Description of Work: Here I have been melting in the heat for two years and all I had to do is call Mr. Sinclair and pay $75.00 for a visit! I seriously thought my air conditioner would cost thousands to fix. It is extremely old and probably should be changed at some point, however, Mr. Sinclair quickly diagnosed and fixed the blown capacitor (I think it's called) and we had cold air blowing through the house within 15 minutes. If it had not be inappropriate I would have hugged him! What a blessing on a hot day in August! Thank you Mr. Sinclair.

Description of Work: I had some electrical work done on 9/12/12 and at the end of the day, the AC would not work. I called Sinclair. Nick answered the phone and explained he was currently on a job but was happy to come over as soon as he was finished. Again, this is at the end of the work day and he was still willing to come by. I explained the electrical situation and Nick had the blown transformer diagnosed and fixed within a 1/2 hour. He was so courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Nick/Sinclair Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and everyone!

Description of Work: I noticed my A/C was just blowing air even though the unit was on. I got on Angie's List and looked for a service provider. It was Saturday, about 11:00 A.M. I randomly selected Sinclair Heating & Air based on reviews and location. It was so very hot that day. I left a message and in less than 15 minutes, "Nick" returned my call. He said he could be at my place in an hour. He was right on time and began trying to diagnose the problem. It took him longer than he expected, but he found the problem. I had to leave to go to the airport, but my nephew and wife were here, so Nick worked on. When I returned two hours later, they said Nick had just left, and the house was already beginning to cool down. My nephew, age 48, and quite knowledgeable about house repairs, said Nick worked like crazy and was so professional. When they told me he had just left, I thought, oh my gosh, my bill was going to be unreal, especially since it was a Saturday - $120.00! And he knocked off the $35 trip charge because I was an Angie's List customer. I am still in shock. I will recommend Sinclair Heating and Air to everyone I know and tell them to ask for Nick.
