me the day before he came out. I recommend him to anybody.

You never know how much you love your garage door opener until you don't have one...Called Nate around noon with my problem - main huge spring busted right in two! He worked around MY schedule and was at my home at 5:15pm - the door was working within an hour! It was awesome - he even did cleanup, posted his name & number by our garage door opener, and tightened the chain just because it needed it. Love it. When the whole things bites the bullet - I will definitely call Nate for a return appearance and new system!

We were having an issue with the garage door sticking this winter. Bought a deal coupon for a garage door tune-up with Nate. Made a 1-day appointment. He showed on time after a convenience call and it only took him 15 minutes to fix the door and give it some needed maintenance. Great
