It was a seamless experience from the first call to the installation. He arrived on time, was wonderfully polite, did the job in nothing flat, and was on his way. All my old opener hardware was disposed of and the opener provided was great! I's happily recommend them to any and everyone!

We found this deal for a garage door replacement and called for an appointment. We were scheduled for replacement a few days later. The work was done quickly and we love the product. Replacing the chains with a belt drive is so quiet that I can't help but say "whisper quiet" every time I open or close it. Very happy with everything.

Nate was prompt, professional and quickly got the garage door running smoothly again.

Scheduling with them was tough and they are not very professional. They also charged a lot more. Worst experience ever!!!!

I submitted this a long time ago. It's been over a year and I don't remember all the details. He was thorough, right on time, very knowledgable and gave advice.

He did a good job. He was responsive. He was willing to look at both our garage doors even though we paid for one. He wasn't trying to screw us over and was looking for long term customers.

The work was done at my daughter's home in Erie. I called Nick to discuss the deal and agreed to meet him there at the scheduled date/time to perform a diagnosis. There was a scheduling mix-up, but after contacting Nick by phone, he agreed to come over immediately in person and work with me. We talked through the options and made decisions as to what work to perform. There was no pressure and Nick was thorough and patient in the evaluation. The work was completed with quality in a timely manner and Nick reviewed the results with me. It was a good experience and I'd defintiely use the company again as well as recommend it to others.

When he came out , he reviewed options for us, my wife and I decided to purchase and install a new double garage door. He installed it a day later ! I it is so beautiful. Same price as home depot, ( I checked later ) . Our new door is beautiful, no problems for first month of use. it added much to our curb appeal. I would highly recommend Johnson garage door. We purchased an Angie's List deal for garage door tune up. The door had also recently begun to have trouble closing. Johnson's checked and lubed the door, adjusted the sensors, and all was good and the purchased deal covered all costs.

Just yesterday I sat outside if my garage wondering why it wasn't working ...the noise was minimized but I'd originally called for it not opening. I'd hate to think that I need to pay someone AGAIN to fix this .

Arrived within the two hour window very professional and did a great job.

The springs of our garage door broke causing it to twist its tracks and break its wheels. I called Johnson Garage Doors at 4:30pm and Nate said he could be to our house that evening. He came at 8:30pm and had the door fixed within about 90 minutes. He installed new springs, new track wheels and righted the bent track. Nate was extremely professional and cheerful. I really appreciated his promptness and flexibility in scheduling.
