the end, it was fine.
Description of Work: The Grout Expert Inc. mostly cleaned the grout in our shower, in two floors in the bathroom, the grout around the master bedroom sink, replaced the cracked one, replaced one that was not done properly, and he also did the ceiling around the shower pan and kitchen sink.

Peter Mingo, the serviceman showed up on time. He scraped each tile by hand (no electric drill-which kind of surprised me,-thought it would be more time efficient???) He had a machine on that sucked in the air & dust in the bathrooms while scraping. He re-grouted the tile, and grouted over the cracked tile on the shower floor. He returned the next day and sealed the shower. He scraped and grouted and resealed the tub that same day. I could not believe how beautiful both rooms looked. Especially the shower-it was BAD. Both look brand new. I would recommend this company.
Description of Work: I needed the grout removed from around the tile in the walk-in shower, and around the bath tub and tile in the 2nd bathroom. Both bathrooms were disgusting to look at. Moldy/dirty looking. I was embarrassed when we had guests stay with us. Tile on the shower floor was cracked.

He came on time and was so clean and neat. He laid down materials on the floors to keep them clean and even took his shoes off when he came into my home. Peter did a beautiful job and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He replaced my grout by hand so it didn't leave any dust, sealed it, and gave me instructions on how to keep it clean.
