Description of Work: This coupon offer was exactly what I needed and I was delighted with the results. Prompt phone response from owner Eric to schedule an appointment and employee Julio was superb. On time, efficient, brought me in a number of times to see the progress and explain what was going on, cleaned up the area beautifully, and the work makes the tub look like new again and I now know that water will NOT be seeping into the walls. And he was kind to my two elderly dogs! Very, very happy with this company and will definitely consider working with them again.

Description of Work: Regrouted the grout around the tub.

Description of Work: Worker arrived and performed as advertised. I don't believe it took 3 hours to perform the work he did. Furthermore the when we asked the worker to call his office so that the rest of the work could be completed [ and we understood this would be extra ] the worker refused to and told us we would have to call to reschedule in order to have the rest of the work completed. Initially I felt using this company would give us a good feel on whether they could perform much more extensive work we needed in the house. I was surprised by two things: 1- we were required to purchase the caulking ourselves 2- no foreman appeared at the job. Interesting to me since I always thought these special offers were a good way to further future sales. I will NEVER use this group again and quite frankly I'm wondering on whether I want to continue using these "special offers" since this was a second time I was disappointed.

Description of Work: Caulk removal and replacement in 2 bathrooms.

Description of Work: Gee, I signed up for a "one time good deal"- what a scam. I didn't realize that it was going to be up to me to chase down the contractor to see when he/she could fit my work into his/her schedule-this is of course, after my money was already in the contractor's pocket. Needless to say, I got a quick lesson on how these things operate on Angie's list. Never got a thing- no need to return my money, it was a cheap lesson.

Description of Work: This was a one of the "BIG DEALS" on Angie's List - Two Painters for a Day. They came in the AM and my husband asked them to paint our french doors and then do some exterior trim scraping. They did an excellent job on the doors. We changed our mind about the additional work we wanted done and asked them to paint a louvered door instead of scraping. They said they couldn't change it. He even had them call the supervisor that came in the AM and they refused to paint the louvered door instead of scraping. I felt that WE were the customer and WE paid for the service, and therefore WE had the right to make a change. My husband was very angry and will not let me purchase a "BIG DEAL" in the future. Because of this, I would never hire this company again despite the fact the work they did was good, their customer service is non-existent.

Description of Work: They did some drywall patching.

Description of Work: I met with Moses regarding a remodel of our master bathroom which we were doing SOLELY in order to put in a much larger bathtub and thus would put in new tiles, flooring and mirrors. He utilized his various sub-contractors for the plumbing, electrical, tile work and all that was required for the remodel.

Description of Work: Eric showed up on time. He took no measurement. He made comments such as, "whoever you hire to do the job" as if he was not interested in doing the job. He told me that he had no time until August and that the job will take three weeks. He also told me that the special Angie's list offer was given to the first 15 people and was no longer available eventhough I contacted them beofre the offer expired. He did not even give me an estimate and told me that he will mail me an estimate in two to three weeks. I will not wait for his estimate and will try someone else.

Description of Work: We prepaid for a special this company advertised on Angie's list for redoing bathroom floor. They never called us to schedule a time to come out. We had to call them several weeks after paying in advance. Once the date was scheduled we were told it would take two days. They did not complete the job in 2 days. Our toilet had not been re- installed which was included as part of their special and their trash had not been hauled away. We waited until 3pm on day three to call to find out when they were coming to finish the job and all we got was an answering service who said she relayed the message and they would call. They never did. So here we are day three no toilet, no call from the company. Needless to say we would not recommend this company.
