I set up an appointment for an estimate and the owner/contact person was a "no show" ... He finally called me back and said that he had an emergency water leak at the office and couldn't show up...(my thought? call and let the person waiting know what was going on and that you weren't going to show up) He finally showed up, the next day, with a terrific presentation which convinced me to hire him. I was told that he would be sending a crew of 2, with 1 who would be able to speak English....and actually, neither spoke English.... Since he was so expensive, a friend of mine suggested her cleaning lady, who turned out to be awesome....I wasn't home at the time of she was cleaning so she took pictures of a lot of dirty spots that were missed by the first cleaning crew....it was disgusting! I was taken for a ride, ripped off by paying way too much for mediocre cleaning....sooooo disappointing!

They were on time for the estimate visit. And at that time, they reminded us that they has a special for Angie's list members. They were on time for the actual work day. The job was supposed to take about half a day and it did. All the windows, screens and blinds that were cleaned looked great.

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have used this company. He came out on a Friday evening to give us a estimate. We hired him to do a complete housecleaning before the holiday. He came out Monday before Thanksgiving and brought 4 girls with him to complete the job. The work was excellent and even though we did not want the marble floors cleaned or carpet vacuumed he did. This is a great company and we will be using them in the future.

Jakelyns Maid has been cleaning my house since May of 2012 beginning with a deep cleaning before we moved into our new house. They have been professional, thorough and prompt. They leave my house extremely clean. I would recommend Jakelyn's Maid to my friends and family.

Although this is more money than I have ever spent on housecleaning, it was worth it. The crew worked very hard and were at my house for about 6 hours. They were extremely thorough. Moving furniture to clean behind, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc.

This is the second time I ahve used Jakelyn's for wondow cleaning and I highly recommend them. Excellent work. They call in andvance to remind me of the appointment, show up on time and do a perfect job at a reasonable price. Cant really ask for more.

scrubing of tile floor, using a ladder to vaccum the top of the enterainment center, cleaned the hunging light fixture, removed water spots on shower doors, cleaned above the door/window casings, cleaned all base boardsoverall, cleaned all ceiling fans, I will continue to use them and plan to try their carpet cleaning and window cleaning.

I called Jakelynn's to inquire about house cleaning and window washing services. Louis, the owner came out within a day or two to give me a quote and I thought it was a fair price for what I needed done. We had just moved into a new home where the occupants had not cleaned it properly in quite awhile so it needed a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. The windows were also very dirty inside and out, so I hired them for this service also. The first job scheduled was the window cleaning. Louis and a co-worker arrived on time as promised. We have a large home with lots of windows, so it was a long day and they did not even stop to take a break. They used a special type of water to help in the cleaning process and it made such a difference. The windows and screens came out beautifully and I would definitely have them back the next time the windows need to be cleaned. We had our house cleaned yesterday and I am extremely satisfied with the results. A crew of very polite and hardworking ladies accomplished all that was promised and more. I would highly recommend Louis and Jakelyn's for their reliability, quality of work and attention to detail.

They are very nice and were willing to come at a day's notice. They are very professional and took very good care of us.

I've been with this company for five years and have always recommended them. Lately things have made a turn. Louis has not been showing up when he said he would. He has been sending other employee's who have showed up early than expected which Ive been fine with, but he has not been there to oversea and clean even though he promised he would. He has made comments to me that he has been too busy and made us feel that we are no longer valuable to him. He was supposed to come clean today but instead told my me that he is not coming unless we pay more money without warning to us. He wanted extra payment today or that was it. I felt this was very unfair to my family since we have been so generous to him and his employees. I'm honestly upset and wish he would make this right and have some loyalty to his customers. The cleaning quality has been slipping, probably because they are claiming to be so busy so the quality has gone down.

Emailed this company almost 4 weeks ago and never received a response. Guess they have lots of work well good luck to them.

Lois and his crew helped me to surprise my wife with a spotlessly clean house! They really did an amazing job as my wife is not easily impressed. We have had a few cleaning crews over past few years, and this is the first time she has been impressed. There were many instances where we have personally cleaned the house and have not been able to get things as clean as Jakelyn's Maids could do! Even our toaster oven was spotless! Often there are times when far reaching places remain dusty, but then after trying to find a spot that needed to be cleaned better next time, we could not find one. Overall quite impressive. Best crew I have come across yet in Orange County for sure!

We moved into a new house that was very dirty. They came in and disinfected our house. They were on time and worked very hard. I gave my realtor their number for another house because they did a good job.

Jakelyn's Maids won us over with the trifecta of home rejuvenation - carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and deep cleaning of our entire home - all on the same day at a competitive price. You may think that just anyone can clean a house but when you see a professional do it, you know the difference. The entire team was methodical, hard-working, and very thorough. Every tile grout line in 3 bathrooms and the main living area floors was scrubbed. Large artificial plants were cleaned top to bottom. Upholstery vacuumed, cobwebs on 12 foot ceilings gone, every vane of every shutter and blind washed or dusted, including window and door tracks. The carpets were cleaned beautifully, the windows sparkled. Best of all, we didn't need 3 different companies, because Jakelyn's does it all. The came out to the home for an estimate and quoted a firm price. The showed up on time, were polite and friendly, and were priced a little better than others. We were very impressed.

Made an appointment for service estimate. At scheduled time they were no show so I called them and learned someone was on his way but stuck in horrible traffic (yeah that's new in LA...) and getting late. We rescheduled it for about an hour later. Again no one shows up and no phone calls. I left a message on their voicemail. Next day I didn't even receive a follow-up phone call. Businesses like this one won't stand a chance on Angie's List.

good start looked like he wanted continued buisness but not the same after the first cleaning. my house was extra dirty my husband and been sick and then passed away and i had a heat attack and was unable to really clean but still?

Luis and his crew arrived on time and prepared to get to work on my housecleaning job. This is my second occasion using this company, and the time needed to clean was a little over half as long as last time. Not sure if this was because my home was less in need of cleaning or less was done, but I was pleasantly surprised. The entire job took 3 1/4 hours from start to finish.

They are like family too us, since we have known them for over 5 years. We love how they make us stay clean and healthly and you will too. It's the best feeling to walk into a house that is cleaned, by someone other then myself.. LOL Thank you Jakelyn!
