First met with Jason which went great , closed on the price, met with the architect. Got things under way about a week later and saved me the money from another violation, city tried to fine me several thousands of dollars.

This project was much faster then the last one we did, I already had the plans approved so I didnt have to wait for the city, these guys worked great, provided finish materials so that wasnt included in the price, I wasnt too worried about spending though because I know how much the real estate value of my property increase. I would do business with them again in the future.

Good cannot complain, price was decent, can't expect good work to be cheap and cheap work to be good. Biggest thing for me was finding someone to trust, and their project manger really took care of me

It went well, contractor came with me to pick out the materials since I was specific, it also made me feel more comfortable since I didn't know what I'm doing. From then the work only took about a week, with the finishing details, so it was quite the quick project, I am happy with the results of their work.

Made it easy for us, best part is everything came out so flush it looks like it was a part of the home originally. Thanks again for your services guy I will be calling again for future projects, hopefully this summer.

It went well considering they had to continue where another contractor had left off. All in all I was just happy to have a finished project regardless of the price. Initially it was a huge headache I am glad they were able to provide me with a finished project. They weren't as big as the original company maybe that's why they cared more and paid attention to details

Everything went well, the biggest portion of the process was all the inspections the permitting of the plans and approval from the city. All in all their team was available when we needed them and that's what matters to me. We were able to begin construction on time, and completed the project in the estimated time frame.

Everything went well, the biggest issue was getting the plans which we had an architect take care of, from there it was just about finding the right guy, I knew of these guys from a friend of mine which I trust dearly, they did a great job on my apt, quality stuff guys thank you.

Came out great, the kitchen is definitely more modernized now, looks so much better with the new cabinets, and removed that ugly center island to make it more functional, they added a slap next to the pantry area instead of the center kitchen area. Bathrooms got many updates including swapping the tiles out and creating a walking shower in the master, looks soooo much better I am delighted with your services and the design that has developed. It is a perfect dream house. You have done an excellent job of incorporating the best features. Many thanks for all your help with the tremendous design.

These guys called me up through Home Advisor regarding a request I had submitted, and I didn't end up working with them at the time, few months later contracted them to do some repairs on my master bathroom as well as interior and exterior paint, work came out great, it wasn't a huge project but they were very professional throughout.

Everything went well besides a few hiccups that Hanks crew had no problem taking care of on our addition. We also had them do some repairs in the living room and bathroom which definitely kept the place from looking like a wreck.

Project went great no complaints here, the guys worked hard each day and arrived on time each morning until the project was done, I would like to get some more work done maybe the kitchen next time. You guys were great thank you.

Project went very well, process moved quicker than I thought, project was done in a little over a week, originally we were planning on just demoing the existing deck all together and adding steps but they convinced me we didn't have to get rid of the deck and the design came out so nice we had to follow through with it.

no complaints, had met with Hanks Construction previously several years back... did a good job, project wasn't too detailed, but definitely gave it the update it needed.

He was a professional young man, great presentation, didnt go with them due to his company not being available to start construction immediately, but I will definitely give them a shot in the future!! Thanks for everything Chris, your time and commitment without sure gain was bar none.
