Description of Work: They performed a "deep cleaning" of my home, and did a tremendous job. They were very through, and cleaned every nook and cranny of my home. They were very pleasant, and the owner was even there most of the time assisting his workers. I would highly recommend this vendor.

Description of Work: Despite having square footage less than the ad's upper limit, they charged extra. The project was a deep clean so either they underestimate or were exceptionally slow. Did not do all work including emptying trash cans. Floors were dirty after they left. They did leave us some trash of their own. They showed up unannounced after I complained but we did not want them in our house again.

Description of Work: We used Jackelyns Maids Services to do our pre-movein cleaning. The price was inline with other provider. I chose Jackelyns because of the 'sales presentation' made when they came out for the estimate. They lived up to what was presented. The cleaning was thorough. Once we moved in, we tried another service for regular cleaning but we cam back to Jackelyn. They are now doing a regular cleaning for us.

Description of Work: House cleaning. Workers are very polite and do a good job overall. They are a bit rough though so don't expect meticulous service. Price is probably the highest I've seen and non negotiable. Difficult communication with manager and was not on the same page. Overall average experience. Price would prevent future use.

Description of Work: They did a high quality cleaning of our house. They arrived pretty much on time and it took them about 3 hours to clean our 1750 sqft house. They did a great job, dusted and wiped everything. We have used them several times now and have never been disappointed.

Description of Work: My house hasn't been this clean since I can't remember. |Also the rug on my staircase will be cleaned next week. |The presentation was organized and detailed. Including what was going to done and the products that would be used. |I hired Louis, on the spot, and did not even interview the other 2 on my list. |My gut feeling was right. I am so pleased, and so happy. |Hire Jakelyns maids, I promise you, you won't be sorry. |The 1st cleaning is more expensive, and it should be. They did all the blinds, plus every thing in this house.

Update report, done Jan 2012: I've been using Luis' company for almost a year now and I'm quite pleased. They show up on time and perform a consistent, good cleaning. They are flexible in their service dates/times if I need to change the appointment. I like that he comes and personally does the service occasionally. The only problem I had was, one cleaner bent my window screen frame trying to get it off, but Luis repaired the damage without asking me to jump through any hoops -- nobody's perfect, and how he handled the issue showed professionalism. I recommend Jackelyn's for house cleaning. I am going to try his carpet cleaning next. My first report, done in Feb 2011: They haven't done a cleaning yet. But I'm giving them an A rating thus far, because I'm so impressed. I called Monday 8:00 a.m. to inquire about an estimate. Luis, the owner of the company, was at my house within an hour. He toured the house. Then walked me through their services, their tools/machines, and cleaning products. I'm convinced he knows what he's talking about, and I'd trust him to clean my most expensive, exotic flooring/counters/etc (if I had any!). He made me feel comfortable that I could trust his employees in my house alone. He gave me a competitve bid, even though I thought I couldn't afford a "real" company like Jakelyn's (I call them a "real" company because he has 20 employees (not contractors), they all drive around in branded company cars, he's got insurance, licensing, etc.). I signed them up to clean my house every two weeks. I'll report back how it goes after a company cleanings, but so far so good.

We have had other housecleaning services in the past, but not compare to the great job Jakelyn's Cleaning service does. They are very thorough and reliable. I have provided a key for them so I do not have to be home while they are cleaning and my trust in them has yet to be betrayed. After they perform a service, the house is imaculate and just about sparkling. Before the first service, a representative comes to the house to look it over, gives a presentation and explains all the individual products they use, listens to your need, and provides an price for service. Great, great company!
