The services was performed with a lot of care & well done! They listened to all my requests and followed thru!

The team of three (one of the three only had to stay for two hours to assist with the extra cleaning) performed four hours of deep cleaning that included the fireplace, refrigerator, and oven. They cleaned all the rooms in my condo that included hand-cleaning floors and vacuuming carpeting. They dusted my artificial plants and light fixtures as wells as the furniture. My bathrooms and kitchen are clean and spotless, as well as my bedrooms and office. The team was pleasant to work with and accomplished their tasks very diligently. I felt like I had a new house. I am grateful for the excellent service they provide.

A+ Services each time... They are not hired by the hour.. they work hard and leave my house when the work is completed. Very honest team ... When they leave I always find items (money and/or jewelry) placed on my dresser that they picked up. A new vacuum bag is use at each house they clean so dust and/or pet dander is not exchanged from home to home. :)

Jacelyn's Cleaning Service is very honest, reliable, punctual and efficient. We have had them cleaning our home for over five years now. We love the way they clean so carefully and completely. When friend and family members have been at our home while they Jakelyns is cleaning, they are always impressed. We have occassionally had to rescheule our cleaning dates over the years due to family events but Luis is always flexible which we really appreciate! We use Jackelyns on a monthly basis for our housecleaning and they always do a fantastic job. The ladies are polite and work very hard. They are always punctual and take pride in their work. We also use Jackelyns to clean our windows. Whatever they use to clean the outside of the windows is a great product, the windows remain spotless for months. I highly recommend Jackelyns for all your housecleaning needs.

The cleaning crew was great. They were polite and did great work. It was a little tough working with the scheduling to get them there. They reschedule me twice, which was a little frustrating and then were able to go back and honor the original time they set. Besides the initial scheduling hassle, the cleaning crew was great and did an excellent job.

Cleaning job was exceptional! We'll be using their service again in the future.

The price was relatively high, we were convinced that the provider was good based on Angie's list reviews. They did arrive promptly and work hard, however there were many things that did not get cleaned. After they left, we discovered a huge oversight. The kitchen cabinets were supposed to be cleaned inside and out, but when we went to load the cabinets, we found that they were absolutely filthy and completely neglected. I'm talking a thick layer of grime and dust, not just poorly cleaned, but rather totally overlooked. We had to clean them ourselves in order to proceed with unpacking that night, and when we called the provider the next day, they offered to come back and clean the cabinets. We did not need them to clean them, since we had just done it ourselves. However it took us over two hours. Having paid $400 for cleaning, that was unacceptable. The only other compensate they offered us was a $40 coupon. This doesn't come close to covering the deficiency in their work. Over time, we have found numerous other items that were not cleaned well. Because of the lack of quality, failure to respond well to the issue, and high prices, we will not use this provider again.

.The two cleaners arrived on time, bringing all the required cleaning materials with them. They were polite and efficient, moving through each room completing a thorough cleaning. They reviewed each area cleaned with me, showing me what had been completed and confirming my satisfaction with the work. All in all a nice job!

Louis and team were prompt and did a fantastic job. Cleaned the cabinets inside and out, all dust removed (nothing to the touch) cleaned the window ledges and sills, wiped down baseboards. Really took to the details. Cleaned all the light switches. The property had some really bad areas in the bathroom, which they knocked out of the park. I am enlisted their services for future upkeep and highly recommend this Laguna Hills team. We now have a standing appointment to come every 2 weeks after we move in.

I own a condo and my elderly parents live in it. They are not the easiest people to deal with and have very high expectations. They were not happy with the first company that I hired so I gave Jackelyn's a chance. My parents loved them. Simply put, my mom claims that this is the best cleaning service she has ever used in the past 22 years.

I've been disappointed in the past ... But, willing to try Jackelyn's again. Because the cleaning crew were great most of the time. They arrived on time, worked very hard and a great job. Everyone on the crew was a hard worker. Paid great attention to details like getting burned food off stove burners, etc.

Louis was very prompt in returning our phone call for service, provided an estimate the same day and provided the services the next day. Louis and his staff were extremely thorough and professional. Our new home is now immaculate! We are extremely pleased with this cleaning service and will continue to use them for regular house cleaning.

First impression was great as Louis was polite and professional and picked up the phone by the 2nd ring all the time and with the same greeting. He offered a free estimate but I felt comfortable enough based on other people's reviews to just book the cleaning service. He arrived with Karla and Jessie and reviewed notes from our phone conversation regarding details of the house that are important to me. Just as other reviewers had mentioned, the ladies covered every detail of the house.... did not cut corners when wiping away dust. When I checked the appliances and picture frames and the ends of the granite countertop, I found every surface clean! They vacuumed the sofa and my dining chairs. They wiped down my baseboards. My appliances, big and small are super clean. The recessed lighting were all cleaned, and they did a good job on the plantation shutters too. I was most impressed by my shower doors. My previous cleaners were never able to get the calcium off of those doors. Irvine is known to have very hard water and I know my previous cleaners attempted so I didn't fault them. However, when Luis came back a few hours later to check on the results, he showed the ladies how to clean the hard water spots and together they spent maybe another 20 minutes in that bathroom just scrubbing the shower doors again and remarkably my shower doors are literally sparkling clean and completely clear of spots. Thank you so much!

Louis was on time the day he came in for the estimate, and the day of the cleaning. The work was performed professionally and the windows and frames look great. I highly recommend his services.

We recently went through a major remodeling of our house and needed a good, thorough post construction cleaning job. In reading the reviews on Angie's List for Jackelyn's Maids, they seemed almost too good to be true. When Louis met with us to see the house and give us an estimate, he explained how they would perform the cleaning, and what products they would use. He made notes of any customization requests. The cleaning was done today, and in fact, the work performed by Louis and the team from Jackelyn's Maids was outstanding. In addition to the typical cleaning, they wiped down the walls and baseboards and door jams....every surface was cleaned. Every dusty knickknack and picture cleaned, every shelf was wiped down. Every plantation shutter was hand wiped. The house is clean and fresh for the first time in months. Louis also did an extremely thorough job on the windows and screens. The crew arrived on time, they were hard-working, efficient and pleasant. The price for everything was very reasonable. We will definitely be using Jackelyn's Maids going forward for our regular house cleaning and window cleaning needs. We couldn't be more pleased.
