He was punctual, and did the work that was required and did not try to sell us a new opener. His goal was for us to be able to utilize our current opener as long as possible. Overall very happy with the service.

We moved and realized that the garage door was in desperate need of maintenance. Very happy with service - walked through what the service provided and what he did. Showed how the chain was turned and asked if we would like it fixed (additional cost). Talked about continued maintenance that we should do. Also, discussed future maintenance/timeframes when we should contact them again. We knew the door needed some work, but nothing drastic. Was very happy that they showed us what really needed fixed and what could wait. Was pleasantly surprised that they did suggest and push for a ton of extra work to be completed. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

The tech arrived on time and did the work performed. He installed the new door opener and replaced the number-entry pad and programmed the hand-held remotes to work properly. No complaints

My garage door only worked intermittently so I called Johnson Garage Doors to set up an appointment to have it looked at. I ended up purchasing the Angie's List Deal listed online for a $45 tune up, which covered the call out as well as inspecting the entire system. After showing up and discussing the issues I was having, the gentleman was able to figure out the problem. The carriage slide was hitting the light bulb cover whenever the garage door opened, and wouldn't allow the garage door to open all the way. He adjusted the opener as well as tightened the chain and greased the door hinges. Some parts had also cracked due to the fact that the carriage slide was ramming into the motor housing, so he gave me some rough estimates on replacement systems, which seemed reasonable. Overall they were very courteous, knowledgeable and did a good job. I will call them again if I have any more problems with my garage door opener.

The service call was quickly completed by a very curteous technician, even changed the burned out lightbulbs. I'd use them again.

Given a 2 hour window. He called me 30 before window to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, completed the task quickly.

Repair man arrived and was very helpful. He was able to adjust multiple parts on our garage door system so it now closes smoothly. He even showed my husband the steps involved in case any additional tweaking was needed

Had my door tuned up and got the rollers replaced. Did a good job, showed up on time, and was very professional. I decided to have the rollers replaced. There was nothing wrong with the current ones but would wear out in a year or so. I decided to take care of it now instead of having another call in the future. Will use these guys again when I have any issues.

It went well. The technician was prompt, performed all the services and provided recommendations for fixes (changing the rubber sealant on the door) but wasn't pushy as it didn't need immediate replacement.

Service was fine, nothing bad about it. Not sure I would buy this $39 "tune-up deal" again, however.

When I needed work done recently, could not get any response to my calls. I had used this company for a tune up and safety inspection (Angie's List Big Deal). Wondering if they are out of business, out of town? Company says they are available 24/7. I left 3 messages with no response. Finally gave up and hired another company to do repairs. Disappointing.

They did good. I was having a problem with the garage door, it was not always closing itself properly and he came in, figure out what was wrong and fixed it.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. He patched up our garage door, and told us that our 35 year old garage door would last us another 10 years. One of the reason we had someone come was to assess if we needed to replace our garage door which came originally with they house. He aligned the tracks and it is all working well. He came in right at the time we had carpet cleaners in, and he had to work around the hoses of the carpet cleaners, but it didn't phase him one bit.

They were great. They were on time, very professional and they did a great job. They said everything was fine, they did some adjustments but they didn't charge me for them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. He was thorough and very professional. He came out the same day I called him.

He was excellent. Did a huge up sale job...not that we weren't interested. We actually purchased most of it. But I was no ready to spend that much on an old garage door. Excellent service. Excellent skills.

Went very well. Man showed up within time frame stated and was completed and gone in app 1/2 hr. Very courteous, friendly and helpful.
