Eric and his team worked on our bathroom and kitchen remodel as well as minor repairs around the house to get our home updated. Eric is customer service oriented, reliable and responsive when a problem arises during the process. No matter how well you plan a renovation, some unexpected surprises will still come up but Eric will try his best to be fair and reasonable. His crew works hard, and continues to come back to remedy issues until we were happy. For a smooth process, it's recommended to be there for the work, or at least have someone to look at the key milestones and approve the work at stages. Eric has various crews that can take care of tiling, plumbing, electric work and framing. Out of all his crews, the tile guys with Javier and his team are the best - creative, precise and comes up with solutions. Overall we were very happy.

Provider arrived on time and worked very efficiently. He patched two big cracks in our plaster walls, one over the kitchen/dining doorway and the other perpendicular to our brick fireplace. The walls looked great after, you'd never know there'd been anything wrong with them! Will definitely keep them on our list for when we need more work.

I was delayed in contacting them and when I recently contacted them, they said they no longer offer that service. They were very professional and apologetic. It is hard to grade the experience because of this.

It took a while for Skyline to get back to me regarding our project, i.e. several days. Unfortunately, I am writing this review a year later so my memory dims and current experience with them might be different. Although the deal offered was not quite a bait and switch I was dismayed to learn that all the deal apparently covered was the labor to repair dryrot damage and not procurement of materials. We were in the process of preparing our house to sell and had many irons in the fire. Because of this I wanted to have this job done without additional tasks for my husband and me to perform. Advice to provider would include spelling out all details on what is and what is not offered in an Angie's List deal. Happily, Angie's List refunded my payment immediately after I requested it.

They were great. They did great patching on the walls and painted them perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves, were on time and courteous.

Eric has been great to work with. He is professional, very knowledgable and responds promptly. All crews that worked at the house did an excellent job and were professional, courteous and very clean. He coordinated his work around others working on our remodel project with no problem. Eric's work was complimented by several others working on the project for the high degree of workmanship and the city electrical inspector was very impressed with the quality of work. We ran into a couple of issues during the project and Eric worked with us to resolve satisfactorily. I recommend his team highly.

It went really well. I had the bath tub grout redone. The guy did a great job.

They showed up at first very prompt, and helpful. Then as the project when on, things were not done well, additional plumbing leaks, had to redo tile to fix leak

The bathroom was completed, the work was of very good quality. Overall I give them a A- because it took a little longer then expected.

Eric Saida was extremely competent and accomplished everything we needed and wanted on time and on budget. He communicated with us every step of the way and was always easy to reach. When he ran into something unexpected, he called right away and always resolved the issue to our satisfaction. The quality of the work was excellent. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I am giving him the highest recommendation and would use him again.

They arrived on time and left exactly on time. They repaired my wall very well.

Bought the 2 painters for 8 hrs deal. Painted a bedroom and a small bathroom, excellent job.

They were always on time. Ron was very easy to deal with and was always friendly and professional. This was the second time we used them for a bathroom remodel and the only reason we used them again is because we were so pleased with the results the last time. It cost more than I had anticipated but the results were good.

The coupon was for 3 hours of grout cleaning or repair. The Skyline employee was here for about an hour, did not remove any of the cracked grout, caulked on top in various places. Color did not match, I could of done that type of job myself.

The information was useful. The price was fair and they did fine job!

I called the provider to schedule an appointment. He returned my call and informed me that his company no longer provided this service. He was very polite.

They did a great job, they were very nice and professional. The rooms looked great!

I signed up for this deal through Angie's List. Contractor never called me. After a few weeks, I contacted him. He briskly informed me that for this program, I had a choice of two tiles, no options unless I wanted to pay more. I thanked him and immediately called Angie's List . They were quite nice and very helpful and promptly refunded my money.

They worked all day sanding and painting our patio cover. They did a good job and left without incident. The two guys who showed up didn't have that highly skilled painter vibe but our job was simple and they did fine. It did take quite awhile to get them booked so I dinged them for availability.

I purchased a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I thought it should be graded a C. Once they got under the house they wanted to bill me another $500. I said no. Then they found a plumbing problem that cost $500. By then, I just had to go ahead and do it. I thought it was a bait and switch issue and would not use them again.

Was prompt and did a great job. Worked hard the whole time.

I purchased the Angie's List $4500 coupon (Mistake #1). Then I struggled to get them to start the job (no rush, after they pocketed the money). They are based in West LA and my house I in Orange County (Mistake #2). They came, they wrote down everything and came back with additional $4800. Then it was a comedy of errors. They installed the wrong bead board, lower height than the one they ripped. Then they pretended that they could not find the bead board, so I had to buy it myself. Painting was a mess. I called them back and they sent somebody without tools. Total non-coordination between trades. It is a small bath. It took from January till October to finish. At some point in time I felt that they abandoned the job site. Sent text messages, voicemails, sometimes they answered, sometimes not.

Went very well. He was professional and respectful. Did a great job that I have been needing for a long while. And what was best is that he did not place the salesman trying to sell me other work that I did not ask for. THAT is just what I hoped for. Please not the cost and date are very approximate as I finally got to this review a bit late due to unforeseen events - but I really wanted folks to know this service was just right!

Skyline remodeled our kitchen last year so we decided to have them to our bathrooms this year. It went well, we had one bathroom finished before the other two were done so we were not without. There were no major problems but a few minor ones. The ruff was installed for one of the new showers and the ruff was not plugged. So we were surprised the next morning (Sunday) when we had a cold shower in another shower. Turned out the hot water was recirculating through ruff installed on Saturday. An email to Eric got the plumber out a couple of hours later to fix the problem. Eric at Skyline works very well through emails and text messages. Response back is very good. The 3 bathrooms took about 10 weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The job was quick and efficient. I begged the owner to fit my job into the very busy before Xmas season and he did. I had already done another bathroom remodel so knew what materials I needed and went out and purchased them, so I acted as part of the general contracting services. My parents were scheduled to visit for the holidays and Skyline got the job done before they arrived (no small feat). In addition, they were very professional in handling the balance of payments (meaning, I was credited for all the materials I purchased and Skyline even wrote me a check in the end! Finally, this summer, the tenant who now rents the place with this bathroom remodel complained that rusty water was coming out of the tap. Skyline came immediately to fix the problem.
