Perfect and great, they are doing our Heating & A/C for years, he is very efficient with very reasonably price and he is really nice.

They didn't do work for me this time. They have done excellent work for me in the past but because of the timing, I used a different company this time.

They were wonderful. I would give them good grades. Price was reasonable. The quality was great. I would use them again. They got it done the same day. Communication was great. They exceeded expectations on promptness.

fantastic Nick came out and not only fixed mine but took a look at my son's down the street and recharged his. Couldn't be any happier would definately hire again.

I had 4 estimates. The first vendor said he would be unable to test for leaks and said he would install new system and gave us a one line estimate. The second vendor said he could fill with freeon for $800 with no warranty or put in new system for $15k with no itemization, He only attached a pressure gauge to outside line and was going to charge my very elderly Mom $105. When I called owner and said that no diagnosis was made and this is ludicrous, he dropped the charge. The third vendor spent well over an hour explaining why his company is great and then said the charge would be approximately $9,500. the fourth vendor was Mick Sinclair and what a completely different experience. I first called and spoke to Nick, his son. I told him I did not know what to do. Although both Nick and his Dad were booked solid he said he would get back to me. Mick called and scheduled an appointment. He measured the pressure and tried to fix the valve. He then actually removed the outer shell of the condensor and noted that the motor was not working at all. He tried to fix the motor and added a booster to no avail. He refused to charge anything for the diagnostic and attempted repair - nothing! Note, that not one of the other three vendors checked the motor. Mick then said he would email a quote which he did in a very timely manner. His wife sent the email and I spoke to her and she was as nice as Mick and their son, Nick. Mick spent 1-1/2 days performing the complete installation, including sealing asbestos and many other things. There are literally no words to explain the excellent service we received from Mick. He is also very kind. My 92 year old Mom and I are grateful for you. You are truly a professional. Thank you!

Nick is very helpful, responsive and prompt. Will call him whenever we need help with our furnace.

Nick Sinclair handled my project. He was really great. I had no clue that you had to have a permit in order to install a furnace or water heater. An inspector came out and told me that I would need a permit. They had to drive from Orange County to Riverside County in order to get the permits. These guys stopped everything, drove out there and took care of all the permits. They installed everything promptly and it was just the perfect job. Their prices are fantastic.

He's always been able to fix my air conditioning. His customer service is wonderful. He is super responsive. He is willing to go the extra mile.

It went very well. They had to disconnect and empty the refrigerant and then reconnect it all - not an easy job. Nick and Mikey were very professional and came with all the right tools. They were reasonable compared to another bid that we got. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

On Monday, May 12, our A/C wouldn't turn on and was scrambling around trying to find someone to fix our A/C ASAP since this weeks forecast weather is going to be hot. I called a few repair companies and the closest appointment is on Wednesday. Left a message with this company and Nick called me back. Nick came over to fix our A/C on the same day. He was prompt, friendly, professional and got our A/C working. I highly recommend this company and I will use their services again.

They came out on time and did the inspection. It was determined that the thermostat was broken. We were shown options that he could install right then and there, and told how we could do it ourselves if we wanted a different thermostat. We chose a different one and installed it according to their directions. We have been toasty warm all winter.

Nick was punctual, professional, and quick to resolve the issue. This turned out to be a difficult issue to diagnose and correct as the issue could have been one of many things. Nick was able to do both quickly.

This is the second time I've used Sinclair. The first was for a minor repair on the old unit over a year ago. I was so impressed with the honesty, efficiency, workmanship, and fair price that Nick was the first person I thought of to complete this big job. The job included removing the old furnace and AC, moving the new high efficiency unit to the attic, and replacing the existing ducting and vents. Nick showed up when he said he would, completed the work promised each day, communicated well about the progress, and completed it efficiently. He did not skimp and did an excellent job. Another contractor on site commented about how hard Nick worked, what a great job he was doing, and asked for his card.

Everything was perfect, Nick showed up on time did the work and I have a working air conditioner.

This is the second time we've called on Nick. He answers his own service calls and was again able to come out the same day. He arrived around his estimated time, was very thorough in his evaluation, and repaired the problems quickly in a no-nonsense manner. In my last service call to him, I had called several other providers, they were either unavailable or wanted to change out the entire system. Nick was able to come out that same weekend day, offered a reasonable solution to my problem, and charged a very reasonable fee. I knew whom to call this time for my HVAC problem. I would definitely use Nick again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Nick returned calls promptly and arrived on time. I asked him to text me when he was on his way, and he did. He was nice to work with and explained our options along the way. He initially came to our house on 4:30 on a Monday. Then he came back Tuesday with the first necessary part. He then ordered the new furnace and installed it on Sunday, which was perfect for us, since we didn't have to take time off from work. The replacement went smoothly.

Nick answered his phone early (about 7:30am) and he was nice enough to offer to come out after all his appointments today, if I wanted. After being without heat for 5 days, I most happily agreed. He called to let me know when he was coming over, and arrived on time. He spent about 20-30 minutes in the attic space and got the furnace working. His demeanor was extremely respectful, polite and earnest. I am certain that I would call him again for any future heating/AC issues.

Nick did a great job got the furnace running and even swapped out the house fan motor that was making some noise. Nick's prices are more than fair and he had a pleasant & professional attitude. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for service or repair on their HVAC systems.

Nick provides excellent service. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. I got 3 estimates and went with Nick, not only because he gave me a good deal, but because he was understanding and professional. He did the installation on the weekend, whcih was best for me. He did more than his estimate stated and didn/t charge extra. He left everything neat and tidy. I am so glad I found Nick on Angie's list.

Called Sinclair due to high ratings. Nick set an appointment for the following day and arrived right on time. Nick quickly identified the problem, a crack in a part causing a leak. Nick took the part with him and called me the early the following morning to let me know that he found out the part was covered under warranty. I was not expecting this kind of service. This was great news. With young kids in the house without heat, Nick made arrangements for an overnight delivery and set another appointment to install the part after picking it up. Again Nick was right on time or our scheduled appointment and quickly finished the job. Nick was very professional and did a quality job.

Awesome, as usual. This was the second time we have used Nick's services. The first time he was here to remove our old asbestos ductwork in the attic and replaced it with all new ductwork, also installing new registers. We were planning on having him return to install an AC unit but have since sold our house. We plan on having him do more work for us in our new home very soon! Nick is very busy but he does his best to fit you in where he can. He is a nice guy and his prices can't be beat!

Excellent service and very honest. When I contacted Nick and explained the problem with our furnace blower, he immediately told me what things I should try to see if I could make the repair myself. I was not able to fix it myself, but was able to identify the broken component. When I told him what I found, I was able to send him a picture by email of what I found. He said he had the part in stock and could make the repair. He came out the next day and made did a great job with getting everything running again. He communicates very well and very fast by phone, email and by text messages. I would use him again for sure.

Sinclair arrived early. and finished ahead of time. Very clean job: Drop cloths to protect floor: Vacuuming of dust, dirt and debris: Ran furnace to burn off smelly protective coating/oiling: Explained what they were doing. Left card for city inspector.

Nick wasn't scheduled to arrive until 4:00 PM but arrived early and got right to work. He fixed the wiring and gave the unit a thorough check up, adding some necessary coolant. While not a lengthy or particularly difficult repair/service, we were very impressed with Nick and will definitely use his service in the future. His price was fair for time spent and I suspect it may be lower than many other companies. I highly recommend him.
