I've been using Jackelyns Maids Services for about 2 years now and this review is long overdue. Every time I come home from work after the ladies have professionally cleaned (they come every 4 weeks), it's such a pleasure and relief to walk into my clean-smelling and clean-looking house. My household has two adults and an elementary school-aged child, and it's amazing how quickly it gets dirty. I tried to do without the cleaning service for a couple of months and clean my house myself, but I eventually became overwhelmed and depressed because I couldn't keep up. For me it's worth the reasonable expense to have sparkling bathrooms and kitchen, as well as clean floors, vacuumed carpets, dusted furniture, and general tidying. Partnering with Jackelyns provides me with more energy and motivation to declutter and organize my clean environment.

Be careful! Representative was a complete no show without an viable excuse. Took a follow-call & text to get any information. Extremely disappointed and will not be engaging their services.

Louis made the appointment within a day after I bought the deal. Super quick response. And they came out the day after! He & 2 ladies, Grace & Victoria, showed up. He showed me the company license number & gave a super-short history of the company, & showed products they use. He described all the cleaning they do. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they wipe clean baseboards and door/window moldings, & vent fans. Right away he realized 4 hours (2 ladies for 2 hours each) was not enough so we added 1 hour more for each lady. That enabled them to get almost everything done. He explained a house generally starts with a 1st-time cleaning (I forget the price but it was a little more than what I paid) & that would have ensured absolutely everything would get done. He gave me quotes for different schedules - weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. All reasonable. And I would get Grace & Victoria each time - a plus. One final note: Victoria doesn't speak English but Grace does.

They did a fine job the only problem I had was that it was hard to find things after they were done.

They were great. Three people showed up right on time and they worked hard . They did everything they could to make our house look and smell clean in the time alotted. We were very happy with the results.

Very pleased with the jobs done at both houses. I now use them on a bi-weely basis at the new house.

They were unable to show up on time, but they called 30 minutes before the appt to ask to move it later in the day. When they arrived they did a good job.

They have not performed the service yet. Waiting for their response for my request for service

They did an excellent job and came on time scheduled. I added window cleaning and am very happy with this service also. I plan on having them come every month from now on. Prices are very reasonable.

It was the best cleaning I've ever had. These ladies showed up on time and really got down to cleaning everything they could reach. They moved everything and really wiped it down thoroughly. This so far exceeded my expectations that I will glady contract with them for a regularly scheduled service. It was just great!

They should have fully trained help. He sends a crew if 2. We've been using them for a number of years and what he does is sends on person that's in charge, and she tells the other cleaning person what to do. Too many times, the other cleaning person isn't well trained to do what's necessary. Training them to know what to do doesn't mean that the work is done well. Compared to what other people are paying around here, the pricing is a little high.When they have a good team, it's worth it. We've had a couple of good teams but we've also had teams that needed more training.

They do a good job but IF you make any changes to your schedule....good luck. They are unresponsive to emails and texts about changes in the schedule. Days without a response to multiple emails and texts. This is extremely frustrating and I am currently looking for a more flexible company.

The ladies were amazing and hard working. This is the significant other talking. I'm use to doing it all myself. I felt totally blessed to have this trio of gals make our home sparkle and shine. It would of taken me so much longer! I appreciate thier diligence and hard work very much. I just wanted to hug them! I wish I had the means to hire them every other week! I use to do the work that they do, and I understand how undervalued doing womens' work is. Is that even relevant in this day and age? Anyway, the ladies were proffesional and hard working, and made our home worthy of welcoming our guests. I feel blessed to meet them and have them work in our home. They do thier job far better than I can do in the same amount of time. Since I grew up with the values of cleanliness and everything in it's place, that's high praise for me. I'm pretty anal when it comes to housework., due to to living with a perfectionist mother. These gals understand the value of cleanliness and hard work, and the beauty of a home enviornment. I recomend them highly.
