I asked him to fill three old holes, and prepare a couple of minor damages to paint-ready condition. He did these well, and courteously, in three hours. I let him go at that point since he had driven so far to get to me. Overall, this was a good experience.

Our closing date changed a little and Moses was flexible to still start right away. He was flexible on the design of the new fireplace and let me use whatever materials I wanted. They were extremely tidy and covered the entire house in plastic (our carpets had just been steam cleaned and they remained clean!). The painting is precise and perfect. I don't know if we got a good deal with the price since we had so many odds and ends added (popcorn ceiling removal, custom fireplace, etc.). They completed the job in one week which I thought was reasonable. They left some mortar stains on the bricks that I had to clean with vinegar and a brush but I think that is because they are used to doing fireplaces with tile, not brick. Other than that, no complaints!

I planned to buy two of the deals to do two baths but had a few questions first. I called their office and the person who answered asked for my phone number, which I gave. She asked me to hold a minute while she got the information I asked for. Then she hung up on me and no one ever called me back. I'm glad I didn't buy their deal if this is how they serve their customers.

Went great. Called Eric Saida last week to set the appointment. Set if for today. Very professional interaction. Eric said that the technician would be here today between 12:00PM and 1:00PM to do the work. He reminded me that I needed to furnish the grout. Got an email yesterday reminding me of the appointment. The technician, Julio, arrived right on time today at 12:30PM. He surveyed the work needed in our kitchen and master bath shower enclosure, asked a few questions and went right to work. We discussed materials briefly, and agreed that I had the proper grout for the job. He worked quickly and did a fine job. Cleaned up after himself as he went. Mid-way through the job, his supervisor, Moses, came by to check on things. My wife told Moses the Julio was doing a fine job. Moses inspected the work and agreed. Julio spent the full 3 hours, and did an excellent job. My wife was so pleased that she had me give Julio a tip. We recommend this company.

The representative arrived on time and did an excellent job. You cannot tell that any work has been done. I would definitely recommend their services.

My experience with Skyline Contruction was a pleasant one. Moses came over and suggested we build an aluminum patio cover because of the maintenance free feature and lower cost. He showed us what was available and we picked the insulated cover that you could walk on which convinced us that it would last. He gave us a quote and then I asked about the 20% senior discount which saved us a lot. They did the job including the electrical for the ceiling fan and the lights. They made a seemless connection to the existing roof including fixing the gutters on either side of the new patio roof and they put in a new gutter downspout at one end which made it compete. It really looks beautiful they did a great job. Everyone who came by was very pleasant and helpful. I will use them again. Finally shelter from the heat.

I did not go into this expecting perfection. Nor needing, this was a second regrout (a fix up was done about 5 years ago). My first disappointment was that all they would supply was white grout. I ended up buying two colors at $15 each raising the cost of this by 2/3. And barely more than a handful of one was used. I would expect a grout specialist to at least have the range of standard colors - like I saw in the tile store. They could charge a premium for that service, and both the customer and the vendor would come out far ahead give a single standard 10lb box would probably do an entire bathroom or more. In the end, neither color I bought was a great match, and that section of the show now has two shades of gray color. I did not have time to go back and get another, plus I am not sure the person doing the job really knew the colors all that well. I mean you have to know dry, vs. wet, vs. after the job color changes to pick the best. Maybe even mixing technique? I do still have to clean the older grout - bleach it I guess - and it might match better. The gentleman who came seemed okay, not exactly like an old pro, and a number of tiles ended up chipped, with the biggest one being of course in direct view - about a 1/4" square on a round edge tile. He grouted it in so it is serviceable. Overall the grout work seems pretty good. And my shower is resealed - which was the critical point.

The service itself was excellent. They were extremely nice and they showed up on time exactly when they said they would. They were very thorough and gave me a very detailed quote. For the size of my bathroom and the amount of work needed to be done, it was going to be more than what we purchased the deal for. It was a great experience and I can tell they are a great company, it was just a bit out of our price range. I would recommend them.

Good communication and good work.

We found Skyline Construction on Angie's List and went with them for our kitchen remodel since they had great ratings. Having worked with contractors in the past, the most impressive part of the process was the communication. Eric from Skyline and our project manager Ron were extremely easy to keep in contact with. Phone calls, emails and texts were all immediately returned which made the process so much easier. Also, Eric and the team were consistently on time or early for appointments. Eric had promised that we would find cabinets we loved amongst the 30 choices before signing the contract, but since we didn't find the perfect match he gave us a great rate on custom cabinets (which I highly recommend). Eric helped us design the layout and gave us helpful suggestions along with 3D drawings to enable us to visualize the finished product. The person who did the stain on the cabinets did an amazing job combining two colors to get just the look we were going for. The bulk of the kitchen was functional within 3-4 weeks. All in all it was a great experience and we love our finished kitchen!

The two painters were prompt....We purchased the paint and Frogtape and we prepared the walls before the painters arrived. We were pleased with job they did, which was to paint the kitchen and entry hall.

Removed old caulk and re-caulked. Work was well done.

They came out to perform the service. He was very honest and upfront with me about what services he could perform. He was happy to perform the service but told me because of my damaged tile, the re-grouting would not be as effective. He didn't try to upsell me at all - told me that they would perform the services for me at anytime. We also spoke of a kitchen/bathroom remodel in the future and I've decided that I will use their services for this project at a later date. I would highly recommend this company. Moses was the man who came out - he represented the company very well.

Skyline's Drywaller was fast, efficient, clean, and polite. His work was beautiful and he cleaned the area before he left.

When I called to schedule their visit, they failed to return my calls! CAN YOU EXPLAIN???

We had a problem with a leaky pipe in the bathroom ceiling (upstairs bathroom leaking into downstairs bathroom). After the plumber fixed the pipe we were left with a gaping hole in the ceiling. I used their Angie's List coupon promo to get 2 hours of drywall repair service. Be aware that with the coupon the worker does not arrive with any drywall. Only tools. So if the hole is bigger than your fist, you are supposed to supply the drywall. Our hole was at least 2 ft x 2 ft. After a brief phone call with their manager, to their credit, he sent the worker off to get some drywall and the finished job looks great.

Company never provided report.

Ron Adi. the project manager, called and came earlier than the time set, which was great for me. He was extremely nice, very thorough about what the job would entail. He impressed me and I definitely would use their business in the future.

The worker did not finish in the eight hours I had paid for and did not tell me he couldn't accomplish the work in eight hours when he came to my house. The top coating was roughly done and all the sanding work was still left to do. The company offered to sell me another four hours of labor at the coupon rate in order to return and finish the work but I declined because I had no confidence that the work would've been completed in that timeframe or that the quality would've been very good based upon the amount and quality of work that had been performed already.

I bought the "Big Deal" for 4 hours of drywall repair for 119.00 This isn't a crazy price for drywall labor, but still not too bad. I was happy with the work and the skill level of the tech they sent out. He spent all of the 4 hrs replace one half of a wall, which used 1 4x8 sheet of drywall. The wall required a lot of mudding and cutting to integrate with the plumbing, he had no problem with it.

1. They did not respond to my first telephone call and after a second call said they would "get back to me" which they did not. After a third call I was finally able to schedule the work - more than a month after I initially contacted them. 2. They told me I would need to provide the materials and did not give me any input or advice on what to buy. I was on my own. 3. The service coordinator who came to my home was a nice enough young guy but was not very helpful. I asked him to get back to me about some other work and he never did. The worker he left there to do the job was a nice guy as well but spoke almost no English. 4. The WORST part about the job was that the worker dug out the old grout on my kitchen counter and replaced it with a surface layer of fresh grout but he DID NOT SEAL THE GROUT IN ANY WAY so that now, a month after the service the grout is all stained and discolored and looks almost the same as it did before I had the work done. Basically , it was a waste of time and money. As far as I can tell there was absolutely no difference in hiring this company than if I had gone to Home Depot and picked up any of the dozens of immigrant Day workers who hang around outside the parking lot entrance looking for work. The end result was the same.

They arrived on time, worked quickly, we're professional and cleaned up after themselves. Quality of work was great.

Moses is very punctual, very concerned and got his people there for work as he said they would. He is very good at that. The workmanship is OK,..but the actual time to complete the job was 2/3 of what he estimated...15 working days,..took ~10. YES..more than made up for the actual quality..I am very particular when i pay to have work done. EVERYTHING went as planned as per Moses. The people he has coming appeared trustworthy and aware of the inconvieniance of strange workers in our home. Overall excellent experience

The service person did a fantastic job (it looked better than the original), was very thorough (cleaned and dried all areas before applying new caulking), and was very professional -- he left the place spotless, and explained what he was doing as he went. I will be using these guys again.
