Samuel contacted us to let us know when he was about 30 minutes from arrival which put him at our house a little early...which I like! He was very thorough with every single room in our 3200 sq ft home. He cleaned baseboards, crown molding, windows and the tracks of the windows. He basically touched everything...dusted every piece of furniture, knick-knacks, chandelier--everything. It took a little longer than the time estimate (probably because I distracted him with chit chat), but he didn't charge us extra for his time (although we did pay extra because we were so impressed with his work). He did an excellent job! We will definitely be using his company again in the future. He was professional, friendly and clearly knows his stuff as he gave me some valuable pointers about keeping the hard water from building up on our shower doors. We were impressed by how hard he worked and now our home is sparkling clean, thanks to him! We will use his company again in the future therefore we highly recommend him! Samuel is a great business owner who takes pride in his work. He cleans my home biweekly and his pricing is affordable the work quality is great and he is very punctual.

Everything went well. The house sparkled and Deanne and Sam were awesome. They are hard workers and made my house ready to sell.

Sam arrived on time and set to work dusting, eliminating cobwebs, cleaning venitian blinds and louvers, and washing some windows and walls. His demeanor was cheerful and he performed over and above what I would have expected. He stayed past the two hours to be sure I was a happy customer.

Sam sent me a message picking a date that I selected and giving some alternatives. Also giving his phone number and best times to call him. I called him I was having some other work done and wanted a later date. I explained my work hours and that I want a Monday am appointment at a later date. I gave dates I wanted. His phone kept braking up bad connection. I asked him to call me back when he had better service.. He never called me back so about a week later I sent him another message thru Angie list with the new dates that would work for Me. He was not able to do those or give me an am start time. I work nights I leave my house at 1 pm and don't get home till midnight Monday thru Friday so Mondays in the morning works best for me. I'm not leaving some stranger alone in my house while I'm at work. I also ask if he did Saturday cleaning I guess he does not because he never responded to that question. So I need a company who Is more flexible. I get the feeling he did not want to clean my house for some unknown reason. So I would like a refund. Maybe I'll try a different company at a later date.

From the moment Sam walked into the door we knew we had met a gem. We did a walk thru and he explained what he would do and how he would do it. He did exactly what he said and more. Sam told us how long he thought it would take to clean our house. He also told us that if he went over the time we would NOT be charged extra. He did NOT lie. He was there over and above the allotted time and finished the cleaning with a smile. He made us feel special and made our house shine. We trust him, his professionalism and his honesty. We are actually going to use him on a monthly bases and have already set up our next appointment.

I was so impressed with how thorough a job he did. I only paid for a two hour clean, but he was here for well over that and did not charge me. I could tell he was very accountable for the quality of clean and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He was very polite and personable. I am a very picky person when is comes to the cleanliness of my home, so I was surprised at how impressed I was.

They did really well, were very conscientious workers, willing to clean some areas that they missed, were easy to work with, were very punctual and very professional.

He will do what needs to be done.
