Description of Work: Kent and his son were professional, flexible and informative. They started up an older sprinkler system at my new home and took the time to explain how the whole thing worked. They fixed a leaky sprinkler head and made sure all parts were functional. I will be using this company for future services.

They were very responsive, and he communicates very thoroughly about any issues he comes up against. He talked everything through with me until we solved the issues, and I would definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreThis project was a bit of an anomaly because it involved extending existing crown that the former home owner had installed upside down. We also couldn't find an exact match for the profile, so we were kind of winging it. Kent came over the same day I called to assess the situation, give his opinion of our solutions and provide an estimate for the work. He thought our ideas would work and was available just a few days later. On the appointed day he called to say he'd be a few minutes later than planned. That was fine with me and I really appreciated him calling to let me know. When he and his assistant arrived they got right to work. Before he installed the molding he confirmed with me that it was to be installed upside down. An hour later the work was done and it looks great! I couldn't be happier!
Description of Work: Kent installed two sections of crown molding including a two corner pieces and a keystone.
