They did a very nice job with the work.

Recaulking was good initially but got dirty very quickly. Tile was cleaned well but not all stains removed (shower was very dirty so not sure if this was possible)

This is the second time we use the service from Skyline Construction. We like the personal touch that they provided. Very responsive and the crew are very professional.

I purchased a bathroom remodel thru Angies list. Cost was just under $5K. The project manager came out to look and discuss details and said my bathroom did not qualify for the remodel- it would be a total of $16K to do the job. He did not even go over the details of what would be included with the original deal. After thinking about the proposal, I decided to not go forward with the project.

Bought the deal in February 2013 and didn't schedule an estimate until June 2013. The company (Skyline) did come out and take a look at the work we wanted to get done and give an estimate, which was a perfectly satisfactory experience. However we never found a convenient time to have the work done and postponed it until after the voucher expired. Now our only option is to have the deal refunded.

Hung dry wall and mudded....the person who came was very quiet....worked with my husband didn’t give him any helpful advice at all. We were going to have him stay longer or come back but he just wanted to get in and get out...you could tell he didn’t want to be here. What he did do came out beautifully though. very clean and very quiet really didn’t communicate with us.

The painters and work were great. I was impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone. Great work.

Scheduling was fine. The company didn’t come prepared to do the work, ran out of supplies and was on his cell phone a lot. The work is going to need to be redone. The person who came did not seem knowledgeable in wood rot.

They did a good job, however, I do not believe I got my money's worth.

Skyline provided a kitchen remodel / redesign. For the most part the experience went smoothly. I was so impressed that the lead contractor and all the workers arrived promptly and were excellent at keeping everything clean and also cleaning up at the end of each day. The only awkward phase was after the demo, the contractor did seem to want to provide plan views with dimension of the cabinets. My kitchen are is tight so I wanted to make sure everything would fit. It's a good thing the plans were finally delivered because the refrigerator door would not have opened all the way with the verbal only plans. I was able to move the refrigerator and have a good flow. There was an issue with the dishwasher drain about 2 weeks after the installation. Skyline promptly sent someone to make the repairs. After a year of daily use the kitchen works well. There are a few little details like some finishing on some molding that bother me but not enough to do anything about it. It's my bad because I was so impressed with the big stuff that I didn't take time to look closely at the details.

Hired Eric after interviewing a few contractors. He appears the most honest and straightforward. We completely gutted our kitchen and bathroom. Eric and his team did a great job. Very responsive to emails and calls. He was very much present during the whole renovation and made us feel very at ease. We did rub into unforeseen issues with the reno so we did run over schedule by 2 weeks or so. Eric and his team were very professional. They cleaned up everyday and was very courteous and respectful. The kitchen and bathroom looks great. We'd definitely hire Eric again if we have any other future renovation.

The service provided was very good. They were very professional, the guy was few minutes early and super courteous. I'll definitely do service with them again.

We have a Dishwasher that requires a plumber and since it's early Friday afternoon I knew it would be tough getting someone out before 5pm. So I called a couple of plumbers and Skyline was the third call. The lady who answered the phone immediately put me on hold for just under 5 minutes. When she came on the phone she was in a huge hurry and when I asked if someone could possibly make it today she said she would have to dispatch a technician. She took my name and number and then realized her technician was on vacation so no one could make it today. I said, OK and told her I would call Monday if we don't get it done today but before I could finish my sentence she hung up on me. Never said thank you or good bye or anything. Just hung up. Needless to say I won't have time to call Skyline the next time I need plumbing or anything construction related ever again! THE OWNER CALLED ME TODAY TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED ON FRIDAY. HE SAID THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND IT WAS THE ANSWERING SERVICE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND GUARANTEED THAT HE WOULD GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS WITH THE ANSWERING SERVICE AND FIND OUT WHO GAVE SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE. I HAVE CHANGED MY RATING TO FAVORABLE BASED ON THE OWNERS CALL BACK AND THE FACT IT WAS A ANSWERING SERVICE WHO GAVE SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I purchased 2 - 4 hour labor coupons AND I had the contractor come out to tell me if I had purchased enough time. He said they could do everything I needed done in the time I purchased (8 hours). If I needed more I was willing to purchase more time but they said that was not necessary. They gave me a list of supplies and drywall I needed to purchase for them to complete the job. On the last (2nd) half day they told me they needed joint compound to patch the cracks on the walls and fill in around the repairs. They gave me a specific brand to pick up at home depot, which I went to purchase (on the clock). After they applied it they told me the painters I had there to finish the job could not paint because I did not purchase the "fast set" compound. Of course they did not tell me to purchase the fast set compound, I purchased the exact compound they asked me to get. They knew I had painters ready to paint as soon as able. I had to then have the painters come back 2 days later at an additional cost. The living room wall has a very un-even appearance and was not feathered out properly. They said they would have to come back to finish that wall because it had to dry (again, not fast-set), then be sanded and another coat put on then sanded and painted. This was clearly more time then they said but it was because of not using the fast set. I discussed this with the contractor and he said they would come back out to finish it on their time but they never showed up again. I'm still get mad about it a year later when I see the sloppy drywall work in the light.

Did not get the work done. However, when i called to get a refund, they were very helpful and directed me to Angies List.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend this company to others.

Eric was very professional. He inspected the area and provided a solution that we could accomplish ourselves. He is also allowing us to return the "Big Deal" since the work was not necessary. I overall I was very impressed with Eric's honesty and the professionalism of the company itself.

We just moved into a new house and chose Skyline based on the reviews we read on Angie's List and Yelp and we couldn't be happier. Eric and his team did a great job of remodeling our dated kitchen and master bath. The quality of the work was superb and Eric was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Even after the work was done they still came back to fix a couple of minor issues. We're planning on remodeling our other 2 bathrooms and will definitely hire Skyline again. We highly recommend them!

It was OK. It wasn't great. The guy was very slow and he only did one shower. He did a decent job on it but we kind of expected more out of the hour. The quality was fine. He came out to do the work a year ago a little around the time when the deal was to expire. I probably won't use them again because they're very slow.

He said the coupon was unclear, he does not work on windows and doors.

Eric and his team worked on our bathroom and kitchen remodel as well as minor repairs around the house to get our home updated. Eric is customer service oriented, reliable and responsive when a problem arises during the process. No matter how well you plan a renovation, some unexpected surprises will still come up but Eric will try his best to be fair and reasonable. His crew works hard, and continues to come back to remedy issues until we were happy. For a smooth process, it's recommended to be there for the work, or at least have someone to look at the key milestones and approve the work at stages. Eric has various crews that can take care of tiling, plumbing, electric work and framing. Out of all his crews, the tile guys with Javier and his team are the best - creative, precise and comes up with solutions. Overall we were very happy.

He did a very nice, thorough job. Covered all needed areas in a neat and efficient way.

I had mixed results. They came back once, it's still kind of coded. The caulking and the grout repair did not help. I didn't like anything about this provider. They caulked over dirt. They didn't try to wipe it clean or call me to wipe it. When it came to the grout repair, they came out once. They came back to repair it which was really awesome. It didn't hold. It was my fault that I didn't call them to let them know that the grout repair didn't hold.
