Description of Work: Cleaned carpets for me. They did a great job, wrapped them very well for transport across country. Did some minor repairs that are not even noticeable.

Description of Work: They hand-washed 3 oriental rugs and one modern, machine made rug. Guests have commented on how vibrant the colors now look. They were very professional and prompt. I would not use them for ordinary rugs, but for good oriental rugs, they are great. I don't remember even approximate cost, but it was worth it.

Description of Work: I contacted this company regarding a problem with an area rug, which I hoped could be repaired. Barry telephoned me promptly. He was very knowledgeable, and had already guessed what the problem was from my original email. He explained the issues with the kind of rug I have, and advised me that it wouldn't be feasible to repair it. He also advised me about the best kind of replacement to look for. He was very generous with his time and advice, for which I am very grateful.
