We had used another duct cleaner on Angies list (with a coupon) and still needed to clean the ducts and furnace (as this other firm had left the vents and furnace filthy. We were told by another excellent business that Ductworks was the best. We called and they came out two days later. The technician was very professional and courteous, took pictures of the furnace and ducts before cleaning them. He used equipment that cleaned to a polished shine and took extra time on the furnace as it was so dirty. We were very happy with the work, and with the technician's helpfulness. We would definitely use Ductworks again, and recommend them highly to anyone.

I have an old house with original ductwork and some painted-on duct covers. Nothing fazed Rudi: he did it all, taking good care of the house while at it. He came with corner protectors for woodwork and furniture! Others have said this or that couldn't be done. Rudi did everything, and my sinuses can tell the difference. Thank you, Rudi!

Eddie was great ... scheduled me in a very timely way and explained the whole process. Rudy came promptly at 8:30 in the morning and spent the whole day cleaning the ductwork to literally a shiny new appearance, as seen in his before and after pictures. He also took are to perform a good and thorough job dusting the furnace compartment and fan.

Ductworks did a good job, but they were expensive. They price per vents they clean on the cold air returns. You won't get them for like $100. They did a great job, they did before and after pictures, and they were here all day, because I have a very large house. They price it based on your number of registers and the number of cold air returns. They did a good job and as I say they were here all day. In my experience the price is fine. I did my homework and made sure there were no complaints with the Better Business Bureau, checked Angie's List, and another site before hiring them.

Overall it the work went fabulous. On time, not rushed, making sure everything is cleaned to perfection without making a mess of the room. It was just wonderful

My appointment had a rough start, but ended well. We have a ranch home, with long trunk lines and lots of vents. They sent one person to complete the job. He was one time and polite. It was a very cold day and I had a sick child at home. I was concerned when he told me it would take all day (8am-6pm) to finish and my heat would need to be turned off the entire time. The technician was very honest and realistic about the job. I called to rescheduled and, after several discussions with the management, was told the technician could be finished by 2 pm. When I rescheduled anyway, they called back and said they would send a second technician to help out to complete the job that day. Both men worked through lunch and left just before 5 pm. They were professional, explained everything they were doing and showed me pictures of before and after the work. Everything was left clean and, despite the snow, they did everything they could to keep our home closed up and warm. Although I was very frustrated by my conversations with the office, the technicians made up for it with their impeccable service. I thought the service was well worth the extra cost over other companies. I got what I paid for in the end.

I'm pleased with Ductworks service. The man who came to my house had extensive experience with duct and dryer vent cleaning. He explained each step of the process and took great care to protect the walls, floors, and our belongings. He did not charge us for vents that were not dirty. The duct cleaning process makes a small mess (dirt comes out of some vents while others are being cleaned). The guy cleaned it up, but I wish I would have scheduled the work before we moved in.

Duct Works was subcontracted by Cooper Heating to clean my air ducts. Anthony was the technician assigned to perform the work. My experience and opinions are listed as follows: 1. Prompt and on time 2. Anthony was polite, thoughtful, respectful and courteous 3. Service was done efficiently and thoroughly 4. Anthony listened to my questions and concerns and addressed the issues with thought and confidence. He also offered good advice 5. Service was performed within the time frame communicated during scheduling. 6. Left my home in the same manner as he arrived with the exception of clean air ducts. My overall experience was great. From the initial introduction and scheduling by Chris through the service by Anthony, I was impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and customer care. I am planning on using Duct Works for future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. And. Anthony, your a gem, thank you for doing a really professional job for me.

It was easy to schedule service. Service provider was on time, careful in my home, explained everything clearly and the job was completed more quickly than I anticipated. About a week later I received a thank you note and photos of before and after. The ducts are now shinny and no more white dust in my home. I will call them again in 4 years.

Ductworks came exactly when they said and I appreciate the tech being very knowledgable and professional. He lined the house with dropcloths, explained and showed all the work he would be doing. It took as long as expected and was amazing work!! We have just purchased our house and this is our 1st duct cleaning. This company appreciates your business gives you a questionaire to tell them how they're going. I've heard of this company on the radio as well, and I got everything taken care of as expected. I would recommend them to anyone and they were so friendly.

I have no way of knowing if they actually did anything, other than tear up my walls. The technician, I think his name was Kyle, arrived on time. We walked through the house for him to take a count of the number of vents he would be dealing with. I still don't really know the number he did, because some of them may have been closed up according to his initial assessment. I then went to work and he called me to let me know he was done about 3 or 4 hours later. When I arrived home, the first thing I noticed was that there were big chunks of plaster gone around several of the vents. Some of the vent covers were very old and pretty much painted to the wall over the past 55 years. I used a utility knife to carefully cut around one vent cover and remove it just to see the amount of damage to expect. Apparently, he did not use much care in removing the remaining older vent covers, as the walls around them are now really butchered and will require quite a bit of repair. I would guess he cut a little around, and then just ripped it off, with no regard to the amount of damage he would be doing. When he called to say he was done, he said there was quite a bit of debris in the ducts and that he cleaned them out. I was looking forward to seeing the before and after pictures, because I have not noticed any improvement in the airflow since the cleaning was done. I specifically held my hand over several vents with both the furnace and the A/C on before the cleaning was done. I did that again afterwards and I have not noticed any improvement. I just called to check on when the pictures would be arriving, because it has now been a week since the work was done and I was told I would get them in a couple of days. I was told that his camera was not working and so I would not be getting pictures. They did offer to come out and take pictures to give me. I don't really see the point in being late for work another day to see only AFTER pictures, because they will be absolutely meaningless if I don't see what they looked like before. Not sure if this supposed ductwork cleaning is a scam or if I just got ripped off.

When I was having problems with our Air Conditioning unit I was referred to Ductworks to perform a cleaning of the blower motor and furnace along with the evaporator coil for the air conditioner and was quoted a price of $465 - $25 for a price of $440 and told that the tech would arrive at 8:30am on 5/29. The tech that showed up was Kyle and he showed up right at 8:30am. The first thing Kyle did was walk through the house and explain what he was going to do and asked/answered all my questions/concerns. At this point he started doing his prep work by laying out drop cloths and getting his equipment ready to go. He then start on the top floor and worked his way to the basement cleaning all registers and ducts. He then proceeded to give the blower motor and furnace a thorough cleaning. When he started on the A/C evaporator coil he told me that the way it was assembled he would not be able to do a proper cleaning of it as he would have to disconnect the supply lines to the compressor which he said not being an air conditioner tech he was not qualified to do and that he would deduct that portion of bill($65) from the total bill. He then proceeded to clean up after himself to finish the job. Before he left he showed me the before and after pictures he had taken while doing each register and duct. He said that they would mail me copies for my records within a couple of days. I received the pictures by the end of the week. Overall I was very pleased with Kyles work and professionalism and would use Ductworks in the future.

I had a great experience with Ductworks. The previous owners of my home had multiples dogs and never had the ducts cleaned before. The techican Jul - called to confirm and let me know he was in transit. He arrived on time and promptly went to work, He first confirmed all the ducts and runs requiring cleaning, and provided a written quote.Jul did a great job and worked dilligently to clean all my ducts. He used drop cloths to protect my carpeting, provided me with updates as he progressed and did an excellent job cleaning all the duct covers too.He provided me with before and after pictures so I could see the improvements. I was very impressed.I will certainly use Ductworks again.

We did not use the services of Ductworks Inc. I called and got the detail on pricing etc, then called back to schedule a service time and date. At that time I was advised that since I was so far away there would be a $50 trip charge. I said but the phpne number and address for your company are very close to us. They said they just put that in to avoid long distance calls to which I replied why do you also list a local address? I could not get a good explanation. I feel this is very deceptive and told them so. It appears to me they are being very deceptive and are trying to appear to be a local company.

They were more expensive then anyone else, but I considered the job they did. I looked at other sites like the BBB. The prices are higher but they do a superior job.

I requested an online quote in January knowing I wouldn't schedule for a few months. I kept the quote in my email, and when I called to schedule, they scheduled me for the next day. The quote I received was the actual price I paidl. Besides being about 35 minutes late, I thought the overall experience of working with Ductworks was good. They did a very thorough cleaning of our vent system in our house. The technician was here for about 6.5 hours and so I really feel like I got my money's worth. He pulled out a lot of debris and toys (I have three boys) and a lot of dust. This was long overdue for our house, so I'm really glad I got it done.

They did a very well job. I have referred them to family and friends.

Prompt, professional and efficient, all at a reasonable cost - which is why these guya are in such high demand. So if you call to make an appointment and find out the waiting list is long, don't give up - the service is worth the wait. And who knows, maybe they'll call you the next day with an opening like they did with me. These guys work hard and run a good business.

It went just as advertised. As well as cleaning ducts, all the registers were cleaned as well. Felipe was very courtesous, prompt and informative.
