Description of Work: Overall very satisfied with their housecleaning services. The ladies that come are fast, but do good work. They are also really sweet with my 3 year old son and he loves when they come over.

Description of Work: I joined Angies list to find a new house cleaner. I found Jackelyn's maid service that was recommended in my area. I called and got someone who spoke very poor English and I could not understand him. He made an appointment to meet at my house at 4pm and I took the last hour off of work to do so. The guy showed up 30 minutes late to the appointment. He gave me a flashy presentation with a notebook and products they would use... etc..... Then he proceeds to tell me that it will cost $295 dollars to clean my house for the first time. My house has been cleaned regularly for the past several months and we just lost our maid. I wanted my house cleaned, I did not want to be extorted out of almost $300! This should be a crime, he wasted my time and then thinks I will pay that to have my clean house cleaned, what a joke. It would be nice if they were just up front about what they are trying to pull. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Description of Work: I first met with Louis to discuss a bi-monthly service and he explained the cleaning details they'd perform. He explained the first cleaning isi more expensive because it's a deep cleaning, and we then agreed upon a bi-monthly rate. Him and his team come every other week and are fast, efficient, and above all friendly and professional. Louis and his team are great people and are easy to work with.

Description of Work: I hired Jakelyn's Maid service to thoroughly clean my mother's house, wipe down very dusty dishes in a curio cabinet, wash the windows and refresh older silk plants. I was very pleased and satisfied with their service and the job they did. I had just had the carpet cleaned, or I would have had them do the carpet because of what a good job they did with everything else. They were very thorough and professional. The house, windows and plants looked great when they were finished. I will use them again.

Description of Work: This company cleans my neighbors home and they say they are okay. The estimate that I was given was sooooo high. I could probably deal with the cost if it were a one time deal, but I was looking for someone who came in twice a week. And the initial price of $185.00 for the first time was much too high. Ridiculous. Especially, when I always use my own supplies. Never do I want them to use their vacuum or cleaning supplies. I am specific and picky about my home. He was unwilling to negotiate as he couldn't see the big picture, i.e. a very good customer.

Description of Work: I have been using Jakelyn's Maids service for approximately one year. The owner is very professional and personble and does everything he can to please his customer. If there is anything that is done incorrectly, he will fix it immediately. I am very pleased with the results when I get home and my house has been cleaned by his staff. I am quite picky about cleaning, and they do a great job. The window cleaning is also fantastic and very reasonable.
