The walk-thru on 7/21/2015 went well but no estimate has been given until today, 7/27/1015.

had recently moved into a new home and have had various contractors in the house to paint and do other work. The house was very dirty and need a thorough cleaning. The two ladies who came did an excellent job and I would be happy to use them in the future. They cleaned everything top to bottom and I was very satisfied. They were at my home from around 10:40 am until after 4pm, so that gives you an idea of how deep a cleaning they did. I would also say that I was able to schedule at rather short notice and they were prompt and on-time.

Came out to give thorough estimation. Then a team arrived this morning, and they worked fast and hard. The house looks amazing, and future, regularly scheduled cleanings will be less expensive (this was the first cleaning it has had in a long time). I would highly recommend this crew.

I was moving and needed a cleaning service. The price for it was fixed (not hourly rate). At the end, house was cleaned to my full satisfaction. My landlord even mentioned that It looked like nobody lived there before. Louis also picked up my oriental rugs (one is antique, and one is a high quality imitation), and dropped them off at my new place a couple days later. He did an amazing job on both!! The price was very affordable and my rugs looked fresh and clean. I highly recommend this professional to everyone who is interested in a quality service. THANK YOU, LOUIS !!!

They worked so hard and my house sparkles. They truly went above and beyond to do it right. Very courteous and professional. Best housekeepers I've used. I will definitely hire them again.

We played some phone tag with actual cleaning times but I didn't mind since we just needed it clean sometime that week. He also called up the day of and wanted to know if they could start earlier which was also fine. It was a good thing too because it took quite a while to get the place cleaned and carpets cleaned (our old house is 95% carpeted, ~1850 sq. ft., including closets) As usual (we use this place exclusively for cleaning and they've cleaned for us at least dozen times over the years) they did a great job for a full cleaning of the house. They did the normal stuff of cleaning/wiping/mopping that made the place clean. They also got down those hard to get cobwebs and helped erase some of the marks we've left on the walls and wiped down all the cupboards/cabinets/etc. They did a decent job in the garage as well. As for carpet cleaning they brought their own machine. It took a while but the results were good. There's still a couple places where wear and tear over the years refuses to budge, but they got out a coffee stain I was a little nervous about. Overall the carpets, walls, and general cleanliness makes me believe our old landlord will be quite satisfied. The price was higher than normal but it was a big house and there was a lot to clean, even when empty! His carpet cleaning prices are reasonably competitive (within the range of other quotes) Overall, very pleased with the work. I kind of wish he had brought more than one other person to clean (usually he comes with 2 others, so maybe extenuating circumstances?) so it wouldn't have taken as long, but the quality of the work was excellent and the price was quite reasonable. I will continue to use Jackelyn's Maids for my cleaning needs in my new house.

It was easy for us to setup an appointment for them to do the service. The owner was really nice, friendly and responsive. What I didn't like is that I paid for a deep cleaning and I felt it was just an average cleaning.

They cleaned from top to bottom! It was more of a deep clean so if that's what you are looking for then this company is awesome! The price was a little high if you only want a basic cleaning. They were very professional. Had 2 people plus Louis helped them a bit. They stayed for the full amount if time and did a very thorough job! Everything was spotless! They had very well trained maids that knew what products to use and where. They were careful to not damage anything. Jackelyn's did above and beyond what I was expecting!

It was a bit pricey but I thought getting my cupboards scrubbed and polished was going to be worth the extra money. They did a nice job. I would recommend that you go over the house before they leave in case they miss some areas. The upstairs bathroom floor was missed, a cabinet still had dribbles on it and some doors still had fingerprints. All in all, they were eager to do a good job and when you haven't had a the house "detailed" in a while, there are bound to be a few areas missed. They were courteous and didn't have any music on therefore no obnoxious music was playing while I was home. I'm happy with the job they did.

i went into the home and every thing looked great. The tile was sparkling clean. All the oak was in prestine condition. The home was now ready for the new homeowners.

We understood from the interview that they would clean all nooks and crannies during the first visit. The amount they charged to clean a small 3-bedroom house seemed fair. But their work was not that great. When I spot checked their work at the end, I still found dust on several doors, bathroom floor, the base of the stair rails, and a couple of light fixtures. It was like they never touched those areas. And I only spot checked. We were willing to give them another chance so we tried to schedule the second cleaning about a month later. They gave us 2 Saturdays to consider but because we were busy on those Saturdays, we asked them to come on a weekday, any weekdays. They said they would check their schedule and call us, but we have never heard from them again. We would give them a C for the first time experience, but because they were so unresponsive, we knock the rating down 1 level. And we will not use them again nor recommend them to our friends.

They did a very good job. They’re very thorough. I like them. They’re punctual and dependable.

I had been away for several months and the house needed a good cleaning top to bottom. Jackelyn's maids showed up promptly at the pre-determined time and went straight to work. They were very methodical and it was easy to tell the personnel knew their jobs. They did a tremendous job and I have already scheduled them again. They were very professional. They cleaned the tops of the picture frames and the artificial plants. They also cleaned the sliding glass door tracks. Very good company.

Both times, they have shown up on time and went straight to work. After the first cleaning, it really didn't feel like my house as everything looked so nice! They were detail oriented and asked questions when necessary. I'll be happy to have them back! (They were also really good with my dog!)

Jakelyn's was great. Since we were moving in from out of state, they were good at communicating and setting up a cleaning so that we could have the house cleaned before we moved our belongings in. They came in with two maids to do a deep clean of the house (about 2 hours). Then, the owner of the company did a thorough job going through the home and doing spot cleans. Then, the owner cleaned our carpets. Overall, it took a bit longer to do the carpets than I expected. I wish the two maids would have done more of the spot cleaning, rather than taking the carpet cleaners time, but the quality of work was great.

The cleaning crew was 2 girls and I told them what cleaner I wanted them to use and they proceeded to us windex. One of the girls said he was going to bring a different crew out and never showed up. I went with his company because I read that he was licensed and bonded. His company is very unprofessional, and it was a terrible experience. His company is also way over priced and they didnt speak very good english at all.

The first time they broke an item and didn't report it. The next time they cleaned my daughters glasses and scratched the lenses. The last time they didn't even clean the wood floor. Below average job.

They come every two weeks. I'm keeping them and they're pretty good. They're acceptable and they did pretty well. They were very polite, on time and bring exactly the things needed on their own.

The most professional housecleaning service I interviewed. They appear to be serious about growing their business the right way.

Their Cleaning Crew has come to my home for the past several years. They are always on time, hard working, fast & do a superior job. I also use them for a annual window washing & carper cleaning.. As stated above they do a quality job & I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I felt from their initial interview that they would be thorough, secure, I like the products they used and how they staff the cleaning.
