Jackelyns Maids Services- Carpet & Window Cleaning

I've been using Jackelyn's services since 2007, when I launched my vacation rental business, and have been using them exclusively since. They are consistent in their work and have bailed me out several times on short notice when I've had unexpected rentals. I get many compliments on the condition of my rental unit and get nothing but 5 star reviews on my listing sites. Thank you Louis for the personal and professional treatment.

I used Jackelyn's Maids for post constitution cleaning. I have a 2,500 sqft home with many windows. I was so impressed with their professionalism, diligent service, and price, I'm now using them for bi-monthly cleaning. My windows are still sparking clear two weeks after Jackelyn's Maids came to my home, not even the last rain storm could dirty my windows. Louis is the type of person I enjoy in my home and he goes above and beyond for his customers. I'm very thankful to Angies' list for helping me find Jackelyn's Maids. Finding people I can trust in my home is very important to me, I appreciate Louis and his crew for the respect they always show to my home.

They offer a $30, $20, and $10 discount for the first three visits. The first visit consisted of three people including the owner and they stayed for several hours and cleaned every single part of the house. The team consists of at least two people and the owner often comes with them. They always do a thorough job and are courteous and professional. My husband is wowed every time they come because of the visible difference.

Louis brought a large crew and they did an outstanding job. Their services were far superior compared to the cleaning service I had used at my old home. My hardwood floors were very dusty, so they cleaned them by hand. Louis even scraped off some old melted crayon wax from my daughter's learning tower (we had made crayons and made a mess). We are happy with their services and will be using them every two weeks. We appreciate their attention to detail. It was well worth the money to have a nice clean home again.

They were OK. It was a little pricey. They did a good job.

I used them because their reviews were so good on angie's list. They would leave spots uncleaned on the floors and would not put things back where they belong. They were late an hour or half an hour. It would always be new people and a couple familiar faces. I looked them up on yelp and they had low ratings and another person complained about how they never put things back. There was no consistency with this cleaning service

Louis is very polite, and very thorough in explaining what will be done and what to expect. Jackelyn's maids were very good and we are very pleased with how everything looked at the end.

They did an amazing job. It took them about 5 hours (they warned me it would take a while due to the type of cleaning and window washing). They sent out two really hard working ladies and a manager. They scrubbed EVERYTHING, wiped down EVERYTHING, polished EVERYTHING. The house is now cleaner than before we moved in. All bookcases, behind the TV, counters and upper cabinets, I haven't found anything untouched. Our shower is super white and fresh looking again. As for the window washing he used a power washer of some kind and they sparkle like I've never seen them. The carpets were all well vacuumed and the steam cleaning was really well done. While the maids didn't speak much English they were very nice and polite. The manager was a very nice man who chatted with me for a bit and worked really hard. He made the service very likable. I'm really confident that my wife will be super happy once we get her back from the hospital. Once she goes back to work I feel like we might go on a monthly basis with this group. I haven't used too many cleaning services but this company really stood out.

It was perfection! Once I messaged Louis he contacted me immediately, scheduled a time for estimate that same day. Louis arrived on time (which is very important ). He was extremely personable, thorough and professional. The quote was a much better rate than I have paid for far less quality cleaning services in the past! The day of the cleaning appointment Louis called me to confirm his arrival time and brought 3 employees that started to work right away. I should mention that we recently replaced all the windows in our home which left us with a very fine, dusty grit on EVERY surface inside our home. Jackelyn's Maids removed all the grit, cleaned every area of the house and left me with a beautifully clean home which is now ready for the holiday! I have scheduled Jackelyn's Maids to return in two weeks which will be just before family arrives for the holidays, I have to say knowing the house will be clean, fresh and ready for guests is a priceless feeling! It's a little Holiday gift for me!

Jackelyn came on time and immediately got to it. Windows, dusting and floor cleaning were great.

I contact Louis over the phone to make a appointment for a estimate. He was here on time with a friendly manner. He went over explaining every detail I need in my house. After all he give me a very good price for multiple services and decided to use he's service same day. I would definitely use their service again recommend jackelyn's maid carpet and window cleaning for all your need. Very punctual and professional appearance.

It went wonderful. They did a very nice job. The condo was cleaned very through roughly. I was even here when the young man cleaned the garage. He was very through rough, but the girls that he worked with were not that great. I let him know that. I feel like the girls working with him didn't help very much, but the end result was very good.

I called Louis because he had done the window cleaning and carpet cleaning at our other property, and I was pleased with the job they did. He was very professional. He walked through our house telling me all the details of the products they use and what exactly they'd be doing. He gave me a decent price and squeezed me in as I had to have the house cleaned right away. The ladies were nice, and I felt comfortable to leave them and come back. The house was clean and I was happy!

Windows were sparkling. We did later find some water had dripped down under the window inside of the house, which left the floor wet and some drip marks down the wall, but it was fine. The house was empty, so I'm sure they would've been more careful had there been furniture around. Overall I was happy. Louis gave me the best price for carpet cleaning, so I asked them back to do that. I was a little skeptical about the quality of the equipment. A man showed up with his wife and 2 little kids, with the equipment mounted into his van, so I'm not sure that was totally professional, but, for the price, it was fine.

Service was excellent and we were extremely satisfied with the attention to detail of the cleaning. Louis & his team are great and we will be using them on monthly schedule now.

Jackelyn's maids did a fantastic job!! I've used several cleaning services and Jackelyn's maids was the best. They were very thorough and everything looked great when they were finished. I was extremely pleased with their service!

Since no service was ever performed, we cannot comment on that. However, if missing two appointments is any indication of the Companys service, I would anticipate some problems.

I contacted Jackelyn's Maids to do a move-in cleaning (as well as to schedule them for a bi-monthly cleaning). The owner showed up to go over the details with me and was very organized and friendly. While the quote was a bit on the high side for what I'm used to (it appears to be in-line with the area I suppose), they showed up the very next day and did an excellent job. The cleaners were all very professional, friendly, and the owner was on-hand to help and to oversee. I am extremely happy with their work and look forward to their continued cleanings!

They were fantastic. They arrived on time, explained everything that they were going to do, and made everything spotless.

The overall quality of work is good. Bathrooms well done and carpet throughly vacummed. I have not asked for any speciality services so can not comment on that. It is sometimes difficult to get a phone call back to change appointment times and dates. I have begun to leave a note with my check for any upcoming schedule changes. This seems to work best. I have ongoing twice a month service with this vendor and plan on continuing with them.

I am using a cleaning service now through Angie's List and I am not 100% happy with that. It was marked as A when I did all the checking and everything. They are very nice, but I don't know for the lady that I had here for many years was so much better. She is much more thorough and it seems for the price it is just kind of fast and furious. We have a little trouble with them being on time, but I think that is solved now. They were here last week and they were suppose to come today. We had a problem a couple of weeks ago. I guess one of the girls has in an accident, and they didn't show up and they didn't notify me. What the girls do, they do fairly well although I asked them to wash a window and then I opened a curtain afterwards or the blinds and there were big streaks on it. I just don't think they deserve an A rating. I think it's over priced for what they do. They are supposed to be English speaking and when the man comes he speaks English and he does very well, but one of the girls more or less speaks some English and the second girl doesn't speak at all. She is very sweet, but she doesn't speak English. ***Update*** They have been on time the last three times. They did a more thorough job today. They are very pleasant when they are in my home. He dropped the price $10 and today they stayed three hours as compared to just an hour before.

The cleaning team was amazing! They spent hours on my initial cleaning and my home was beautiful. I'm so happy to have found Jackelyn's Maids! They'll be coming regularly from now on.

Exceptional quality and service - would use them again - highly recommended. I'm very picky and did a lot of research and calling - Louis from Jackelyn's Maids was first to respond. Came over for on-site estimate - all pricing was in writing and fully explained. I wasn't able to give them much notice - initially selected just the carpet and window service - added the full-house clean option the day before. Louis showed up with an entire crew and did an amazing job - got stains out of the carpet that had been there through several cleanings. House was immaculate - didn't have to ask them to redo anything! I initially thought the price was too high - after seeing how hard they worked and their attention to detail - it was worth every penny. House looked far better than it did the day we moved in. Landlord was extremely impressed. Recommending them to all my friends & neighbors (they do regular monthly services as well).

They did a great job. They washed the entire house they way they told us they would. After finishing up, Louis had the crew re-do our floors. The floor tiles were cleaner than they were in years.

I apologize, I cannot remember his name, but the initial assessment/estimate was top of the line professional!!! He went over everything they were expected of cleaning/detailing, he actually whipped out a leather bound folder and went over every type and brand of cleaning supplies they used and where he used them, and showed me in printed out copies of the products in plastic protective covers. He also reiterated how they do not spray any of the products on furniture and surfaces, they spay them on a terri cloth towel and scrub. They had to reschedule me, because they had overbooked the day we had initially agreed on. But were flexible, and it gave me more time to prep for them anyway. He and his crew of up to 5 people took a little over 3 and a half hours to complete the job...and it was soooo worth it. I dont think my place was this clean when i moved in 4 years ago! They did an excellent job, its been 4 days of openess and a complete relief. So, very nice to come home from dialysis treatment, when youre exhausted and look at all of your possessions with a sparkle. I love the work they did so much, i scheduled them to come out again in two weeks! Also, they were so unbelievably nice and adaptable to where I was in the house while they worked. Each one of the crew had a hello and smile accompanied by the sweat of their brow. They all seemed to pull their own weight and were so very polite, I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Only thing, was that one of my framed pictures glass had been cracked, but it was a cheap frame anyway. no harm no foul. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Great job guys!!!!
