Had a minor disagreement on who would purchase the paint, but Eric from Skyline called and offered to come to the property site, review the painting job and provide guidance on the type of paint and quantity needed for painting. The job is yet to be scheduled, so I'll provide final update when completed.

Not finished with the work yet, but so far seems detail oriented and professional.

I was referred to Eric, the owner, by Ron from ADI Electrical Services (another fantastic company I found through Angie's List). Eric and his crew at Skyline have done a fantastic job on my 60 year old home - making everything look new and fresh. I am really impressed at their attention to detail and workmanship. I am especially happy with the painting. My ceilings and walls were rough and uneven before...now they are smooth and beautiful. The entire project took about 2.5 weeks and Eric kept in constant contact with me via phone calls, text messages, and emails. Eric & Skyline have my highest recommendations.

We used ADI Electrical Services to install recessed lighting in four rooms, to replace the wiring in half of our house, and to upgrade the electrical service to the house. That resulted in the need to repair many drywall holes and stucco outside where the electrical panel had moved. Ron and Ariel from ADI recommended Skyline Construction to do the work. Eric, the owner, came within one day to look over the job and to give us an estimate. As soon as the electrical work was complete, Eric and his crew leader Ernesto arrived at our home and completed the jobs in exactly the amount of time they had projected. Ernesto and his crew arrived every day when they said they would, kept us informed on the progress of the job, took great care to protect our furnishing while they worked, and cleaned up carefully at the end of each day and at the conclusion of the work. We were so pleased with the work they had done, we contracted with them to complete two more projects: 1) build an enclosure for our backyard garden, with entry gates, to provide a private space and a secure yard for our new dog, and 2) build up and repair the tiled area around our shower fixtures that had been installed years earlier and covered with a stainless-steel plate, and finally to re-paint the entire bathroom. All jobs were done with great care, and were completed as projected, with the exception that the shower trim was difficult to remove, and Ernesto declined to dis assemble it for fear he would damage it. We called in our plumber who took the trim off and then replaced it when Skyline was finished. Their workmanship is excellent. Eric either stopped by the job site or called us every day when his workers were at our home. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, with the level of communication, with the value of the work done. We would recommend Skyline Construction to our family and friends.

Arrived on time, did a very high quality job of painting; Eric, the owner, kept a close eye on the work; his painting crew were polite and professional; Work began and ended on time, as promised.

Eric responded to my request for an estimate on the same day I called. He inspected the property, outlined how he would accomplish the work, and started work the following week. Eric's work crew was prompt and began work every day at 8:00 AM. They were responsive to all my questions and made adjustments when and where circumstances warranted. The bottom line is, the property looks great and Skyline Construction delivered in accordance with the contract. I would recommend Skyline Construction for your home improvement needs.

I'm writing this review seven years after the fact, so that alone should say something about Eric. The key to this project was to be clean, do good work and complete the job on time. The reason: family would be visiting for Thanksgiving six weeks from the date we lined Eric up. Eric completed the job on time and, seven years later, the kitchen still looks good.

The process went smoothly from start to finish. We started by consulting with an architect/engineer. The plans were then considered and approved and we started work. The work went fast. When issues did arise, Eric addressed them to our satisfaction. The house looks great and we have received many compliments and a number of people have asked for Eric's contact information.

Eric came in with immediate ideas and worked with us to sketch out new design options for our kitchen and bath remodel work. We cycled through some iterations, bids, and various costs for the work involved. Eric was always prompt, courteous, and responsive to our ideas. He had a solid vision for what to do and how to make the most of the space and budget we had to work with. He has a knack for design and has done this enough to really know what works and what does not. We were glad we took his advice on various design options, tile colors, and granite work we were agonizing over. Eric ran the job like clockwork with precision timing and solid work ethic. His crew and team were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up as they worked. This is a quality, professional construction company that's getting more and more difficult to find lately. We honestly could not be happier with the final outcome and we would highly recommend his work to others seeking a bath or kitchen remodel, or like us - both!

Me and my wife have been waiting for this remodel for a long time. We were not sure which design we would like, so when Eric came over we asked for his opinion and ideas of how to design the kitchen and the bathroom. He was very helpful , drew everything for us with a computer program, and we knew how will the kitchen and bath look, even before we started!! The job took them 4 weeks to finish, they were very clean, came to work every day and answered all of our questions. Our custom cabinets are just beautiful, the granite we picked looks amazing when we turn on the under cabinets lights at night, and the travertine floor and back splash are simply amazing. I would recommend skyline construction to anyone that is looking for honest and a professional company, that deliver what they promise.
