Description of Work: The Johnson Garage Door's representative was very professional. He arrived on time. He was pleasant, and did a good job. We recommend him to anyone who needs garage doors worked on.

Description of Work: Garage door tune up...wasn't sure what to expect, but he did a great job...AND ended up fixing our issue with the door stopping 1/2 way down

Description of Work: I purchased a $39 special coupon toward a maintenance/tuning of my garage door. Other than it taking over a week for someone to get back to me following my initial call to the company (I never did understand the reason he gave me when he did call me; kind of vague), I was able to then schedule it for a few days later. The tech that came out was prompt and courteous and thorough in checking over the garage door. He pointed out and fixed two minor problems, and explained some problems I would probably have in the future with it.

Description of Work: I was contacted by the representative within 1/2 hour after I made the phone call and left a message. He worked with me on getting an appointment time on my day off. On the day of the appointment, the representative called and said he could arrive earlier than the original appointment time. He performed preventive maintenance and replaced the rollers. My door is not old, just needed adjustments. He performed the maintenance quickly and was very professional. He was a very pleasant individual.

Description of Work: Technician showed up on time and went straight to work. Thought I might have to pay extra for a second garage door (we have a three car garage), but he worked on both for the one price.

Description of Work: We purchased the Big Deal Garage Door Tune-Up + Safety Inspection. They talked us into installing "quiet" door rollers for an additional $50. The new rollers work fine but don't seem all that quiet, so I'm not sure it was worth the extra $$.

He was very timely, efficient and told me that he just needed to reset the tension and did it for both doors and let me have the same price for the other door I paid for with my discounted voucher. Description of Work: I used an Angie's list deal of the week to have my garage door adjusted. I called Johnson Garage doors and much to my surprise Nate was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Nate adjusted the garage door and we spoke about ways to make it more efficient and quite. Nate put in poly urethane rollers for an additional $65. I thought this was a great deal and he had the whole thing wrapped up in under an hour. I thought Nate did a great job and would use him again.
