I had a number issues with my sprinkler system. I was going to fix them myself but have little time. Its a good thing I hired them because the source of the major problem turned out to be an area I would not have looked. Homewurx not only fixed all of my issues, but they were very efficient and finished much faster than I expected. It gives me a piece of mind knowing all these issues are fixed. I would definitely hire them again.

Once he saw exactly what he was dealing with he offered options for the repair, pointing out cost differences. It went quite well, They arrived on time and did excellent work.

They gave a very large window, essentially a whole day, gave no notice about timing. They solved the issue quickly and said they would bid another project but never did. When the problem recurred a few days later, it took a day for them to come back (all the while the water sprayed) and then fixed the issue in the same manner as before telling me I should really do something different to solve it. WHICH WAS WHAT I HIRED THEM FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. updated 5/31/2021 They called me a liar in my last review, so I felt the need to rebut. They lied about their timeframe - never gave me those "windows." They even apologized when they showed up. To call me a liar after the fact is reprehensible. You crawled into the crawlspace then NEVER gave me a quote or followed up about the other job. More Lies. Don't hire these people. Awful. I asked them to solve the initial problem - I didn't tell them what to do. I don't know squat about plumbing, that is why I hired you. If you're too busy to do the job right, don't say it's my fault. Terrible.

They did a great job - there was a wiring issue with the control box connection to the valve box. They were able to work around a shed and resolve the issue. Way Cool.

Homewurx was able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday for 2 days later. They were very easy to deal with, on time, charged me a fair price, and completed everything I needed them to with no issues. I would use them again if needed.

He did a good job. But the price I was quoted prior to the work, as it turned out, did not include the materials. Only the labor. For three loose stones, it was expensive.

Kent was kind and friendly and within an hour the project was done efficiently and without any problems. We will use him again.
