If there were an A+ I would have given that grade to Peter and his company. The area that was to have grout removed and redone was immense. Peter did the job in three days. He removed all the grout by hand and his regrout method was so clean. There was no disruption to the family during that time. Peter and I corresponded by email, he arrived with sample books, and completed the job beautifully. Thank you Peter!

It went exceptionally well. Peter went above and beyond. Everything he did was excellent. Tile and grout look brand new. He even did a few small jobs that he did not charge us for. We are very happen with the work and professionalism he showed. We would definitely hire him again without thinking twice.

Excellent result very good work by Peter. He worked hard all day, very good professional and nice man to work with. We will call him back for additional projects and give his contact information to my uncle that will need work done in a few months. Peter is a perfectionist and expert at this type of work.

I requested an estimate to install tile. Peter showed up on time, looked at job and said he was really busy and said he didn't have time to do the. I then asked him why he even came out. He said he thought it was a grout repair that he could do in one day. What a waste of my time.

He was on time, went right to work and the results were outstanding.

The install went great. Peter was very helpful and took extra care as I was having glass subway tile installed and not your basic ceramic tile. It turned out great!

Not only am I thoroughly impressed with the work performed on my tile but I was also impressed with how courteous and professional the receptionist is at The Grout Expert. I thought the tile in my bathrooms looked good but after seeing the work done on my entryway and kitchen, I want them to come back out and finish the tile in my bathrooms too!

Excellent. Peter Mangel did the work. He was thorough, efficient, & friendly. I used the Real Deal coupon--$129 for 3 hours of caulking/grout restoration + paid an additional $91 due to extra time to complete the job. The additional cost was discussed prior to the start of the job. It has been about 3-1/2 months since he performed the work, & all still looks new. The contractor that remodeled my bathroom actually had used sand grout around the bathtub (twice because it only lasted a couple of months before chunks of grout dislodged around the tub, so this contractor returned to "fix" it). It was obvious the sand grout was not working & silicone was a better solution. The colored silicone installed by Peter looks great. Definitely would hire again.

Peter came on time, worked like a driven professional, and left it all beautiful and did more than I expected. His price was fair for the work he did.

While doing the work, they found a number of loose tiles around the tub. Had to pay extra, but they re-cemented the loose tiles, did an awesome job of calking and left it all VERY clean when done. Very happy

Charging outrageous prices. There was no work to be done for only$129. Cheapest job was $190. Cancelled the promotion. Didn't want to work to clarify the incongruity of the pricing. In addition I didn't have any confidence he would do a decent job.

Could not have gone better! Showed up on time & went right to work, wore shoe protectors in the house, cleaned up after the job.

After initial email, they have not communicated. I have left voice mail and sent email message.

It didn't because they never called me to schedule the job.

He looked at the the area we wanted done (in the kitchen) and said that it was not something he would be able to do. So I asked him to look at the bath room and said he could do the bathroom. After taking a second look at the kitchen he said it would take longer than the three hours of the deal to do the kitchen and quoted a price of $250. I felt like he was up selling us on the deal instead of just providing the service. He provided no explanation as to why it would take so long

Peter did a great job in bringing back the tile and grout to looking new again. I would highly recommend him and love the work he did.

Peter did a good job on the repairs. He was on time and relatively relatively neat (there will be grout dust so cover things). He also did a small grout repair in a second bathroom that I added on at the last minute for no additional cost.. Initially, I had him repair the grout on the bathroom floor. His price was $300 which seemed high, but not outrageous. The tile looked great except for two small areas which he took care of on his second visit. I asked for a quote to repair the grout on the shower floor, pony wall and 1/2 way up the shower walls. We settled on a price of $400 which again seemed high, but based on the amount of time he had spent on the first job, perhaps not that out of line. However, the second job took 4 hours (as opposed to the 6 to 8 hours estimated) which averaged out to $100 per hour. I asked him to quote a third job and the price seemed out of line with similar work I had done a couple of years ago. I will look for someone else who does good work at a more reasonable rate. If you want excellent work and are not concerned about cost use this provider.

Easy to make an appointment and got an estimate. Peter showed up on time and he is a hard worker, does excellent job as he promised to do. I am more than happy with the end results.

They did an excellent job. They've actually come out of my house on two different occasions. I called them in because I like them. It looks brand new. They were efficient, respectful and friendly. When they came to the house, they have the respect for my property. They put their booties in. When they did the work, they did it properly. They protected the flooring in the bathroom area. It was super clean. They left no mess. He moved everything out of the way. He took a short break for lunch. He ate in his truck. He didn't eat and drink anything at my house. He took away the debris and the trash with him. It was worth it because he didn't do any damage.

My experience with them was very good. They did a nice job and everything was perfect.

Another winner on Angie's List. Peter made my 11 year old grout look like new. In the kitchen and two bathrooms. It especially like the way he can make the grout any color you want. Also he is quite punctual very important to the . He also has a book featuring before and after results of the tile and grout cleaning of floors, walls , showers, shower, anywhere where there is tile and grout, he can take care of it. It's a back breaking job and rather than do it yourself, I will call Peter.

This was a difficult and lengthy job in which Peter matched the existing grout and filled many, many cracks over the kitchen and dining room floor. It took him all day but the work came out terrific.
