Kent did a great job, as he always has. I had issues with a zone of my sprinkler system, Kent diagnosed that some trees had grown so large they were constricting the water flow. He fixed that as well as adjusting other sprinkler heads & replaced some broken low flow heads. I highly recommend Kent and Homewurx

Kent called back right away to schedule and arrived within the time stated. Fixed a leaking manifold - previous company had over-tightened and broken the O ring. Made adjustments to several sprinkler heads. Also replaced some sprinkler heads for better coverage. And while I didn't expect him to be able to fit this work in, he gladly tackled two sections of drip irrigation that hadn't been working for a couple of years by repairing tube punctures, a broken line, and installing and/or repairing emiters. He helped me understand how the drip irrigation system worked. On top of this, he gave me advice for a drip system I was in the process of installing in my vegetable garden (I had never done this before, so wasn't sure I was doing it right.) He was a great help in telling me about the best methods to use. I've hired other sprinkler companies before, but Homewurx is by far the best!

Kent Miller came on time, worked efficiently and competently. It was a very windy day, which made it difficult to judge the sprinklers, but it turned out okay. They are working well. We have had Kent do work for us before, and will hire him again.

Kent was prompt for his appointment. He flagged my sprinkler heads then went right to work aerating my yard. His equipment is top notch. Kent was so reasonable & professional, I made an appointment for him to come back and install a garage door opener.

Kent was prompt for his appointment & got right to work. Within 30-45 minutes, he had diagnosed and replaced 2 defective parts using OEM parts. He even made fast friends with my German Shepherd.

This is about the 5th project Kent has done for me and I've always been satisfied by Homewurx's work. Kent was responsive when I called about a water-damaged bathroom wall, stayed in communication with me throughout the repair process, and delivered a nicely finished product. The wall patch was textured so well and matched the adjacent wall finish that I didn't need to paint the patch.

Kent Miller was the first in a series of three contractors to work on our sprinkler system who actually fixed the problem and did it efficiently and for a fair price. We initially called his company to get a second opinion on that of another sprinkler contractor who was called out on a warranty item and was proposing to completely replace a valve, in addition to suddenly suggesting replacement of two other valves that were unrelated to the sprinkler zone that wasn't working. Kent showed up promptly after we asked him for a second opinion (less than 24 hours) and let us know that one problem we were having was an earlier improper installation of a valve (in fact the one that was allegedly "fixed" by the first contractor a few months earlier), combined with a broken solenoid that had likely happened recently (we can only assume this happened when the other contractor came to inspect the warranty issue, as no one else had been in the box for a few months), and he also let us know that the other two valves did not need to be replaced at all. Kent replaced the broken solenoid (rather than replacing the entire valve as suggested by the other contractor) and he also had to dig up and replace the valve that was incorrectly installed and was now leaking. Our system was back up and running fine. We felt that Kent was very honest and fixed the issues we were having in a professional manner, and he also did not try to suggest the replacement of items that were not in disrepair. We will use him again, if needed, and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

My neighbor who is an electrical engineer came over to take a look and fixed it for me, I called Kent and thanked him for setting up the appointment and told him what my neighbor had done. He thanked me for the call and said if I ever needed anything else would I use him, my answer was yes!!!

Very well - Kent Miller, owner, is expert in residential sprinkler systems and did a fine job. He identified several legitimate problems I'd not realized were occurring and addressed the problems for which I called him. He worked for 5 hours and had about $91 in parts. Given the nature of this type of work, it is important to keep on top of where the price and estimates is progressing as the work occurs.

Kent Came by to give an estimate. He did give the estimate, and even though it was at the end of the day, he spent his time resolving our biggest issues. His price was fair, his work was good, and he broke our estimate into must haves and maintenance issues. I would definately use him again and reccomend him to you.

I originally spoke with Kent Miller, owner, on May 9th. He set up an appointment with me for the very next day. The next day, May 10th, he never showed up. About 45 minutes after our appointment time, I called him to see what had happened to him. He said there was a mix up in communication, and he had our appointment set for the following day. (I am positive this was not true). I told him that I was not available the following day. When I tried to reschedule with him, he said he was driving and would call me back when he arrived home. After a couple of hours passed, he still hadn't returned my call. So, I called him back. He wouldn't set up an approintment with me. Instead, he said he'd call me when he had other appointments in my area. A couple of weeks later, Kent left me a phone message, stating that he was sorry he missed me while he was in my area. It sounds to me like Kent is not interested in getting new customers.

It went very well - I called to ask about availability, and he was able to come out very quickly. He showed up on time, completed the work, and was gone within a few hours.

Kent Miller arrived on time and got to work. Each job turned out to be more complicated than expected, but he kept at it until each was done. They seem to be in good working order again. His work was competent and professional and he cleaned up afterwards. He was pleasant and cooperative and consulted us when there choices to be made. We felt the price was fair. We will hire him again when we need work done.

Homewurx comes out twice a year to spray and do maintenace. They do a good job. They are professional and reliable.

Homewurx was responsive to my initial call to do the work. Kent Miller let me know he had a couple other jobs ahead of mine and would call back in a couple weeks before doing my job, which I was fine with. The fence post replacement was completed as I had requested. After the post was installed, I asked Homewurx to cut the top of the new post to match the height of the existing posts. This work was done immediately after my call.

Kent Miller was fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. This is our first home and we've never had sprinklers before. Kent took the time to educate me on sprinklers and offered advice on a few lawn questions. We will be calling him again in the fall for sprinkler care and also for some lawn care (aeration, fertilizing, etc...).
